Good hotel in affordable prices. Roof top Restaurants is so good. Staff is also very helping nature

We stayed here for 5 days and it was a great place to stay. Staff made us feel at home and catered to all our needs. This place has got lovely view of mountains. They have beautiful terrace for dining and bonfire on chill cold night made it more beautiful and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place.

About a mile away from the mcleodganj market. Wonderful hospitality and yummy food. Great value for money.

One of the finest Treebo properties. Fantastic service and staff is so hospitable. Rooms are really spacious and restaurant at the roof top is the best part, overlooking the beautiful overview of mountains.overall an amazing stay and would love to visit again.

The hotel is far away from the market. The local taxi guys would charge from RS 150 to 200.
The owner Rohit is an excellant person he will go an extra mile to satisfy the needs. The linen was dirty and used, in the name of toiletries only pink cheap hand-wash is kept which you will find in the restaurant also, however Rohit changed the bedsheet and pillow cover, since we had our own set of toiletries we did not force him to change moreover you can't help and expect more because the property is old some stains on the linen are permanent.
From the over all experience with treebo I understood that treebo is interested only in making their own bucks, they are not concerned about hotelier's problems. Neither they inspect the property after they singup an agreement with the hotel.

View from the balcony is great and view from rooftop is amazing.

We had booked 4 rooms for 7 people for 2 nights. The first night the restaurant attendant a young fellow with mustach was behaving like a gunda even though we paid him generous tip it seemed he did not distribute among the staff.
Next day morning he showed us his attitude and told us that they can serve only one dish for the breakfast where as we had paid to treebo for premium service, we complained to treebo and later on hotel's chief cheff Devender arrived, from now on the entire scenario turned in to a pleasant experience. Devender took care of everything, his food preparation techniques are wonderful. The food was tasty and Devender's service made it enjoyable.
We would recommend contact the property owner Rohit or Devendar for any future booking they can guide you well.
Our over all stay was good and we will recommend our group of friends and circle to chose this hotel only because of Rohit and Devendar's behabiour.

The location of the hotel lies approximately between the St Johns Church and the Naddi Viewpoint. It is as you would expect from a Treebo or Oyo property to be like. The rooms were clean and the ala carte dinner menu and the breakfast was superb. Had a 1 night stay and I must say it was worth if you get it at a very affordable rate. In case you get similar hotels in Mcleoadganj or Dharamshala market area then you may consider staying there as well. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my stay in Treebo as got it at a very affordable rate, however removing 1 star due to the location of the hotel. Will recommend if you are for going for a short stay.

Great ambience, balcony view is mesmerizing, the roof top cafe is just the best place to chill amd enjoy, loved the staff's behavior, food is nice especially paranthasloved the location as well.

The flooring of the room is not wooden. Also the flooring tiles are not covered with carpet. This led to extreme cold inside the room inspite of having heater.

We went to this hotel after reading the excellent reviews. And to tell you it is exactly how people have described. We booked the room in this hotel through third party site and we were promised a better facility then what we found on reaching, my wife was not quite happy and she made it evident to this hotel gentleman. He could sense she was not happy, not because room was bad or anything. But we had been promised higher tariff room. However we checked in and went outing, in the evening the manager came and told us that he is giving us that higher tariff room at same cost nothing to pay extra. This was professionalism at it best. Secondly, one day we reached hotel after long sight seeing and we realized that the dinner order timing was over and we were hungry. He says sir dinner time is over but for you we will do something, we were provided good dinner even though it was off time. There are few more instances but it will look long a review. At the outset, I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is worth the value, and amazing staff, very good view as well.

The rooms of the hotel are specious and cozy. But does not have laundry service or emergency service. You have to ask for cleaning the room and it was not available after 4pm. Hotel has no vehicle with it. So they can only arrange it from the local drivers. View from the balcony was not so good as it surrounded by other hotel and personal houses.

Good and clean hotel to stay. Amazing food. Parking is a trouble, I advise you to call the hotel first for parking assistance.the hotel staff is helpful.

