Really it was the pleasant stay at winterfell the stay, the location are superb, rooms are best services are good.i love to stay there again and again, we wish them better luck

Very beautiful place to stay we had a lot of fun and most importantly employee vinay he was a great host and provided all basics we needed and made our stay even more comfortable.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN MANALI……we stay here 3 days but we don’t get bored from this place 0.1%
It’s my 4th time in manali, I can’t find better hotel then this.
I request to all people who read my review…. Please stay here for 1 time in manali.

The worst property we ever stayed on. The food was bland & tasteless. Staff was non cooperative. They handover the room key n never turn back to offer any requested service. They allow other guest to put on loud music n party just outside ur room without bothering about ur comfort as bone-fire was additional chargeable facility. Clearly, the entire intention is getting money from customs & offering zero service in return. There was gang of guest partying whole night with loud music outside our room forcing us to basically disturb all our plan to rest n listen to stupid talks & music. Despite requesting the staff 100 times they didn’t bother stopping them. Don’t get attracted towards the beauty n serenity u see in the picture it’s all fake. NEVER VISIT THEM

Approach road is in very bad condition and the facilities they claim to. Provide are actually not up to mark

An amazing resort with the best views of Manali! Centrally located with good food and cozy ambiance. The staff was very warm and friendly and took care of the minutest of details. The breakfast and food served was Piping hot and fresh straight from the kitchen. Definitely recommend it.

Stay was superb, location was beautiful beside the BEAS river, cleanliness was maintained really good.food was good.everything was perfect, people who are working there are really very friendly and very helpful, and the owner was very polite and always responds in a very respectable manner.

We stayed at the Winterfell recently and the experience was truly amazing. The amount of relaxation and peace you get in the lap of mountains having river flowing sound and views is something worth craving for. The staff is very friendly and they offer a very tasty food. Overall, totally loved it!

Best hotel in manali. View is amazing. Beas river is in front. Mr praveen ji manager is very supportive. Food is amazing neat and clean rooms.

It was an amazing and peaceful stay, the staff is extremely polite, the place is next to the river, around 1 minute walk plus you get to see the amazing snow capped mountain from your room’s window. Food in the property is delicious, the best part is that the place is Pet Friendly.

Away from Manali and located in front of river. Its around 6km from Manali and stay was peaceful. The poha we had for breakfast was yummy.

My experience was fabulous. The owner has helped us alot and the staff is also well-managed, helpful and cooperative. Before our stay, I called the owner alot of times to make sure everything was in perfect shape and to be honest booking here was the best decision. It is friendly property to everyone visiting here, let it be family, friends, pets, couples.
I visited here with my friend and family. We needed help with the baby food etc.and the owner personally took care of all the cleanliness and quality. Road might not be good to the property but honestly that is something which will not matter once you see this beauty.
I would highly recommend and will surely book again and refer to my friends.

Excellent stay in every aspect. 5 star service. The rooms are excellent and breakfast very food. Mr Kuldeep served us well. The only drawback was the access to the property, which the government has to make a proper road, but once u reach the hotel, its a heaven

Winterfell the stay is a beautiful river side property and highly recommend hotel to stay in Manali. The staffs are polite and service is very good. This was the fourth time we stayed here with group of 40 people and it was an amazingly managed and we had great time. Cheers to team Winterfell.

We stayed at Winterfell in June and to our total pleasant surprise this property had everything one can ask for on a holiday with kids n family. Away from city center and mall road & noise. Quite a serene place. Variety of Food. Staff is fair.just have to ask for what you want.with little reminder. Superb place on the bank of the river.

Will be bit tricky to find due to some road construction gng on currently. But recommend for peacefully stay. We enjoyed and loved it

The location along with the decorations both inside and outside of the room are awesome. The foods r also very tasty. But one need to pay service tax along each and every bill.

I was at Winterfell The Stay for 3 nights with family and friends and can guarantee for the best service and amazing view. Very well made with the great concept. Right at the edge of the Beas River.

Horrible experience the way to the hotel was horrible. The staff was not compromising and the hotel incharge was rude and arrogant. Horrible for family stay. The parking didn't feel safe. Nor did I feel safe as there were people right next to the door of the hotel were drinking. Not recommended.

Awsome place for family and frnds those who want good morning vibes, the soothing river sound, and a very gr8 place for party. It was a very gr8 experience at winterfell.

Amazing staff with good amenities, food is also good, also better if added some south Indian food.

Memory Making Paradise!

As a quick tip, I'd first say- don't rely only on the pictures- Winterfell is one of those places that is better when experienced with a loved one, and even the most beautiful pictures of it cannot do it any justice.

We chose Winterfell for a Four Nights stay and we wished we could stay longer. The Room was clean, beautifully maintained and aesthetically furnished. We were afforded the greatest privacy, and the service was excellent.

The staff is extremely courteous and very warm and friendly. At no point did we found anything out of place. All cheers to Darpan (the kings hand).

The food was excellent. We had are meals (Breakfast and dinner) covered with our room. The food & service was by far the best we experienced in our 10 days long trip in North.

Price at which we got the room was a great deal, having experienced the beauty of the place in person, I believe that for the kind of privacy, river view and service we received, it was something extraordinary.

We would also suggest you make time for day or two just enjoying the stay and siting by the river side having tea. The sound of the river is so smoothing that you would spend hours by it.

We will both recommend the Winterfell the stay to any families or couples for not only a comfortable stay but to experience the beauty of Manali.

Winterfell is the best place to stay in Manali. Away from the crowed Mall Road. Silent and peaceful. Surrounded with the beautiful nature. Our stay was really comfortable and memorable. It was my birthday trip and I enjoyed a lot. The staff was helpful and friendly, they made my birthday special as they decorated the restaurant area beautifully. I highly recommend this place️. And it is pet friendly too️.

Conceptual Hotel is something you find very rare in Manali. Nested between these Montaneous region is this really beautiful skilfully Architected Hotel. It itself is a wonder to visit when in Manali. If you are into unique and peacful surrounding staying here will be worth your money.

Went to the restaurant. Had good ambience and a good collection of board games. Food was good and service was decent. Very good place to hangout with friends.
