Overall experience was amazing. Super clean and tidy place with beautiful interiors and alll necessary amenities. Host and care taker were very co-operative and helping. Property is a little far from Mall road but is in a residential and a very calm neighborhood.

Everything here is just awesome and worth the money. Highly recommend to visit here if planning a shimla visit.

Nice place to stay nearby all things avaiable but u can’t go without ur vehicle bht chaman is vry helpful person anything u want he arrange everything for u.

Location of the house is perfect and you really get a nice view from there. The house has beautiful interiors and the staff was very helpful and kind. It is loaded with all the amenities you might need and gives a nice homely feeling.

Amazing experience, very well maintained property and lovely host. The care taker is also very polite and nice. Property location is also good and road and parking is good if you are going by your own vehicle.

We are the people of 4+ 1 kid. The stay was absolutely delightful. The property exactly looks like whats mentioned. Beautiful & Very cleam home. Host Kunal is very kind and caring. All your questions are answered promptly. He will help you with everything. There is a helper named "Chaman". He will help you with all the House hold chores. He can get you taxis, home essentials everything. We had a perfect 21 days stay.

Excellent location, good place to stay with family and very near to Mall Road, only 5-10 minutes walk to the Mall Road.

The property is very well maintained and this is best place if you coming with your family

1. Well maintained, neat and clean apartment.
2. Good interiors.
3. Housekeeping staff as well as owner are very helpful and welcoming.
4.12 minutes drive (4.5 KM) from mall road lift.
5.2 minutes walk to nearby bus stand (Sector-1, New Shimla) where you can easily take an electric bus every 30 minutes to lift for 20 bucks.
6. They have stilt parking facility.
7. They don't provide breakfast.
8. They provide all necessary utensils in their kitchen if you want to cook on induction. You'll have to clean the utensils yourself though.
9. No gas, microwave, washing machine.
10. Affordable option for a group of 4-7 people as there are 2 bedrooms and 1 living room.
11. Beds are of king size.
12 Heating option is available for 1 room while you'll have to pay extra for heater in another room.
13. Geyser is available in both bathrooms as well as kitchen.
14. You'll have to pay extra for water bottles no matter how many days you are staying. By default they provide 2.

Everything was perfect. Just love this place. Much better than anything else. Strongly recommended

The place is amazing, two bed room apartment with drawing room, kitchen and 2 bathroom. It's 4 km from old bus stand and has a parking. The owner of the place is too friendly and helps with all the queries abt Shimla. We were group of 5 people and had a great time. House was dam neat and you have a person on the property for basic help. A must visit. Thanks Kunal, our host for all the help
