Zero commitment of the owner. What they committed, just denied during check in and has no value of their words and being rude. Also service is very slow. Even just a coffee was served after 30 mins. Would never recommend it to anyone

This hotel has a very good manager. Food is awesome. Rooms are nice except where little bit maintenance required in washrooms. Overall its good choice of stay in manali as it is very close of all restaurants, cafeterias etc.

Excellent stay at The Whispering Inn. Staff was so humble and so was the hospitality. We got complimentary room upgrade during our stay. The spacious rooms and the balcony view from the rooms was more than cherry on the cake. Food was also good. Mall road was just a 10 mins walk from the hotel. Overall it was a 10/10 stay. I would recommend this hotel to all those who want to enjoy their stay in a beautiful, peaceful yet not so isolated place.

Great hospitality by Thakur and team, all of them are great when it comes to customer satisfaction. Booked with breakfast, the kitchen team makes very tasty food. The staff is very polite, rooms cleaned and sanitizied. One of my best hotel. We loved the place, especially the staff. They are very cordial, loving and put up the most natural smile always. Good food, bar is great, ambience and the architecture of the bar is awesome.

Amazing Property in Manali. Hospitality of Mr. Thakur is beyond words. Service Team is excellent. Rooms are outstanding with few minor repairs it will be one of the best property in Manali at reasonable cost.

Located nearby old manali so great location if you want to hang out and do cafe hopping, looks great from outside. Rooms were also good with view of many deodar trees from lobby. We had breakfast which was reasonably good.
You can hear music in hotel corridor throughout the day that may cause disturbance if you wish to have a sound sleep during the day or you have a meeting. Staff was also polite but do mot not stop music.

A very Late Post Indeed. We Booked this Hotel in the Month of June 2021, and Stayed There for a Week on and Off. Perfectly Located in the Heart of Old Manali.
The hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. We were greeted so warmly and friendly by the Hotel Manager Thakur Ji! That during the duration of the stay we literally forget that it was an Hotel. The Management, The Staff, The Entire Hotel and their Service was exceptional.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, Since i've Stayed in End no.of Hotels in India and Other 17 Countries this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever Hospitality Wise.

Kudos to the Entire Team. Its been more than 4 months of the Stay so have forgotten most of the names. But One Name will be Remembered - Thakur Saab!

I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Service top notch as always.

Pros:
Hospitality is above and beyond. This is first and most imp thing which i always considered in my every trip. A special thanks to Mr. Thakur for making our stay as comfortable as possible.
Room are spacious with lovely interior and amazing mountain view.
Food was tasty and fresh. I stayed here with my 3 year old munchkin, so was little worried about food quality and taste. They not only provide fresh food and milk but also use ingredients as per his taste buds.
Strategic location: major point viz. Club house, old Manali market, Hadimba temple and mall road at walkable distance.

Cons: No lift.

An excellent organization which makes us to visit everytime we are in manali. Got a great hospitality, the staff is fabulous. The rooms are clean and luxurious, and the food is delicious. The staff responds immediately and very gentle, even from reception to room service.

I went there with my friends, Very Nice and Luxury Property which is based in heart of Manali. Just 500mtrs short from Hadimba Devi Temple, manu Rishi Temple, The mall, and club house, We Stayed with our friends last week of Sep.we all friend enjoyed alot with the help of Hotel Staff and management. This Hotel's Location, Entrance and loby area is awesome, which give good feeling called first impression, and then room and view from Room is very good.we really enjoyed alot. We always recommended to other friends to visit this Luxury Hotel and enjoy with Stay here. Thanks to all of you for your excellent service!

It was a wonderful experience staying in the Whispering Inn Hotel. We booked the smallest room available and were upgraded to a suite room. The owner is very helpful and had organised our bike trip to Baralacha Pass. Infact he helped us arrange bike also. This for me is the best Hotel to stay in Manali.

Excellent hotel with a amazing location and view.
Comfortable and clean rooms with nice staff and good service.
Adjoining the market one can easily walk and checkout the stuff in the market.
Overall excellent hotel with good amenities.

The service here is very good…

I went there to have food at the restaurant. First of all I was served something different from what I ordered. They dont know the difference between Manchow soup and Hot n Sour. On top of that whatever was served tasted really bad that I had to waste all the food and pay a hefty bill

- comfortable stay with very warm and accommodating team
- budget stay
- good location - secluded but walking distance from old manali and Mall road

Room were good with uninterrupted hot water. Biggest draw was hospitality which made our day.

Nice place to spend couple of nights. The view from the balconies are okay enough. The rooms are big and spacious but one can notice tiny imperfections that may not be a hindrance for all but definitely will cause discomfort to some - soap not provided in bathroom, height of TV was very low for viewing from bed, tiny crack on balcony door that let in cold air etc. Cost wise, it is a fair enough stay.

We walked pass the kitchen one day and it was filthy! Big fat rats running around. Considering we had our daily breakfast there, it was disgusting!
Customer service was good. The boys were very helpful with our requests.

The hotel is little far from the manali mall. But the ambience is superb. Specially the top floor rooms.
The Manager was quite good to us. We rquested him for a local mutton curry and they made it for us. The food was very tasty. All the staff were very humble and polite. Thumbs up for the hotel.

Most imp thing about this hotel if u are looking for booking ur stay - It doesn't have any view, yes, even from Superior room which has balcony - u only see back side of a building. Moreover, it's not a Resort, not at all, it's an upscale 3* hotel in my opinion.

But, I will stay here again, coz of its awesome location - near to mall road, old Manali and couple of local sightseeing locations. And that is what I was looking for during my manali trip. And that's why one has to compromise on view. Rarely any hotel in this location and budget has any good view. If u are looking for b'ful mountain view, book either near Volvo bus stand (simsa) or old Manali.
Staff was very courteous, especially manager Mr. Thakur. This guy is helpful in nature, not just for hotel guests but otherwise also. Amenities are good, we were given complimentary room heater and extra water bottle. Breakfast (& dinner as well) was average, staff seem to be less. Don't book auto or taxi from hotel, u will find better prices on ur own. Superior rooms were spacious but bed was not comfy at all.

Rooms were clean and service is top class. The view outside from room is also beautiful.

But what was more amazing was the behaviour of the staff and how they treated their guests! Kudos to the management, one of the best hotel services. I am really happy with the service and i would recommend this place for family/solo travellers.

This place also provides rented bikes for visiting nearby places. (only for a day)

It was the most worst experience. It was minus 4 degrees outside and they didn’t had heaters for the rooms. Staff were least bothered about the same. Rooms feel very cold due the interior. The dinner was the same for 3 days as they didn’t had any options.
