Wonderful place n settings.almost feels like as if in tree house.tasty food.different activities.

An excellent place to stay. Very good hospitality. Clean rooms. Delicious food served as I don't take onion or garlic. They prepared specially. Mr. Bipin incharge of catering and food services was very cordial and we felt at home.

Good cosy resort in kasauli. Went there for a quick weekend getaway. Breakfast spread was good.

Really bad experience

Located on the road to Kasauli, the property is really huge with lots of facility for adventure activities. Kasauli is 20 min by car. Rooms are comfortable and most have good views. We were given a room above the small souvenir shop which was convenient. The breakfast doesn't have a wide range, but most common things are available

We were on a family trip and we chose the 3BHK villa. The rooms are super clean, all facilities available, sheets are clean & fresh. View from the balcony is great too. The complimentary breakfast buffet had 6-7 varieties. If you are traveling with senior citizens then make sure you ask for a villa that has less stairs and is easy to reach.

Went to Winnies on our Dushhera break and it is very serene. Our rooms were on the top hill. There is quite a climb to these rooms but they have an electric golf cart that can take you up the hill easily. The rooms are spacious, clean and offer great views of the valley. The restaurant is one of the top restaurants in Kausali and offer panoramic views of the hills. The food taste good and the quantity is appropriate. The included breakfast has a lot of options. There is a swimming pool, game room and lots of adventure activities in the resort itself. They have their own sunset point as well. All in all great place for an outing.

We visited this resort for a wedding. The food was tasting good and rich like any wedding food. The rooms are spacious and have pretty views. Though monkeys are a constant threat so it’s scary to sit in balcony and try to enjoy the view.
But the entrance of the hotel near parking was stinking bad. Also our driver wasn’t treated fairly. Their dining area was so dirty that he refused to eat. He mentioned that even the kitchen where food is prepared was dirty.

However the wedding and haldi decorations were well done and the staff was good. But I was sad to see how our driver was treated. Hence the two stars.

Liked the resort very much. Top notch food. Wonderful rooms but the bed linens could be better. Otherwise totally worth it and wonderful view. Best resort to stay in Kasauli.

An excellent place to stay and dine when visiting Kasauli……. A nice getaway both for couples and families. They have a lot of adventure activities planned for children and young adults. The view from Valley facing rooms is enchanting.

Booked Two Bedroom All Wooden Premium Suite With Living Room And Jacuzzi And Frankly Telling You It's Very Much Overpriced And Really Worthless Spending This Much Big Amount On This Resort As Nothing Good And Also Food They Offer In Breakfast And Dinner Is Tasteless And Worthless.

Awesome stay its with paid activities are also there. Food was tasty. Lot of greenery is there. Terrace you can enjoy by evening

Comfortable stay and courteous staff/service. However if functioning of fittings in rooms are maintained it would make stay even more worthwhile. I faced plumbing problems during my stay.

Property is good but food as well as restaurant is not up to the mark, its a mixed feeling but definitely not going again.

I would highly recommend this places. This is one place where you get everything that u need for a leisure trip.
Points in favour
1) You don't have to enter into main city. It is 5-6 km before the city starts.
2) Nice location, spacious rooms. All rooms are at different height, they provide u an electronic car to reach Hill top.
3) Food was really delicious. Variety and taste both good.
4) They offer u spa, in house adventure activities, game zone for kids and gym.
5) Most entertaining was live band n music at open terrace with valley view. Most enjoyable.
6) In the morning u can do forest walk, that is a small trek but adventurous one.

Drawback

1) If u want to go to City, u need to travel 6 km Everytime.

Stay was nice, food was good, ambience was fantastic but staff particularly Bar staff was very rude and arrogant, need a lesson of curacy.

It was great place to visit. We had our 3 friends trip to Kasauli and pretty happy with our stay at winnies, staff was very cooperative.food was good.loved the view from our room.

Located at a beautiful location between the surroundings of hills of Kasauli. Very much friendly, knowledgfull and extremely helpfull staff. Every type of cusine available. Additional feature this resort had adventure park although those who have had watched Khatron ke Khiladi game show this adventure park reminds you of that. Coming on to the rooms very very well furnished equipped with every modern facility. Resort seems like a small hilly city. Owner's, Manager's and other office dealing staff well skilled.

Had not so pleasant stay here.
. Poor room service and untrained/ unprofessional staff.

DTH Service was suspended due to non payment by hotel management. We had to request 3 tome a day to resolve the problem as Kids wanted to Watch TV.

The Hotel staff kept on replacing Set Top Box instead of recharging the service.

Very bad experience. Not recommended

We must have booked some other place at such higher rates, the management has no concern for the guest they are just interested in making money without providing hospitality. Group of People were there to party so they neglected their couple clients restricted them to access all places in the restaurant even didn't offered buffet at proper timing and was running the hotel schedule according to the party People. So bad the hotel ruined the trip and they offered bad room first to take a chance and when we argued then they change the room Go for timber trail or ramada

A nice place to stay with family but only if they check their room equipments and make sure they work properly. We had to call them again n again for AC, TV and geaser for hot water as well which was kind of frustrating at the end. 1 issue is ok but all at one time I guess I not done!

Only thing is that the Superior Rooms are located at top and traveling up and down is sometimes pain.

One of the best resort we have visited till now. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. Under the guidance of Mr. Ravinder Rai and Vipin ji the staff showed excellent hospitality. The go to go person for Winnies Resort should be Mr. Nirmal Sharma, Name anything under the sun and he will do his best to provide whatever you need. When my child was unwell, the staff got the medicines immediately from the market and made her happy by giving her a balloon. This place makes you feel at home. We went there for two days extended our stay for a week and now going there for two months. Never ever the staff refused for anything. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the mountains, and feel the cool breeze. Weekends will be busy with nice musical events. It's a big beautiful resort with all the amenities. A must recommended place rather than those branded hotels.

Property is very well maintained, hospitality was at its best, view from balcony was mesmerising, rooms were perfectly clean, balconies were spacious.
Staff is very helpful and ready to serve everytime. We enjoyed the DJ night with bonfire which was completely awesome. Food quality is great and lots of dishes in buffet and specialy everything was tasty.
For kids there are lot of games and adventure sports which is best thing.
Overall this place is best for all age group people and for a perfect change.

One have to climb too much for deluxe and super deluxe rooms. Not recommended for older people. Otherwisevery nice resort. Food is just superb, staff is very very courteous, very scenic property.

Good property with a beautiful scenic view of the hills. Adventure sports available but very expensive. Outdoor sitting area has live music performances daily. Sports room was terrible and pathetic. Pool table cloth was torn, sticks were without tip. Buffet lacks variety. In-room dining quantity of dishes is crying out for help. Helpful staff. Courteous housekeeping.

It's good for corporate events, or a friends outing, or a couples thing. However it won't serve as a good wedding destination.

The location and food very good. For families or group gathering excellent place with so many activities. Location and atmosphere we loved it. They have parking options for vehicles.

We felt rooms and toilets could maintained better.

Five Stars for the Hospitality, Comfort, Food, Entertainment and the overall quality of this resort.

From seamless check in to check out, spread of the buffet and the taste, facilities within the resort, and lastly the comfort and house keeping services, this place didn't give any reason to complain.

In all parameters Winnies deserve 5 star ratings for the hospitality they provided to my family. They don’t have word “No” in their dictionary, they will provide you everything which is feasible in given circumstances.