Friendly staff. Bed sheets were not upto the mark and had strains on them. Peculiar smell coming from the rooms, inspite of being ventilated several times.

Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Towel, bedsheets and pillow covers are shabby and needs more attention. Booked and payed for three adults but accommodation was not so. Very disappointed and the experience was bitter

The hotel has a great location near mclodganj where most of the travelling places are there. From the room can be seen the whole dharamsala valley which looked beautiful from the top. The hotel rooms are clean and the washroom
was neat too. The food is gud. The staff is very cooperative especially Mr rohit, the main head of the hotel. Overall a great experience.

It's almost 2.4km away from main market of Mcleodganj & Bus stand. The hotel is pretty basic but still quite better than the ones around. Obviously quite expensive but if you are getting a good deal online for say 1-1.2k then you can go ahead. The staff are quite courteous and well behaved. Hardly two or three rooms are there with view. The open terrace restaurant is good for those who didn't the room with view can enjoy it from there. But recently there's a lot of construction happening around this place so it can get a bit loud even in the room. In short I liked this place for being away from the hustle and bustle of city. Dal Lake is hardly 800m away from. Bus stand/market is walkable distance if you love walking.

Have visited many hotels. Seen no staff as courteous as this one. Full five stars for this! Some small things, like logging of water on bathroom floor of room no. 104 due to slope being on the other side, arrangements to give use & throw slippers as its too cold in McLeod, etc will make it the best. All the very best to the entire team!

It was a brilliant hotel, with really good rooms and a very warm staff. The two guys parveen and devendra were the warmest of all. They were very friendly. The room was very clean. The food especially was too good. The ambience was great. I wanna come back as soon as possible to this hotel and stay for a longer time. Thank you so much treebo for this great experience. ️️

Excellent because the staff was very cooperative and the rooms were very good. We were given a suite, and all the staff were very cordial and catered to all our comforts. Excellent stay at Dharamsala in Treebo Trend Roshan house. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Dharamsala.

Clean spacious rooms with good panoramic view. Located near Gorkha Regiment at 1.5-2.0 kms from the main mcleodganj market. Food quality is way better than eating at local restaurants outside. Special thanks to Devender for his great hospitality, services and politeness. Very helpful and courteous staff. Me and my sister enjoyed our 3 days stay thoroughly. Also no need to worry for cabs as hotel staff arrange cabs at reasonable rates.

Best customer service in India. Not super clean and super tidy for Western standards but the spectacular customer service makes up for everything!

Just one cons.the slope constructed for cars to enter in the lobby of hotel needs some boundary. It's scary for driver to drive on slope since there is no visibility of edge of the slope.

Very Nice stay with treebo roshan house and excellent services and all employees are well professional

Very nice hotel. Very good staff. Only problem is we couldn't get a room with good view. We are getting view of only buildings situated very close. Also some times too much noise from neighborhood and bad smell comes occasionally. Restuarant on terrace is very nice where we can get good views.

A loving romantic home - out of home. All amenities are cool and all staffs are always very helpful and cooperative. A desired place to visit again

Good customer service- I stayed for 3 nights in April 2019 here and was happy with tje overall customer service. The hotel is close to Dal lake and Naddi (a local tourost point). The hotel offers good view of mountains from the extended lobby outside.

It was a very nice hotel with very nice location i booked hotel online in only 700Rs. Staff is very cooperative. They even offer complimentary breakfast or lunch to the newly married couple as they offerer to me.

Good hotel to stay at esp if you want to attend Mata Nirmala ashram But staying at Mcle Ganj should be avoided compared to option provided by Hotel Dhauladhar at Kotwali whereby arriving & leaving Dharamshala will be easy especially when your HRTC bus is scheduled to leave early morning as was ours at 6 a.m.

It attracts a lot of tourist crowd. During holidays it is completely crowded. The staff is friendly and interactive. They do have a restaurant which offers tasty food. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Rooms are nice and clean with geysers.
