They provide the worst service ever. The staffs are not at all responsive. You have to follow up a thousand times before a service is provided.
The food is good but everything is overpriced as compared to the rest of the hotels / restuarants.
The location is far from the Mall road.
If you are looking to spend some peaceful relaxing time, please look for some other hotel. There are a plenty of them.

Poor service.bill should be checked twice before paying otherwise duplicate bill might be interested by mistake.

Very nice location near hidimba mata temple. Full points for locations staff was very nice.

Had poor experience of staying here. We booked 5 rooms and they provide worst service, no towels, no electric kettle, no proper parking management,
They charge you like it’s a 5 star hotel
When I asked them to provide electric kettle they said they don’t have any. It was the last time I stayed here will never recommend any.

Stayed with family and it fulfilled my expectations. It was spacious with mesmerizing view from balcony.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. Food was quite good. Rooms are ok, recently renovated. But major renovation work is going on in the other floor causing noise and paint smell - this should have been avoided when the hotel is open for guests. Recommended.

There is a market, museum, temple and garden nearby.

Bad amenities, avg parking facilities, avg food, improper understanding between staff, a very bad experience. Swimming pool is not well maintained.

I had a 4 night stay in this hotel, i need to stay that the staff are extremely gentle and the food is too delicious. I even had my 3 years old kid with me there, arranging milk for him, anything extra you need they are always there to help you.and the best part is view from the balcony. It is sooo beautiful. I'll again stay in this hotel if i ever come to Manali again.

Utopia is fantastic. We booked 5 rooms and everyone was happy with it. Currently it is under renovation. But still rooms are best for the price. Spacious, clean and all basic facilities are available in rooms.

Restaurant is also good and simple. If you are looking for ambiance then you may get disappointed. But staff is polite, smiling and quick to serve.

Food was good for us. Dessert was delicious. We also booked bonfire for 1000rs.

Location is awesome. The rooms have best view of snowy mountains and city under it. Hadimba temple is just 5 mins walk. A small market is near. You can test street food near.

2 min away from Hidimba devi temple.
5/5 for the view offered by the resort, staff is very friendly and caring.
Do visit if you are looking for cozy and good place but yes it goes on toss for the food they serve as it has no taste.rest evey thing is perfect.

Overall hospitality right from food to stay & service. Would highly recommend anyone going to Manali.
