Located near shilon bagh, kufri - this hotel resort offers peaceful and pleasant stay with mesmerizing view out the window itself. Had lovely room service and polite staff. Have good outdoor setting and in-house restaurant. It's a little isolated from main city so public transport is not that frequent- bring your own vehicle.

Worst experience.bad location.instead one can stay in kufri.poor service.we were 3 families and service was so poor.in rooms no ventilation no window.worst experience

This resort was not able to recieve atleast one star also because staff behaviour is also not good and food was also bad. The cost of the room was so high but no facility provided for that high priced rooms.

Excellent place to stay with family. We stay in Royal Executive Suite.
Very neat & clean and spacious rooms.

Best place to stay if you are visiting kufri.

It's good for group tours, view from property is very good, staff is local and very friendly. You can enjoy nature walk if you stay here. This is old property but renovated recently, it's centre point for kufri and chail.

It's one of the best hotel to stay in kufri n near Shimla. Away from the noisy Mall road into the the nature, it's just silent and peaceful. The view is marvelous. You can hear the winds rushing through the trees which gives u the best relaxing moment. They have great amenity and the food is also great. The staffs are lovely. A great thanks to Durga Prasad and Raksha Shandilya and everyone else for providing such a lovely service. Thank you guys.

Very big hotel and good ambience. Very close to nature. Beware of monkey because they will come to your room balcony maybe try to snatch your mobile phone. Good out side view of thick fine tree forest. Breakfast was good.

An amazing place to stay. You will get memorable experience on every aspect, be it the hotel location or the valley view or the hospitality that they provide. Each member of the hotel treats you with amazing love and respect. We were also treated with the last snowfall of the season today.

Hi. My trip was In shimla. It was a wonderful and memorable trip. Specially when my tour agency Green Vacations booked room in this hotel I was happy. Excellent Staff with warm welcome at reception Mr. NARAYAN who given us good & quick service. We booked Royal studio room, it was awesome with mind blowing mountain view. Restaurant is neat & clean with tasty food "yummy". I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends who will visit Kufri. Perfect place to stay.

This is the property situated between Kuphri and Chail. Around 10kms away from Chail.
This place is flooded with lot's of natural views. While from the rooms balcony you can see all the mountains surrounded with Snow.
We were fortunate to find this resort while there was a heavy snowfall.
2 days were very hectic because no contact from nearest villages but this resort is well equipped with electricity and food items
And the best part was this hotel staff helped us to rescue our vehicle from heavy snowfall and called locals /JCB to remove snow from road and clear the passage.

Loved the place, they have good food and great view of course. Only problem we faced was that it's difficult route especially when snowing. Beware of monkeys!

Great location but quite remote. Rooms have very good view of the valley but the problem is that you cannot use the balcony. There is big monkey menace in this hotel. If fact there are too many monkeys. Rooms are basic and toilets weren’t too clean with broken washbasin. Food was average but service was very good. Buffet breakfast was also not to great to write about. As we arrived when it was all covered with snow hence every other aspect was conveniently ignored.

This is placed out of kufri and shimla, A place for people who want to get out of city life and enjoy the beauty of nature. Not so far from kufri. Good food and ambience. Service was ultimate in restaurant.

Located at Shimla Kufri road this is one huge hotel which at this time of the year was covered with snow. Once you check in here, there is nothing called nearby. We booked royal double valley view but the room was not that great so we later shifted to studio room which was much better in terms of space having separate kitchen dining area.
The resort is frequented by monkeys of all ages. So one can not enjoy the balcony sit out even for a second. That is the major draw back as we were confined to the room only. Though they have spa, bar and all major facilities for the tourists.
The buffet breakfast served was ok but not that great. However, a la carte dinner was good. A complimentary heater was provided to us.
The service was good. Good for one day/night stay or a hault on your way to Narkanda.

Nice location, good view but not very well maintained.
Monkeys are big problem here. You can't sit either in room balcony or outside, monkeys will just rob you; even they come inside room if door is left open.
But still, its okay to go once just for its location & good valley view.

Quite an old property and in need of immediate upgrade. Rooms are large but cold in absence of adequate heating. Food is over priced. Torn carpets and old furniture need replacement. Staff is polite. WiFi doesn't work and mobile connectivity is an issue. You need to be on Airtel if wish to visit this property. Keep your essentials with you as this place is away from markets.

Average property. Beautiful views from the rooms. Entire property is geared more towards the corporate meeting and conferences. There is literally nothing interesting for families to do. Kids don t get any play area, the indoor games room is kept shut during conferences. So is the case with the gym. There is a spa however the staff is local and has no to little training in delivering therapies. There isn't anything else to do either since the place around the hotel keeps a low profile and has a place or two to offer that make maggi or tea/coffee. Don't go here with too high expectations.

Location is good, natural and peaceful. But my room had an attachment door for connectivity with second room and my neighbour were too noisy. Disturbing nights. Food taste isn't good.

Very far from Shimla town and takes 70-90 mins to drive from shimla, only near by to kurfi point and no point in taking this hotel if wanted to visit local sorroundings and then plan to manali after Shimla, breakfast also not good and bath towels are very tidy and bathrooms are not comfortable.

Rude behaviour by front desk staff lack of basic amenities in the room. Only positive thing was humble behaviour of room service staff.

I suggest to add drivers room with food as a free package for customers.as there is no nearby Dhabas where driver can have food.this will add a advantage to customers

Now worth to stay here on that cost. They took 3k for room for a night and the hitter was worst ever on that temperature.

The Best Hotel in Kufri. It experience snowfall but still because of its great location which results in Best view in Kufri, it stays warm and gentle too. I loved my stay of 3 nights here

Beautiful huge hotel located at magnificent location and height. Just 18 to 20 km away from Chail. It's a delight to be at this place. You get to see a lovely snow clad skyline with breath taking view of mother nature. Good space with good parking facility. Didn't get a chance to try the food.hope it's good too.enjoy your stay at this beautiful place

Before booking check with hotel about the floor. Higher the floor better the view. But that might come at a premium as well.

The view is nice but you can get the view from all hotels at cheaper price i paid 8500k for 3 nights and its waste of money

It's actually 25 KM far from Shimla city. It has really good view from balcony. If you are visiting, please visit their Bar it's actually cool with good people surrounded. I got really good service by the MAnjeet bar attendant. Bed quallity is ok as they have single bed joint together. Food is really good. Overally it's good bit little far from city.

The hotel staff was very unprofessional they wanted us to spend 7000 RS. To reach to their hotel for a 2000rs.room they have no alternative route for the hotel if the roads are blocked.also on calling the hotel we get to hear that your booking is thru Yatra so pls talk to them n not us we can not do anything.n we get a mail from Yatra saying the hotel does not want to refund your money.

Also I take it as a donation to toshali royal view hotel to improve their staff n train them better on how to talk to guest's.

Fantastic location, Good food and peaceful place to stay.
Only area of improvement is to have better lighting in the rooms.

Good hotel with great hospitality, but it's very far from shimla which makes it hard to travel around shimla.
