We did last moment bookings and we were satisfied with their service. Food was great and loved it. Even the view is amazing. As we visited in group they offer us lounge so that we can have nice and comfortable dinner together

Overall good. Nice location, almost at the mid point of dharampur-kasauli.

Checkin was smooth and the rooms are good. Spacious and with a balcony which provides beautiful views of kasauli.

Enough parking space available.
Only thing they can work on is food. Food needs a lot of improvement - we ordered Basil Tikka which was just half cooked paneer with turmeric applied on it. Dal makhni was a mix dal in black color. Roasted Papad was fine

Big playground, beautiful property with tasty food I lunch and dinner but surprisingly breakfast is very low on taste and variety. Hard to understand when chef is same for lunch and dinner where quality was outstanding.

Just went to the resort. Beautiful hotel but rooms and balcony is small. Room tariff is higher according to the size of the rooms. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Excellent location with full view of mountain range from most room. Room is very well appointed and well equipped. The rooftop provides excellent mountain view. Taste of food is just awesome. Staff are courteous and helpful.

We visited in the end of June'22. Resort is extremely good with excellent ambiance and beautiful scenic views through balcony of the rooms.

The only thing I would suggest to their management is to maintain the temperature of water in the swimming pool according to the weather. My kids were excited for the pool but the water was so cold that they could hardly enjoy.

If you claim for some facility, provide for customers satisfaction.

This resort is located when you drive to Kasuali. Its 6km before kasauli. We had a little evening snacks there. Coffee was good. Veg grilled sandwich was tasty and fresh. Its a nice place with good views. They even had a swimming pool at the lower level.you can have terrace party here. The service is very good. Staff is polite and very professional. They have good rooms.

The place is nice to hangout with friends and family. Location is fine as per the room charges.room price matters with location. I hope management should consider this.

I don't want to give any star. Worst food they have. Even the rooms are very untidy. I ordered 10 dishes all of them were burnt. On breakfast table, there were flies only. I won't recommend u to waste your money. Find another property.

The service, room quality, was decent while the view was excellent. Amenities were a little less than usual. The food however was quite bad. Most things tasted the same and unbalanced, rotis were burnt at times the cost of food however did not at any point suggest the quality would be so bad and the breakfast buffet had cockroach as our co diners consistently. What we paid to stay here was at par a 5 star in Delhi which was not value for money. The traffic jam they caused due to over parking around the corner it has been built on only lead us to take charge of the situation and tow our luggage ourselves as you won't find the management to take much onus after you have paid the bill.
All in all kudos to them but I won't be visiting again.

Best hotel for destination marriage and parties in kasauli sanwar. I attended my cousin's marriage here. It was an amazing experience. Recommended one

Delicious Food especially tandoori broccoli & sizzlers veg platter, very clean rooms, amazing view, staff very cordial and co-operative, rooftop bar very nice place to enjoy the evening with live band and fresh air. Value for money.

Beautiful and lovely location it is a very near to Dharampur and on the Kasauli road the location of resort is very good it is a situation at sanawar between dharampur and Kasauli. Beautiful property high quality fast service visit it for nice experience of life great food great service on the best property thats only has on offer

Food was par excellent. We ordered a Chicken Tikka (btw the service was real quick), Honey chili cauliflower, soups, chili garlic noodles. Must visit.

I had great time here, i recommend this personally and staff is coperative.

U can also enjoy small trecking of around 500 m near the resort

We gathered there to attend an event arranged by our company.

The heater did not work in the rooms. The pool was left uncovered which felt really unprofessional, a child almost fell inside it.
Disappointing.

It's Ok OK place. When I went there they were out of parking so we needed to park the car on the road nearby. It is a bit confusing place. We nearly got lost finding our way thru elevators and tricky floors. It's like mirror maze experience.

We celebrated New year 2022 evening in this hotel, Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed. The staff was extremely friendly and deserves a special thanks. We had great evening here. One of my favourite experience was Bonefire such a beautiful. Its located at beautiful Location with swimming pool and place to visit. Food was so yummy too.

Not worth hotel at all.rather book something at the start of kasauli.its an old construction hotel.no twin sharing beds.even extra bed that we ordered, they were placing on floor but later provided some support.food was good but no buffet due to low occupancy.breakfast was standard but okay okay.overall its an expensive hotel and not worth the ROI.

