I had the pleasure of staying at Whistling Pines Resorts and Spa during my trip to Kulu in 2018, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. If you're planning a visit to Kulu and looking for the perfect place to stay, I highly recommend this resort.

I went along with my family. It was a great trip because of the hotel staff. Staff is too good and cooperative. Even th owner make you feel at home. Breakfast and dinner was included in the rent. The quality of the food was awesome. Whenever we will go, we will definitely opt for whistling pines. Best location, Best Staff, Best Food, Best Hospitality

Pathetic service, weird staff, cheapest 1Start or 0star hotel, no locks in room, u can’t sleep in ur room incase other people in ur adjacent room aren’t sleeping because u can easily hear them even when they switch on/off their heater. No heater is available in 6degree temp nd incase needed, it’s charged. Food options are lesser nd poor quality of food. Receptionists are very rude.
Overall never ever recommend anyone to go for this hotel, totally time waste.

Fabulous location. Food, as it was Assamese Food so I was new to it. Rest Everything was fine. Specially their Kitchen Garden adjacent to guest house, Owner himself showed me that.

The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. All the facilities mentioned were available. The food was good.

Rooms are very good but room service is worse.you have to call twice or even thrice for your orders.don't take breakfast in package.it's not good limited items.not satisfied with services.otherwise it is good hotel with beautiful location.

Great location, great rooms, ok food, ok service, sad looking workers and slow, NO VLEANLINESS - open the windows and you see cobwebs, low lighting. Will be happy to visit if they have the right zest to provide a clean space and happy faces.

Very good place to stay in manali. Staff is very polite and show great hospitality to their guests. View of snow mountains from the balcony is too good.

1 star AS THERE IS NO OPTION OF 0 STAR, all the positive comments are fake. Worst service. I had a stay for 2 days and i really got upset with the attitude of the staff. For heaters they charge extra sum. Food is very unhygienic and overpriced plus it doesn't gets delivered till ur room. *All the POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE REMEBER*. All the pictures they had uploaded are fake. Staff is very rude and arrogant. Please don't visit this hotel. If not a hotel than stay in a lodge. Even goibibo and other sites have marked this hotel as fraudsters. Please do not visit this hotel if u don't wanna spoil ur vacation

The location is good with panoramic views of the valley and hills, but the food is nothing to write home about. It’s not in Manali, but 6 kms away, which helps to stay away from the crowds, but also cuts one off the Mall road.

I had booking for 2 days cost around 7k. Make my trip and goibibo both are showing helpless in front of this hotel.
Actually 'make my trip' and 'goibibo' both are not ready to provide any solution.

Not able to find the hotel because they r actually existing or not no idea because i spended the whole night on road with my family.
My mistake is that i didn't read the reviews before booking.
So many people had shared that this hotel is fraud

1. Read negative reviews, positive are fake reviews.
2. Location worst, very far from city centre,
3. Opposite direction from Manali, even opposite to main highway. U need to cross vyas river and way it 'kaccha pathrila' rasta, where walking is not possible.
4.dangerous path, no road.
5. Staff so rude, arogent
6. Non returnable booking because they know that when people will see reality they will do cancellation. It's fact,
7.no humanity, they only stole your money
8.make my trip & Goibibo both are dealing with this, showing fake reviews.

10. Insted of paying back or arranging any other hotel they said sorry we r helpless because it's 'NON-REFUNDABLE'.

Awesome place. Wheelchair acess area, parking available. Very nice interior, clean and neat rooms, valley facing rooms with balcony. Restaurant with very good service and tasty food.

Built on top of mountain away from Manali main city very peaceful and serene environment. The scenic snow view from balcony during winters is excellent.the hotel is well located and very spacious. Well located hotel, food and hospitality is good. Ample parking space available. During winters the room becomes very cold so do make sure you have room heaters available as room heaters sell out very fast and you may left out with Nothing but shivering nights and cold freezing mountains.

This is very good place in Manali. Big rooms, very good view from balcony, very clean. Very good food.

Poor service, they don’t have even clean bed sheets, dirty used towels and don’t have enough blankets, rooms are not clean, no other room equipments such as dryer, heater etc….

I am giving one star for the beautiful view! The service is very poor, the reception staff behavior will completely bring down ur mood of joy. The food options were very minimal and what ever we ordered from the menu they had was not available. Food will not be sent to the Room. Room Heaters are extra charged. Really a very bad experience. There are many properties in the same site which can be tried.

The property and the location is awesome. But their food and service is the worst. Go here only for the peaceful location and mesmerizing view. Don't expect anything else from the hotel. Even a heater is charged at extra cost. So be prepared for a low quality service and a wonderful view.

I had visited for the First time in Manali and stayed in Whistling Pine.
Room and balcony view is too Good.
Water geaser available in Bathroom with 24 hrs facilities.
Food and Breakfast is Good Quality.

Just remove your room's curtain and you have heaven on your eyesight! The hotel was good at location wise and the food quality and staff service was good.but they aren't have actual enough good room sizes like they have same sized room and bathroom having it.but all around experience was so good.

Very rude & unprofessional hotel staff. Poor room service. Poor food quality. U have to ask multiple times if u require anything. They have very few plates available. I had to wait more than 15-20mins to get plate to eat food. Water bottle of mrp 25 is being sold at 30. Also, 5% GST is charged on the same which nowhere in India can't be levied on water bottle. Don't book room here if u wanna enjoy ur time in Manali.

Hi everyone I would like share to everyone my experience of this hotel.this is worst hotel.poor management.misbehavior with our customer.you know i checked out within 15 minutes due to bad attitude and misbehavior.there manager is like a Hitler. I suggest you don't book and don't go in this worst hotel.

Excellent location, beautiful view, good food and very nice rooms with balcony. Warm water 24/7 and very well maintained, lovely and courteous staff.

The only 2 things which I really wished which could be better is
1. Heater with 2 rods should be given and should be included in winter atleast (charging rs. 300 per heater with only 1 rod which does not even comes near bed is pathetic)

2. For any request made to reception it takes atleast more than an hour to get it fulfilled, when we asked for heater we were given after 2 hours, when we requested for laundry after multiple reminder got fulfilled in 2days. When we requested for bottled water it got fulfilled in 2hours. So turnaround time for any request should be improved.

But all in all very pleasing stay we loved it very very much with good memories.

Best view, best food.but in winter all u need is heater.they have it single rod heater which is far away from bed.
If you are staying there just book a bed in hospital when you back.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible.front desk guys were worst and indifferent.i went with my friends and they have no consideration.

Only good thing about this hotel is view, it's awesome, but other thing like room service is very poor, most of the time lift is not working, food service is not available in room, limited options in breakfast n dinner, u will miss breakfast n dinner after 10 am n 10 pm respectively, price is little high if we calculate all the things.

This is a beautiful place. The outside view from the room is beautiful and catchy.with view of forest and you can have tasty food over here. It's a great place to stay if you want to chill with friends & family.

Really nice place to stay. Staff is kind and helpful. Has lots of parking space. Have great view from hotel rooms. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Even the food is good. You can sit in the balcony with a friend/family and have quality time by yourself and could easily loose track of time, sunsets and sunrises are really beautiful to watch. Overall I personally had a really great time and would love to visit again whenever I'm in town.

Very good resort for tourists where see the mountains view in morning when sun rising and night view when mood light sparkle on snow.
