Uncle Nomad is the best budget friendly place to stay in Old Manali. From it's cute corners to chill and work, room with a mountain view, lovely host and staff to good Wi-Fi is all we need to have a memorable stay. I can bet you will want to stay there forever coz the host make you feel at home ️

Such a comfortable stay. You are surrounded with very warm hosts. Rooms are more than what you expect for the rates which are very affordable. Service is great. They take make food on demand. It’s a comfy homestay with a Husky. He has his own personality and likes its freedom. The owner helped me a lot in terms of suggestions for where to go what to do nd also arranged for a bike for me at cheaper rate than the market. The food is great. The chicken they prepare is one of the best I have ever had and also the veg maggie. The view is also very natural. Just 50 meters from here you have apple farms where you can sit roam around and enjoy the view. It’s a small climb up the man road but again a very small price to pay for the comfort and security it provides. The host was accommodating enough to keep our luggage in his room for 7-8 hours when we had time before we left and our hotel booking was over. Great one of the best experiences at Uncle Nomad.

Had an amazing travel experience.
I travelled with them to winter spiti - holi special batch. They had organised it very well and they took best care of me when i was not feeling well. Specially if you’re planning to travel solo I would suggest Uncle Nomad to have best travel experience.

For us they are life long friends now and we have created memories that we will cherish forever. The highlight is “Hachi”, the beautiful husky who will keep you entertained all the time and the food which is just so delicious. I don't like to brag much but but but but before booking ur return tickets think about it few hours cuz u might wanna cancel at the last moment.

This is the second time I have visited in Manali and I have to say that absolutely loved it because of the comfortable stay. The owner provided us everything and every required facility. Owner was super helpful and friendly and his staff were extremely attentive, asking each day. The balcony has beautiful view. The food they provided absolutely felt like home Even the rates were completely Reasonable. Really the best place to stay.

Highly recommended. One of the best places to stay in Manali at decent price. Rooms were clean and spacious with the basic facilities. The view from the balcony was amazing. The host is a wonderful person who made us feel like home. Also, he can arrange the local transport, if requires. He really guided us to plan our trip and suggested the places that we should visit here in manali. Best thing was the extremely delicious food, provided at reasonable price. You will not feel like eating elsewhere once you taste the food here.

UncleNomad exceeded the expectations in Spiti expedition Sept 2022. All the stays were chosen the best, the travel was great and safe with professional driving experience, breakfast/dinner were yummilicious and add-on were those desserts, overall energy of the trip and fun and not to miss their professional photography at each point with regular status updates for the team to post realtime. Would definitely suggest anyone to go with them to get back that stargazing keeda in you. Lots of information provided during the journey, which other travel groups miss.

All thanks to Krunal and Sourabh we had the most memorable and eventful trip to spiti valley. As it was a astro trip.we had all nights spent under the gorgeous clear skies and company of millions n trillions of stars.krunal delivered on all his promises to make it possible for us to witness and experience it to the fullest. Right from joining all the like minded people to hunting the right location for a proper shoot to cracking the most silliest joke to handling a difficult road block.krunal and team was spot on. Ending the trip to their lovely and cosy homestay is the cherry on top. Make sure to meet hachi too.

What a blisful place to be at. Right from the location, ambience, rooms, food to the extremely polite staff, staying at Uncle Nomad is nothing less than a delightful experience. Highly recommended to anyone travelling to Manali.

I have booked my Spiti circuit trip with Uncle nomad and had a word with Krunal regarding the trip at the earlier stage.

The day before the actual trip starts I got a call from Karan who is the owner/trek leader of another group named trekatribe and he informed me that this trip is going to be a collaboration between uncle nomad and trekatribe, it was a shocking surprise to me as Krunal had no courtesy to inform this to us prior, it was a sheer disappointment.

Throughout the trip, he had no courtesy to ask the whereabouts of the trip. Plus the mismanagement and disorganisation of these two groups lead to fights between the co-travellers.

The main attraction of this trip was the Chandrathal camping and that didn’t happen because they couldn’t get the bookings, I mean seriously? And this news also we got to know from our driver Bhaiya.

In the last couple of days, we were stuck in Manali due to heavy rainfall and landslides but then too he had no courtesy to ask whether we are safe or if we need any help.

To be honest the trip was up and downs in my mood because of both the groups.
If you are planning to book a trip with them please think hundred times or spend 5k 10k more and plan independently.

One of the best places to stay in Old Manali. You will come as guests and leave as friends.

I went on Spiti stargazing trip with them. I could honestly say that I had the best experience I could have had with any group. Not only did we witness the beauty of Spiti but also the stargazing experience every night was so wonderful. Kudos to uncle nomad with team.

M himacahl m frequently travel krta rhta hu but uncle nonad is like m ghumne nhi aya its more like ki apne frnds se milne aya hu Seriously this place feels like home.
Everyone and everything is so amazing like Krunal, Saurabh Sonali, Priya, Farhan bhai, Akashy, Happy bhai (the wonderfull chef)
And my favorite Hachi. If i talk about the place sexy Rooms, great common area and the view is amazing.
