Recommended as a restaurant with delicious meat and fish dishes. Two halls with different types of seating. You can sit comfortably. Quite clean. There are a lot of visitors during lunch. For the first time I ordered fish. It was very tasty, I recommend it. Included: two pieces of fish, baked potatoes and salad. There was dampness. Cost 450 rupees. But the second time was disappointing. I ordered a steak. The meat was very, very tough. I almost didn’t take the knife. The potatoes came across soggy. Cost 400 rupees. The administration did not respond. The service is weak. Both times I had to wait 5-10 minutes for the menu. Serve for 30-40 minutes. And very loud music.
Amazing food. Every single thing on the menu is good. Be it soup, salad or main course. Wood fired pizza had green chilli which was bit of a disappointment, but other than that everything was superb in taste.
I ordered Siciliana pizza, was so excited to hv something different but it was ok ok in taste just looking fancy.size of the pizza was good enough for 2 Adding the menu pic
Small restaurant down hill but amazing food with good service & you get lots of variety be it Mexican or Italian or Mediterranean. We tried all three plus local momos. Must try for value of money.
Went here with my friends, suggested by the bnb owner where we stayed at McLeodganj.
They have an amazing open roof with comfy low tables seating arrangement. The food that we tried was very enticing, moreover the ambience and music of the place adds to its anesthetic.
Great cuisine variety. We initially went for israeli food but liked the chow even better. Although hygiene is a significant issue. The glasses were smelling and there was a hair in the ziva we ordered.
One of the finest places I have had a very good meal at Dharamshala, McLeodganj area. This place is situated in Dharamkot, some kms away from Mc Ganj.
Place is super cool to visit for groups, families etc. Enjoyed having meal here. Went at around 6-7PM for just some snacks and ended up having too much. Ordered: Bruschetta, Tomato Soup, Spinach Soup, Ginger Masala Tea and last dish (I dont remember: -D)
One of the Best TEA we have had here. MUST try tea if you have been craving for tea. Also SOUP and other dishes were delicious!
MUST VISIT this Place if you are in Dharamkot area.
Amazing food, good variety on the menu. One of the best Italian, Mexican, Israeli food in Mc Leod Ganj-Dharamkot belt. Had enchilada and schnitzel, turned out pretty good. Must visit.
Best place to hangout in Dharamkot. Ambience is perfect and food tastes osm. Moreover the staff is friendly. They also have great internet at the cafe. Must visit cafe.
I have tried their most of items as I am big pizza lover This is my favourite place to order pizza. They serve very yummy pizzas with best toppings and cheese
This famous cafe in Dharamkot, part of dharamshala as every bit of boho mountain vibe for backpackers and travellers. Route from main market is easy, otherwise from bhagsunath the climb is a bit steep. Prices are bit nigh but the food and seating is good. You can sit on floor or work on lounge style seats. I tried lamb burger, chicken biryani, mutton momo and soups with bhagsu cake. All items come with veggies and fries etc.beer is also available. Overall great place and all items in menu are great.
Dharamkot is the perfect base for multiple hikes in the Himalayas such as Triund, Illaqua, Indrahar Pass, etc. It is just an overnight bus ride away from the famous backpackers’ hot spot – Kasol. My first visit to
A good place for English breakfast in Dharamkot. Eggs were properly cooked sunny side up, they gave me the option of fried eggs instead of omelet. Baked beans were proper and nice mushrooms and tomatos. Bread was local and tasted like sourdough type. For such a place and a location I am very happy. The coffee and lassi were great. Staff was nice and service was efficient. Only wish there was a better view!
I can never miss to visit Trek & Dine if I'm in McLeod Ganj. Love this place and the food hear is worth the walk from McLeod (rickshaws are also available but I like to walk), I just love the view.
A friendly host made an evening absolutely memorable. An end of the road destination serving an experience over food! Must visit place for people who want to let their hair down and have a laid back meal in an unhurried place
Like this place so much that I have been here four times in a span of two weeks. The ambience is conducive to having good time. The food here is also good. Nothing to complain. Must visit.
