Yellow House Dharmkot

Best host. Really helpful staff. In house cafe and host can arrange for cab at cheaper rates. We asked for heater around 8 and even though it was bit tough to arrange, owner Anup arranged it. Beautiful view and really budget friendly place with good wifi. I will mark it as good workation place. Cafes in dharamkot are also at walking distance. Naddi view point is at walking distance and hike is also really good and peaceful.

Property was so beautiful. They have maintained authentic look of a himachali house.
Owner and his wife were hospitable and helpful people.
I would highly recommend the stay if one wants to enjoy the beauty of mountains.

Excellent no-frills stay with ample room and great view of mountains. Staff (Anu bhaiya and her wife) are highly accomodating. Stayed there for around 3 months - good wifi with 4 hours ups backup is a great facility for guys who work in IT and planning to stay for long time in mountains. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 14 all family members.stayed in Yellow House, Dharamkot for 3 nights in February 1st week. Rooms, food everything is nice. Only concern was a location which is a walk of around 5 mins from main road. We all enjoyed our stay. Tariffs are reasonable. It was great meeting host Mr Anup ji. He was very cooperative during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

Quiet and Peaceful; Scenic and Hygienic; Premium yet economic; Easy access to best cafes and chowk. In-house partner "Organic thali cafe" serves quality food. Laundry - Travel - convenience store services at minute distance. Highly recommend for long stays.

The stay is very good and very clean. The hospitality is commendable. The service is on time and the landlord is very helpful. The view from the room is awesome. The food service and the taste is very good.

Stayed there for one day. Initially i was impressed with the reviews, so I booked the place.but it was not as per our expectations. I visited the place with my wife and kid and another family.
Service was slow. I could have rated it very low but given the place, ambience and atmosphere have rated it 3 Star.

Place is good but no service at all. Promoter is the care taker and no other person is there to take care of.

What a lovely room, clean, pleasant with a view, very calm, no passage, protected from the crowd. The owners are honest and kind. I spent a simple and very sweet time in this guesthouse that I highly recommend and to which I will definitely come back. Very very nice!

Peaceful location with a great view and easy access to trek n dine, moonlight as well as not too far from alt life cafe.

If you want privacy and chill vibes, this is the place along with good acces to local eating joints, this is the place!

Anu Bhaiya is a really helpful person, landlord of the Yellow House. He took care of his guests like his family members.
Regarding the place, it's a very calm place, nice rooms, with front common garden where you can do born fire.
Continuous water supply is there, rates are nominal. Best thing is the location of the Yellow house, which is very optimal. You can go anywhere from there, connectivity is realy nice.

Yellow House is a very clean, safe and affordable housing facility in Dharamkot with good WiFi connectivity. The owner of the property & his family are warm & helpful. You can rely on them to guide you about sightseeing, food, travel & trekking. I had a wonderful time living in the Yellow House! It was indeed a home away from home:)

This Homestay is located in a scenic quaint neighborhood and also at the same time close to main tourist spots. The Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Mostly importantly the stay is very comforting and value for money. Cleanliness is upto the mark.

The rooms are spacious and have good front yard space to chill. Anuji is genuinely helpful and always available for all your worries and queries.

We were three girls who traveled so when it comes to safety, it does a full justice. Dharamkot is a beautiful town with known cafes and equally safe if you roaming around late.

The place is exactly same as shown in the picture, its in close community and safe for solo travelers.if you are planning for work from home - there is no network issue. Wifi connectivity is excellent. Owner of this place is a super cool guy.

I stay in the yellow house in Dharamkot it was amazing and stay there is very nice it's beautiful place and nice beautiful to chill there the owner is very good I amu he's very helpful.

We stayed for a week for workation and honestly speaking I wasn’t expecting the wifi and electricity to be so good. Beautiful weather and the staff is really supportive. Rooms are descent and at a budget. Go for it without any second thought.

Yellow house is a pocket friendly stay in Dharamkot. Clean rooms with free wi-fi and hot water, a common kitchen to make your tea and food and heater on demand for a minimal fee of 150 INR a day is a great deal. Nestled between mustard fields, the place gets amazing sunlight and a brilliant view of snow clad peaks on a clear day. Anu, the owner is an ever so smiling helpful man and it also helps that one can order room service from the organic cafe run by Pawan. All in all, a good budget place to stay at.

It's a perfect and chilled out place if you are someone who is looking for long stays in peacful location away from hustle bustle of Mcleodganj. Nice and beautiful rooms with lawn in front and have nice comman kitchen.
Working wifi is an addon. Anu ji who is the owner of the place will cater to all ur needs or anything u wants in dharamkot.

The yellow house in dharamkot has a lovely secluded location that is ideal for solitude & relaxation. Beautiful property with a beautiful view. Very clean & comfortable. Anu Bhai is an amazing host & takes care of you like family. Certainly one of the best homestays in dharamkot. Would recommend anyone planning to stay there to check out this place.

Best place for a Work Holiday.
We stayed for almost a month and loved our time there, great internet connection, quite place.
The view is very beautiful.
The owner Anu bhaiyya is a good man, he fulfilled all our needs and also helped us explore nearby area.

Planning to visit again for a longer vacation soon
