White Ridge Hotel

Food here is outstanding, fresh, hot and rich. Their special preparation Dal Makhani is must try along with other dishes even Chawal fry tastes great. If you are at Dharamshala the place is worth visiting, I visited twice and would visit again.

Good Rooms, Okay food, excellent service. Saturday Day Ni live music was excellent had a good stay overall it was an excellent stay. Thanks to staff.

This Hotel never let me down.this is my 5th visit

recently visited on 31st night with my family and the arrangement and the food and everything was awesome.excellent arrangement they have outside born fire live music on one and DJ on another so you have a wide choice wherever you want to sit.food was awsm.specially the Barbecue.

On the road from Dharamshala to Yol. Has a small bar, pool, sit out, dinning hall. Attended an engagement. Had vegetarian meals. So so preparation.

Room is spacious but feel is like bit old. Linens are not clean. Washroom is not much clean, towels are old n not white.

Very nice rooms staff is polite n cooperative
Food was delicious
we had a room with a view of pool n mountains very happy with the stay

"Dulha Baraati's" were staying here at "White Ridge" from 17th May'22 to 25th May'22 and it has been an absolute pleasure and delightful experience.
Right from our stay, food, haldi event, mehandi event & baraati event - very well organized and handled extremely well!
I can only say that - "One must stay" at "White Ridge".
The hospitality, simplicity of the people/staff here is truly commendable.
"Commitment" is what staff over here take it very seriously and guests will always be extremely happy.
They always have a "Smile" on their face and it just makes your day wonderful.
"Food & Service" is simply "Wow and Amazing".

This place serve very very tasty food. Must try their cuisine. The staff is excellent and offers huge amount of care & responsibility in terms of service, support and gestures.

Nice location with the view of majestic mountain ranges behind with a swimming pool in between.
Nice food, though price a little high for the quality.
Never the less, the ambience compensates.

Good place to stay in dharamshala.but out of the town & far from Mclodgang ; not much parking space.hotel is under-staffed.no good arrangement for drivers. Good food is +.

We had dinner there. The food was lavish and ambiance was too good.live music session adds up.appreciation to the music team and their staff.best place to had dinner with family.worth for money. Will have more visits and highly recommended. They also offer 15%off to their regular customers.

It's a decent place to have dinner in Dharamshala. Very few places are after after 7. They have live music here till 9pm. The service & hospitality is nice. The food is priced average. Drinks are served here. Overall a decent place as there are very few options. Else you shd go to Mc Lord ganj for amazing options.

Felt insulted. My guests from New zealand were staying in this hotel and on 14 of this month i have visited to see them, sitting near the reception with our driver when a security gaurd called us outside and told us to stand outside. I didnt get it first why he did that but later when i realised it i tried to talk the receptionist and felt that she is not interested answering me and then i asked her to connect me to my guests room which in unmannered reply she asked me to check them at the restaurant. Highly unprofessional and think that with drivers we cannot come and sit inside this hotel. It was raining heavily so we get out of the hotel and wait in a car outside this hotel.later when our guests came they also complaint about the same as they were not treated well by the staff at the restaurant and the room service was bad with jammed doors at the hotel. I have never experience like this in my life from any hotel in my travel and doing business with other local hotels from many years but never felt insulted like this. Very unprofessional. Respect everyone and learn basic hospitality.

Dirty rooms and linen. Breakfast was controlled 1 slice toast small bowl not to great muesli. Jam you couldn't get into. Juice was in a glass so small only about 3 mouthfuls and restricted to 1 glass per person etc etc Some staff rude and unhelpful.

I must say this hotel is worth every penny that you spend. The best hotel for your stay. The staff is very helpful. Ms Rubia at the reception is a soft spoken lady and will guide you with all the things you want to know. The food and breakfast is excellent. Will recommend this hotel for sure.

Visited Hotel White Ridge at 2: 45. Requested for a dish of chicken. Not even a single
dish of chicken was available. Very poor show of hotel 1 should not visit this restaurant.

Very bad service regarding food. Breakfast is till 10: 30 nd lunch customers can order after 12: 30 so what a person can eat with in mean tym who didn't have breakfast miss it.

Very good hotel with good reception and agile room and dining service! Terrace view is excellent. A small Gym can be a scope for improvement!

I am in just love with this hotel. I totally recommend this hotel to the people visiting dharamshala. The hotel is located 3-4 km before mcleodganj. The view from rooms is awesome. It has a mini swimming pool. The restaurant food was good. The major thing which I liked was breakfast. They had a total of 27 to 30 items in the buffet consisting of 6 fruit cut 2 types of juices which makes a healthy breakfast. The rooms are quite big (deluxe premium rooms). The amenities are quite good. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

As we have booked 7 rooms for 3 nights & 4 days. We have asked all 7 rooms same category. But the management has given us one room with lower category. We have ask to change but they denied. As we were 20 person group having children. They denied swimming pool. 1st day giving reason that they have put chemical in pool. 2nd day same reason. Food quality also average. No service person to serve food. Very much disappointed

The ambience of hotel was average. The food was not good, there was no taste in food. The fruits which were served were stale & not fresh, once u enter into passage of hotel or into room u feel like a complete horror place the hotel is not at al a lively place to live in. Above al more than half of channels in TV were locked or not accessible to watch. Not a worth place to live. Wil not recommend to anyone.

I ordered chicken tandoori for my special occasion and they provided uncooked and unfresh chichen!

Also the ambious and loud music make a family visit irritative!