Good place to visit, stay, relax and rejuvenate. Food needs a bit improvement. Bathroom clean and hygienic, room's are spacious and comfortable, good view? And mountain ️ sunshine. Games like billiards table tennis and spa for relaxation.

We had pleasant stay.could not enjoy buffet becz hotel was almost vacant when we came. A bit expensive though as per my experience. Food was delicious. For food we came here 2nd time. I loved that decoration of restaurant area which is kind of under basement area. Overall nice stay celebrated my birthday there so will always be memorable.

No doubt the location and the landscape views of this site are great but the food and beverages is not as like as the name of this property and the staff is not well qualified, so i gave 4 stars otherwise the hotel is good by its location infrastructure. Visit it for nice experiences of life.

Very osm location. Full enjoyment.proper space. For open gathering. All facilities like best rooms for stay and swimming pool. View is just awesome.

Location is good but the hospitality is below average. Staff is unprofessional and rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people sitting in the next room.

Cannot call by any stretch of imagination, a Resort. It is a wayside Hotel though offering warm Hospitality.

It was a small get together. Well organized. The Hotel staff was very courteous and good. Food was excellent. Only minus point was, that during rain, water came inside and outside of lift, which was dangerous

The location of resort is very good. It is situated at Sanawar between Dharampur and Kasauli. The property is well maintained. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean with gud interior. There is a balcony attached to every room which has got a breathtaking view. Sitting there one can enjoy weather and beauty of the hills.
It had a beautiful lawn for evening walk, playing cricket, badminton etc. It has a gaming area on the terrace where there is one pool table and one table tennis. There are two restaurants, one on ground floor and another one on terrace. The ambiance of restaurant on ground floor is very good while one on top has a different experience.

The buffet breakfast was very tasty and had different varieties of Indian food. Hotel staff is courteous and room service is gud. Woodcreek's manager Mr. Krishan is a very good host. He took care of every need of ours.

Overall our stay was superb.

Place is ok. View is good.but it's overpriced for what they are offering. Food was not good at all.

We have arranged a destination wedding and it went well.staff and Mr Bhupesh was very supportive.

Room service was really good and quick. However, quality of the rooms is average at best.
Most of the electricity points in the room were not functioning properly.
Choose this place only for the view.

Liked the property and the facilities there say ground to play, rooms with a view to relax and services there. Maybe they can enhance on their promptness on service delivery and variety in Menu.

Nice property on the way to kasauli. Every room is valley facing.you can enjoy view but rooms areais bit small in size. Food and service is good.ambience is perfect good for destination get togethers

Room was good. Parking is a little difficult as it is built on rising height. Breakfast menu was good but still needs to be improved. Personally had experience of some noise late night from a guy's room, they need to manage those things properly.

Very bad hotel, I am not going back nor recommending any one.
1.the room I was in 112, i could hear and smell when people staying in 111 urinated.
2.the restaurant got very cold in the evening, and the hotel didnt have any heaters, for guest using the restaurant.
3. The food I ordered was home style chicken curry, the pieces in curry, chicken neck piece and chicken chest.and worst was the presentation on the dish, it was the worst chicken dish I ever had.
4: I asked for preparation of my bills at 7.30 am. I reached at the reception, at 930 AM and the bill was still not ready, in fact one of the staff on the counter insisted on me paying cash and looked surprised when I asked for a bill.
I was not happy staying here.

Rooms were very Good. Food delicious. Staff very co-operative. I came here in 2017 also.that’s why I came again.as I still remember the view from the rooms and the ambience.

Hotel is just ok, good from outside but an average rooms. I m giving one star as I booked a super deluxe room with bath tub for my kid and paid for that online, but they refused to give saying its overbooked

Resort is nice and is situated in a calm place, if you are looking for serenity and quiet, should give it a try. The food is decent, room service is very nice. Rooms usually have balconies where you can sit and enjoy the calm under the stars.

Location of resort is a bit far from kasauli mall road, unless you wanna frequently goto the mall road, you should definitely consider it.

Matki chicken is a must try delicacy!

Nice Hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is not yet fully constructed. There is still some work to be done in the Pool area & outdoor garden

It's really a good resort the views from here are really awesome Amenities are also good they also have party halls to organise official parties and concerts
