The experience Was Good And also Bit Thrilled. The Temperature after October is Unbearable so It will Be better if you come here before Mid october and The journey to reach here is very Rough and harsh. And the Water Avaibility after October is bad because of frozen pipes.

Worst hotel ever. Staff behaviour is very poor. Electricity service is very poor. This hotel has no other facilities after the power goes out. There is no electricity for 12 - 14 hours. At this time if there is no hot water in the bathroom the hotel staff does not take any responsibility and does not provide hot wate. The most important thing is that the staff of this hotel are very rude. We 9/110/22-10/10/22;stayed in the hotel for two days, We spent 2 days with great difficulty, we had a group of 40 people' everyone suffered a lot.next time if you go to this hotel with any Bengali group talk about everything carefully and then go. Because I think all the good reviews given here are fake.one more thing I must say is that the staff of this hotel dislike bengali's very much.

Stayed at this property during the first week of April'22. The staff are very courteous and helpful.
The rooms are well maintained & clean

The staff was really courteous. They did their job well. In this location they have maintained the hotel nicely. Food was good. Hygiene was maintained. The manager was helpful to us with our driver related issue. Overall nice hotel in kazha

The location is great. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly.
But the rooms were really dirty during my stay here.
If you are staying here, just make sure you ask for everything (even for hot food in their restaurant) otherwise rest assured that you will not get it.

PS. Serving hot food for dinner and not ice cold hard rice is basic common sense for which you don't have to be an ANTARYAMI. This is a feedback, take it or leave it. But your response says it all. BTW, on asking cleaner sheets, I was told that spares are not available.

Good stay option, you will be staying right in the main market, plus you have free parking.

We spent one night here and it was wonderful stay for us.
Cosy rooms, hot water, clean bathroom and tasty food though we had vegetarian food.
Specially the tea was so nice that we couldn't control ourself and give tip to the the person who prepared tea. It was best tea we ever had in Himachal Pradesh.
Owner is helpful person and service is also good.

SAFETY ALERT: Dirty, Dusty, and unhygienic.they don’t clean the place before you checkin. And apparently you need to ask for everything, even for the food to be warm.

We entered and had a two days stay and two different rooms as soon as we entered we saw the bed and floor laden with layers of dust. We immediately asked the manager to change the bed sheet and comforter. Later in the night, they arrange buffet and the because of the temperature the food was extremely cold, they had no arrangement of keeping the food warm. On informing this to manager, he said “you should asked for warm food” and in a very rude tone. Along with us there were 3-4 families who had issues with this place and most of them changed the room. They just repeat the same good day after day by re-heating.

NOT SUGGESTED AT ALL. There must be better places in Kaza.

Had a great stay at this location. It has parking as well. We took family room for 4 adults. Room was big enough. Washrooms were clean.

We stayed here for two nights. Here are the pros and cons.
Pros - Ravinder and Abhishiekh were very welcoming and great hosts.
- it’s centrally located property
- food was good with decent price
- all rooms are with balcony which gives a nice view.
Cons - the bed sheets, towels and blankets did not seem to be clean. Felt hygiene issues. Better carry your own linens.
- service gets very poor when there are too many guests.

Located near the market. Food is very good. Staff is very helpful. They do all they can to comfort u at such altitude.it's rare to find such cooperation in cities.

These guys are frauds, they take the booking then take the amount prepayment, and then when we arrived their they didnot give us the room saying that they are fully booked and cannot accommodate us and we were standing their with no rooms and Spiti being a small village we could not find any hotel online then this same guy sent us to a hotel where he made commissions from them and then while standing there we realised he did the same thing with 3-4 families in front of us and asked them to go to that particular hotel where he was making commissions. This is such a dirty game just to make some money nobody can do that to other people after taking money and confirmed booking. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Very Very bad experience on 12/4/22. I and my friend booked hotel but owner did not entertained us and misbehaved.
They have no atticades how to deal with customers.
