Hotel & Rooms are nice but service is super slow. Most of the staff intends to ignore you at first. But yah they are very well aware of extra service / charges. Food is also pretty average same chicken with different name on each day!

Don't go to this hotel. Very bad service, worst breakfast (jo ki breakfast lene ke layak nahi tha). Aathu. Bedding ke liye kaha tha, aas paas ke hotels se bedding mangva rahe hain. Fir inka ghatiya staff hum par bud bud kar raha hai. Itna bakwaas hotel. Phone karte raho staff hi nahi aata. Janwaaron wala hotel. Pls meri request hai dharamshala aana, par es hotel mein na aana. Breakfast chuhon ke khaane se bhi battar tha. Bhaisahab hotel mein aa ke jail jaisi feeling aayi. Upar se jaise hi hite mein ghuse, do bande ek doosre ke sar faad rahe the. Jehde bande 2 ghante baad bedding bichane aaye, ulta hume bolkar chale gye "pehle batan tha". Life ka worst experience. Car mein se luggage bhi khud uthaya. Mujhe toh staff batao ki staff ka matlab kya hai. Aap humse bahas karoge. Swimming pool mein paani se zyaada machar the.

Great hotel to book a room in. Enjoy the breakfast at roof top from where the view is simply scenic. Ideally located for nearby sightseeing adventures

As far as location it is good place to stay. But NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.it is too costly with respect to facilities. Food is ok ok.

Very nice rooms with a very good view n food.specially rooftop resturant is good n for me best place with a view in Dharamshala for breakfast.

Hotel is good for stay.it's in Dharamshala only n nearest to HPCA (Himachal Pradesh cricket association) so u can visit that stadium.hotel service is very good because they having good staff and rooms are good there is bar also and specially the view u get from hotel is amazing and in front of hotel there is garden also u can spend your evening time there.n besides that garden there is war memorial it's entry ticket is 10rs per person

Nice infrastructure. Probably the best one in town; however, staff aren't well trained. Don't even think about ordering a cocktail there.

I rated conifer 5star two years back. But a lot has changed in meantime. Management has gone kaput, downsizing of manpower hasn't helped as the new recruits lacks professionalism. Except for bellboys everything has taken beating. Have been made to wait in lobby for half an hour as the reception were unable to find keys of my room that i had deposited for housekeeping purpose. Considering it as one of the highly priced hotels one can expect a better experience. I would book conifer any given day but they have to improve in these areas.

Nice hotel located near War Memorial dharamshala and drive-in facility with parking. Food is really delicious mainly the indian main course. Rooftop bar with live music performance by various artists. Spacious rooms with all luxury items. Neat and tidy rooms. If you want to stay in a value for money hotel then this is what you are looking for.

Rooftop restaurant is present.
Taste of food is not up to the mark.

Hotel was just ok. The room I booked had a balcony, and to access the balcony one had to walk under the AC which was installed right on top off the door. There was no provision of making the water from the AC fall to one side. The water would drip on you as soon as you cross the door.

Cleanliness was also just ok.

Food was good and rooftop restaurant had good view.

I'm travelholic i had visited so many hotels in my life but this hotel was quite different from others. Staff behavior was Very good. The Food quality was Very good and it was very fresh as well as healthy. Room was Very comfortable.

Best experience. Nice service and delicious food. Roof top restaurant is best and everything music also good. We sent good time there. Totally recommend to stay in Dharamshala.

Awesome place to stay on a tour to dharamshala or mcleodganj, roof top restro is awesome for dinner and drinks with a great ambience. Rooms are quite big in size. Staff is very cooperative.

Nice place within City as well as out of City, nice terrace restaurant and one of the best place to view snow clad Dauladhar mountain range. Good property.

Having no intention to give even 2 stars because it's a pathetically managed property.only good part was reception.rooms were spacious but not designed in modern way.corridors n lobby were stinky and housekeeping staff had created sufficient menace all around.cleanliness a major concern. Coming to housekeeping at room all basic toiletries, electric kettle, slippers were missing need t call separately.towels were not crisp.bed mattress were lacking cushion and were too old.morning breakfast again was hell.no staff to refill the stuff already they were lacking menu additionally service was too bad.plates were dirty and having stains.juice served in low quality plastic glasses.only good part was lemongrass spa in basement.but again it was shared with parking which is a shabby place.
I wish some senior official should read my review and take suitable action on managing staff at each level so as no other should have a regeret in stay there.

Worst hotel that i have stayed in India, very expensive without any reason. Standard room for 2 night in 10k without even standard facilities. Room is worst and washroom is damn dirty, food quality is worst.

Hotel and residential services are pretty good.
Food is average and response to room service is very slow or you have to repeat the request.

Absolutely worst experience.
We were four couples and our kids checked in. Within 10 minutes, while kids were on reception and not even entered the room- the front desk manager asked us to leave the reception as according to him someone from another floor complained about kids who were crying.
Food quality - poor. Gulab jamun (made in oil) soup (which is simplest to make) were pathetic in taste. Mismanagement at peak. Won't recommend ever.
Customer service was reasonably ok.

Best hotel.open terrace is very good option for drink lovers, food is very tasty.service is very good.
