This hospital is situated very close to Bus Terminal Dharamshala. It is a government hospital, Government Pharmacy is also there.

One star for overall infrastructure and ambulance service.
One star for overall cleanliness.
One star for staff, department and their behaviour.
One star for Pharmacy (Government and Private in and nearby hospital), blood bank in the hospital, Laboratory tests etc.
One star for Parking, Elevator etc.

Total of 5 starts out of five.

In case of very latest facilities it still lacks.

Very good hospital & doctors are very experienced. Ground staff is also cooperative. Neat and clean hospital.

Do you all know why private hospital and clinics are running good? Because of government doctors! Yes, the way they behave with their patient are pathetic. They seriously need training on basic speaking etiquette. Be a female or male all of them are rude and this is actually experienced by me. I did logged the complaint in government portal however nothing happen. The government doctors just want that no patient visit the hospital however they account must credit with handsome amount on monthly basis. One of the doctor gave an incorrect medicine to my 3 old kid and he got hospitalized for a week after that. And seriously you can't do anything. The below poverty line people has no choise and I'm just wondering how many murdered they have committed so far. For educated people, plz don't visit this place as you will surely regret.

Overall very good. But you have to keep patience for your turn. Relative of hospital staff come and serve first that is annoying sometime. Doctor attend patient very well. Online registration available. Lab test is free. Preference is given to senior citizens and physically abled person.

Good hospital in terms of cleanliness and envoirment. Ample parking inside and outside. Well arranged departments inside.

Good hospital but there is a doctor who doesn't know how to deal with gynae patients, Dr Namita. She don't know how to speak with patients. Being rude to patients will never ever heal them. Such a nonsense doctor. All the other staff is good except her and she also provokes other staff to behave rudely to patients. Rest everything is very good.

Don't have ENT DOCTORS at the time High interval of viral and other problems related to ent

This hospital is a boon for people of Dharamshala and around. Good medical facilities and all required departments avaialble. Hospital has a special Dental block providing all modern facilities. Though its a bit crowdy being the only Big Hospital there but still one can find cure for its ailment. Administration has good control over the service staff for cleanliness. They treat emergency patients with empathy.

When I called their phone number to inquire about orthopedic doctor availability and fractures specialist, the person who received my call had no information whatsoever besides covid.

He couldn't even provide me another phone number from which I could find out

I found him to be utterly ignorant. People like that should not be employed.

HOW CAN YOU BE AN EMPLOYEE OF THAT HOSPITAL AND NOT HAVE THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE HOSPITAL? JUST BECAUSE A FEW PEOPLE HAVE COVID THERE DOESN'T MEAN THAT EVERYBODY ELSE THAT IS SUFFERING FROM ANY OTHER DISEASE OR ILLNESS OR CHALLENGES HAVE TO BE IGNORED.

THAT IS INHUMANE AND IRRESPONSIBLE

It's ok for any small treatment and emergency purpose also for any sought of Test but if you are looking for better facilities then please look some other hospital. The hospital staff is cooperative and understanding.

Worst facult and management I have seen.i did my RT-PCR test on 10/05/21 till the date I didn’t get any result report. There was too much gathering while testing and on social distancing seen their. No one was their to manage all the things. That took 5hours for taking sample and register

My aunt is Corona Postive. She was admitted to this hospital a few days ago by Corona officials. And she is also a diabetic patient. She was on oxygen since hospitalization.
The first 2 days she was fine but not so much. After that her health is serious. Nobody was really going to take care of her or ask. She was sent food by relatives or institution but she was not able to eat herself but no nurse even fed. She was empty stomach for 3 days so her sugar level went up to 500.and her oxygen level was ok but because of neglecnce she was unconscious.we took her from Pathankot to Amritsar Amritsar to Ludhiana. There the doctor said that he has also been attacked by black fungus. It was only due to the negligence of the doctors.
So please do not accept patients if you cannot take care of them.

Worst ENT specialists and staff of covid testing. Firstly they'll take so much time for getting you registered for the test, then they will give you time for testing at which they will never start and after that inexperienced ENT female specialist with come to test your covid in which she will tear your nose and on complaining her you will get a reply that she is ENT specialist and as only she knows how to test people in this world, with rash and rude behaviour and no knowledge of how to treat people. Had nearly 24 tests earlier but most inexperienced and rude doctor i ever met with ZERO knowledge of testing and interacting to people.please never go there, and if u met that lady ENT specialist which according to me she is not u will surely have worst experience. Just ruined my day and mood.

The doctors and staff like literally very nice and cooperative as I saw and experinced when I went there. But there are some doctors too who are very rude.

Night doctor is very much rude and incompetent to new medication system. Also behave like that he is the god.
Staff is great. They know their work very well.
But Doctor not.

The doctors never come on time. Everytime i came i never see doctor on time. For minor cheakup it took me 3 days. The staff and doctors are all alike.

Even I don't want to give 1 star, slow service and rude staff, worst experience with this hospital, they treat patients like animals

I am really sorry to say but the place is horrible failing in basic rights of a patient a clean toilet, clean food, Cleanliness. It has failed as a center to control and cure COVID cases but definitely it has surpassed the reputation that once you are here as COVID positive only Devine intervention can save you.
Sorry to say but please don’t admit yourself if you are COVID positive, if you don’t have any serious issues it is better to quarantine at home.
Sorry to say but it seems COVID pandemic as usual has become another way for our ever powerful and influential people on top to get corrupt and earn money by sacrificing precious human life.
All I wish that one day all the people responsible face the same situation that we common people are suffering. I wish these people are made to stay in the facility for a night without mattresses, blankets, filthy toilets, no provision for drinking water, unhygienic food.

My dad was admitted there for treatment of COVID.
The covid facility there is really pathetic.
The nurses don't visit or come to patient frequently. You have to call them multiple times to take a look at the patient. I have heard that there are almost 150 patients and a single doctor in one shift who attends all those patients. The doctor who was looking at my dad was really rude. I can understand that he has other patients to take care of too and that he is also risking his life by visiting other patients but he has a responsibility towards the patient and he can at- least be polite and answer a couple of questions about patient's health.

Most of the equipment is pretty old or not working.

In our case, their device for testing blood sugar was showing really high levels of sugar around 500. We were carrying our own sugar testing device with us which was showing the levels around 250. So, their equipment had almost 100% error rate. It was really irresponsible and careless of them and because of that incorrect blood sugar reading, they were giving very high doses of insulin which caused a lot of weakness in my dad's health.

Secondly, it took almost 2 days for them get the CT scan of my dad done even though he was showing bad symptoms and had critical situation. They were giving excuses like, the lab is closed after 9PM or the lab person is not there at the moment or the CT scan machine gives incorrect output. But it turned out none of the reasons they mentioned were true. Because when some big politician called and scolded them, they did the CT scan instantly.

I would suggest everyone to take your family or loved ones to someplace else nearby (preferably Tanda hospital) and don't risk their lives by bringing them to this facility.

Worst services ever. Bad food available here. No care for patients. Bad staff that does not care of patient. All worse Hospital ever

Zonal Hospital Dharamshala. Staff is very cooperative and helping. You can get all health facility and tests here. You can get park your vehicle in it parking place.

Very rude and Insolent (बदतमीज) staff in this hospital. Especially employees who are in the X-ray room, they do not have a way to talk.