A visit to Mcleod is incomplete without visiting Trek & Fine. What they serve is not only good quality food but also beautifully presented. The place is perfect for relaxing and working simultaneously.it's simply awesome.don't miss it.
Always nice to come back to dine in this nice restaurant. The food is good and not expansive, the coffee is decent, and the sitting area upstairs is very cozy. Go and try yourselfs.
One of the best place to visit in dharamsala! Enjoy here with great food and stunning ambience! The sitting arrangement is also good! You will love this place. Best restaurant to visit in dharamkot! The rates are also affordable! The highest level of pizza costs here around 410 rupees!
Good place to eat, chill out and hang out. Can be reached by cab or auto as it is right at the start of dharamkot market. Food is good and moderately priced. Only beer is served in alcohol. Service is decent and they have ample seating area. Tables as well as floor seating are available. Can definitely be tried for meals.
Fabulous food in a corner of the mountains. This is a cafe nestled in the woods in the small village of dharamkot. All kinds of food options are available. We had a great Apple and pomegranate juice which was freshly prepared. The juice page has various combinations with arrow lengths indicating the quantity of each ingredient. Pita bread and humous served with French fries was great. The cafe has live music on certain days, do check out the dates of the gigs in advance. They accept payments in cash only
Not great food to be honest. There was only one server at the time for about 4 tables so he took very long and wasn't very polite about it. Pizza was okay, we had a sandwhich and a dessert too, nothing was great. Maybe the were lacking in staff on the day. Nice ambience and menu though.
Food is really very delicious here, and the location is very beautiful too.on one side the mountains are filled with green lash trees and on other side the astounding view of mountain Triund
Best Ambiance, Decent Prices, definitely a good location if you want to meet travelers or want a late night snack. It's up in Dharamkot, away from the main touristy areas. Eat there for sure.
For Indians who would like to have a taste of foreign cuisine and for foreigners who are missing their own cuisine Trek & Dine is the best option. They have cuisines from multiple countries and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great ambience especially at night with all the lovely lights. Smoking is allowed here. The occupants can stay in the restaurant as long as they want to. Food is amazing. I had a very great experience here.
A good place to eat and spend time. Food is really good and seating is comfortable. Though, it has lost the charm it used to have earlier, Still I recommend this place to visit when in Dharamkot. In peak season it used to be open till 3 am. Food is still good especially their wooden oven pizza is a must try. It is an attraction to the foreigners as they serve English, Israeli, Chinese and Italian food. They serve only beer in liquors and good music compliments the ambience.
We were at Trek and Dine for dinner one day, breakfast the next and lunch the day after.
The restraunt does not boast of breathtaking views, but credit is due for it's subpar food, friendly staff, cosy ambience, decently priced menu and good song choices of the guy behind the desk.
The menu in is pretty extensive. Over three days we tried everything from an English breakfast to Indian lunch to a thin crust pizza dinner. Every credit to the chefs and every meal was a feast in its own right, especially if you had in "Trekking Vali magggi" in between.
In winters they welcome you with a cup of warm water. Try the chicken clear soup, on a cold evening, it might taste better than your scotch.
For the sake the criticism, the tandoori rotis came half cooked, but yes you can get them reheated if you wish. Personally we were to hungry to bother.
Just blindly go and eat anything and taste will be great. Service was quick, staff is helpful but they explain details only when things are asked. They seem to be bit quite which people might take otherwise. But we have no complaints. Sitting is chair based and you can sit on floor as well.
Variety of teas, shakes and different cuisines. Pizza's not to be missed even aloo paratha was amazing.
My friend ordered a thick chicken soup which looked great, me being a veggie could only enjoyed the look of it.
The bread is not made and comes from naaddi but it is a gem during breakfast and same bread with garlic becomes great companion for the soup.
Would love to visit dharamkot again and enjoy the view from trek and dine.
