One of ye the best resorts I ever stayed in. Surrounding is beautiful and quiet. Food is awesome. Service is great. Overall this place is good for quality time.

A perfect place for group tours. Well maintained rooms. Beautiful view of Shimla and the surrounding hills. The review will be incomplete without the special mention of the courteous service and quality of food served. The quality is super. The owner/ director is Guinness record holder Chef, very courteous and manages to the minutest level.

Hotal is good but staff is so poor unka nature bhut ganda hai rooms are good thanks but family ko le jane wala hotel nhi hai

The property is nice but not managed well. The doors and furniture of the rooms are old and some of them were broken.

Spacious rooms and wash rooms. Room service was good. Quiet and calm ambiance. Room Heater, tv, geyser, fan, water heater with tea - coffee packets, all available. They clean the room if asked for. I really appreciate the chef of the resort. The food was really awesome.morning breakfast was superb. We were served with tea, omelette, sandwich, poha, chole bhature, alu parantha, corn flakes with milk as a buffet. Also they are upgrading the resort with fun activities for kids. One can play billiards if they want. Over all.great experience

₹ 6166/- ARE PENDING WITH THE VUE MAGIC HOTEL, IN CONNECTION WITH THE REPAIR OF CCTV CAMERAS & ANTIVIRUS ETC. FOR THE LAST MORE THAN 4 YEARS. NO ONE IS INTERESTED TO PAY OUR DUE AMOUNT.

Beautiful place to visit with Friends and Family. Great and huge place to enjoy. This place has a Zip line where you can have a little Kam Chalau thrill. Lunch was good, dinner was Average. However breakfast was nice. Staff is supportive and works more to help the consumer or clients rather to disturb. One of the best resorts in Chail. Good parking space Great party area. The only thing I don't like was charging 200 bucks for pool table. Naah. That was kind a cheapo behaviour. You are providing Water, Great services however charging for pool table. Na not a good idea Just a suggestion from me.

Avoide such rat holes. Pathetic attitude of front office and management.it is average and overpriced place.nothing to do and no one will provide any support.

Best hospitality and service. Food is superb, very friendly staff. Perfect place for family stay as it’s kids friendly place.

Rooms are very beautiful comfortable and view is so wonderful. You can see apple, peach and others tree in your resort.

This place is awesome from location and view of the valley point of view. Good for corporate parties. Rooms are spaces with all facilities. Very nice staff and service over all good experience

Poor servicee we paid 9000 for a bath tub room and its tub was not workingg inspite of varous complaints there was no response.worst resort i have been ever.over priced.much better resorts on d wayyy.plz dnt come here.

Food was good, staff behaviour was fentastic & they're very cooperative, room sanitization was good, overall it was very nice stay!
