Stay was very good. Caretaker was very friendly. We enjoyed our deewali with them. Made some good memories.

Everything was fine until we got to see their service it was horrible the guy at the reception was very rude and tone was very bad not at all helpful overall it was a bad experience

What more could you ask for when you feel home thought you are miles away from your house.
Vishal, Negi and Pancho (Person with a long beard and a Himachal cap) were extremely polite, courteous, helpful. They just did not hesitate assisting you for anything though it was the middle of the night.
Lovely people and a lovely stay. I will surely visit Kaza again and for sure my stay will be here.

No other place can match with zostel in kaza, one of best hostel I have ever been, starting with stay, food, staff most importantly the vibe of this place is amazing and thanks to Vishal for hosting us.

I had booked spiti zostel for a week and ended up staying almost 3 months.
Loved the vibe around it, people are also very humble. I never felt like I am staying in a hostel, it felt like home.

Zostel is an amazing place for all the solo travellers and backpackers who love to explore places. This Zostel in Spiti is located near to the Bus Stand. One can simply reach by walking to the market and bus stand in 5 mins. The guy who was managing at the reception was an exceptionally amazing person and an extra 1 star is particularly for him. He was very understanding and genuinely helpful throughout the journey.

Must stay when you're in Spiti. The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. Loved the energy, keep it up guys!

Wonderful place, great location. Very warm, polite and charming host Mr Vishal. Since we were having some light headache due to altitude, Vishal immediately provided us with some Disprin and checked our SPO2 levels
Ample car parking space and near city contre. Good food and snacks

Neat and clean rooms. Good location. For the price one pays, it can be more premium however rooms are very decent. Zostel needs to work on standardisation of rules, it seems different locations of Zostel follow things as they feel like.

The owner is sweet Yes literally he is a sweet and supportive person.

Property is quite nice and peaceful off course because of the vibes of Spiti are like that only.

Need some paintings there.so the artists around the world the Canvas is there for you.

Food is okayish. The common area could be better like other hostellers.

Lovely places are around.please explore them all.
Go with some time. Don't Rush.personal suggestion.

Parking is available so no worries.

Its a nice place, as it is a zostel. But the location is bit tricky, and for some reason there was frequent power issues. Rest everything was good and so is the kitchen/restaurant.

Beautiful location, well maintained property, sweet hosts and home-like food.
Also, very close to the bus stand, taxi union - from where outstation cabs can be booked, and walkable distance from main market.
Had a lovely stay here and would definitely choose this one again if in Kaza.

Zostel always fulfill the guest demand. Rooms are cozy. We loved that.

Location is also very good
Only concern was electricity problem in kaza. You will only get generator light in late evening. So do carry some power bank for your phone charging.

Mr vishal is a good person.he will guide you about the local sight seeing options. Next time will definitely stay in this property.

There honey lemon ginger tea is fantastic. Food is also good. Do meet some of the backpack travellers in zostel common area.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and behaviour. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. #Zostel Kaza.keep it up.

Amazing host! Great hospitality awessome location. One of the Best Zostel I would recommend people to visit. We wr 12 of us came through zozo zostel spiti expedition and stayed in kaza for 3 days, the accommodation and service provided by the staff was really good. Very helpful and friendly staff will definitely visit again and stay in Zostel Spiti lots of love to Odin cutest pet of zostel spiti.

The rooms are of several types such as dorms of 6 and private room for 2. Then in opposite of rooms tents are available which have one common bathroom for all. And there are 2 big tents which includes bathroom within.
Location wise- huge mountains are all over you. If you travel beyond the zostel boundary there is a river flowing.
Food- food is average and reasonable.
Vibe- everything depends on you that how you treat the other person.

Amazing experience at Zostel Spiti!

Different variety of rooms, mixture of foreigners and indians, peaceful environment.

A good place to stay with a huge campus, though we didn't stay here as it was packed.

The stay was pretty nice. The zostel staff was very informative about the local areas to explore. Met some good people too.

It was some of the hostels where the managers don’t behave as managers but as friends. They helped me with a lot of things. I didn’t had any itinerary planned and they made sure that I don’t miss anything. Thank you!

Beautiful location, food and service.one of the best property in the town.highly recommend.

Everything was perfect except the dogs out there barking the whole night inside the premises. Staff was very courageous.

Stay was awesome, the staff, especially Kapil and Vishal were awesome. They treat you like a family and takes care of everything.
