Travel on ease: Travel dates 21-02-2024 to 25-02-2024. We have travelled from Hyderabad to Shimla, kufri, Chail, parwanoo and Chandigarh with the planning and support of the team of TRAVEL ON EASE. My mother who is 75 years of age also accompanied the trip. Their efforts in preparing the itinerary, The hotels they have arranged for us viz. Apple rose, Shimla, the Himalayan heights, Kufri are comfortable with a enchanting view of city (Shimla) and snow covered peaks (Kufri) from the rooms and the driver mr. Veerender is cooperative, skilful and has knowledge of local roads and places. They have taken extreme care till the last day upto Chandigarh airport. I specially thank Miss. ANITA for preparing and customising the itinery, Miss. KAJAL for taking care during the entire trip and Mr. KEVAL for his full coordination. I thank the team of TRAVEL ON EASE for making our trip a memorable. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Fantastic arrangements made by Travel on ease, from bringing us up at the airport to allowing us to explore for five days. I must add that the trip was smooth and hassle-free for both of us. Highly recommended for those wishing to make a reservation through them. Clarity on changes with drivers is the only thing we would suggest. For our calm journey, it would be great if there were sufficient clarification and information regarding the driver for our next day's travel. 24/7 chat support service was too good. We booked through Travel Triangle and didn't receive any support from Travel Triangle on complaints.
The Travel On Ease agent provided different cab & hotels from what was promised during booking. A kind of downgrade to the itinerary.
1. Lack of coordination and understanding between sales team and post sales team. The itinerary agreed by Shalini (sales executive) was not communicated clearly to post sales team (Sahil).
2. Vouchers were provided just a night before, with different cab & hotels.
3. As per Sahil, hotels agreed during booking were not good and had issues with service. While the same hotels were suggested by Shalini as best hotels for service. Hotel Lords Ville had common balcony accessible from other rooms, and provided used blankets & towels, which was changed after multiple requests. Hotel Monarch had red carpet flooring which was dirty and had black stains all around, corners of the walls had stains of (pan masala) spits and spider nets. View & food was good from both hotels. But interiors of the rooms were not as good. Also, upon checking about the hotel promised, hotel staff mentioned that hotels suggested by Shalini are good and expensive.
4. The cab agreed by Shalini during booking was SUV (Ertiga/Innova/Marazo), but Sahil mentioned the cab details were not shared and thus Bolero was provided. Shalini had different views from Sahil, which is not in the interest of tourist.
5. Agent also arranged for Naggar Castle visit, which was not included in the package.

A big shout out to the excellent team of TravelOnEase for making our vacation to Shimla, Kullu & Manali wonderful. They had customized our trip as per our requirements with a comfortable stay, helpful driver and SUV and the best itienary. Our special thanks to Kamlesh (Gudiya) who co-ordinated this trip for us. From understanding our needs to checking us out at every location, I am grateful for her warmth and concern. Thanks again, dear Kamlesh. I will recommend her and Travelon Ease Shimla for anyone who plans to Himachal. Thank you Team for your efforts in making our family trip a memorable one.

Good guide, helped us during the day with local places, organising tuk tuk drivers and more. The driver’s English was good. The driver was flexible and listened to our wishes and ideas.

It was a good trip along with unforgettable memories and normal service. Sahil is good however in my view, bit improvement require in terms of communication and guest relation.

I am very satisfied with her given information, she was so polite and friendly with us.
Another person was sahil sir, throughout the trip he gave us right information, if I get any concern he sorted out, he was also very polite and explain every thing with perfection.
The car driver Vicky was very cooperative and guiding nicely for sightseeing and shopping.all the adventures activity was amazing
Overall the trip was well managed in sufficient time period.

Went on my honeymoon trip from Varanasi via Delhi to Shimla, Kullu, Manali through these guys. Our agent Miss KAMLESH is very friendly and cooperating. She made our traveling and stay hustle free and enjoyable. Had some bumps along the way but overall amazing experience. ️

I am very happy with the Holiday package provided by Travelonease. I did 6 days tour of shimla and manali.they gave me very excellent hotels with excellent transport with excellent driver. We booked a tour from Delhi to Manali from Travel on Ease. It was very pleasant experience considering trust issues with new agents and tour operators. Gudiya and Sahil were really helpful in providing all the necessary information, itinerary, accommodate our last minute requests. It was well planned tour with very good property for stay in Manali, food and hospitality was great from property manager and cab services were really good. We had taken Traval on Ease a trip to Shimla and Manali by taking a package from Travels and the experience was mixed as it was our first family trip, nothing was clear and we had to call again and again but all the problems were cleared by the company. There was a lot of trouble but we fully enjoyed the service of the hotel and taxi was very good all the site seeing was taken on time the driver also helped us the trip was very good you must also take their service and enjoy the trip without tension and Traval on Ease executive miss Gudiya very helpful every time she is batter understand every person problem

I have visited himachal in mid December 2021 for my honeymoon.
The experience was amazing and the service provided by the agency is very good.
Tour was in budget and that was the best part i must say.

I have booked Shimla-Manali-Dharamshala-Dalhousie-Amritsar budget tourism with Pradeep ji. It was a great experience and service. Pros:
You can customise the package as per your liking.
Pradeep ji helps you a lot in customising for selecting the spots and hotels.
For any issue one can call Pradeep ji at anytime and he works out with the issue in no time
Mr. Vijay Kumar is very experienced and the whole trip was driven safely. He also guided through local spots and market area.
The package was really pocket friendly and there wasn't any hustle for the entire payment to be done in one go. It was done as and on the trip proceeded.

Cons:
There was a bit issue in one or two places with delay in the booking at hotel but was well managed later by Pradeep ji.
