The trip was overall good almost visited all the placed as described in the package hotels and especially camps were near and good zoyo team's archna mam was supportive and guided us overall will recommend them

Good Experience with Zoyo Trip. Sightseeing, Food, Accomodation was perfect. Special thanks to Mehak ma'am who was our coordinator. She helped us throughout our trip. We enjoyed sightseeing, snowfall, shopping during this trip. It's one of the memorable trip for us. Once again thanks to zoyo trip and Mehak ma'am.

Completely fraud company and staff. After you give money for the trip no response from them in any way. I will not recommend anyone for a trip with them. After we started our tour with them they changed their every commitment they made to us and they changed the transportation and hotel rooms and sightseeing at the very end.

Very poor experience in Kashmir Amarnath yatra packege. Coordinator of zoyo trip holidays in Kashmir was not co operative. Services also very poor and pathetic. At the time of check in their coordinator booked the hotel, we have to wait for the while.
Specially night eagle hotel in pahalgam, their service was too poor and food was also very pathetic. Worst experience ever in pahalgam night eagle hotel. Hotel staff not cooperative.

Over all our journey was good but due to zoyo trips co ordiator every time while check in we have to wait for while, then booking was confirmed by them.

So everyone is quite aware about how travel companies are unnecessary charging unexpected amounts for so so trips. But Luckily I came across Zoyo via. Instagram & Archana Thakur from Zoyo's team kept overall transparency and arranged an in-budget safe secure family trip. Kudos to Zoyo's entire team for extraordinary efforts for escorting us & making our journey Hassel free.

They have worst services, when it comes to giving money they start fighting and turn away on their words. They caused us so many problems that we have to contact Tourism department for the support. First they pushed us to trek up and down of Kheerganga on the same day, which everyone knows is not possible. Others were staying above in camps and they forced us to come down in night. We were a group of 13 people and the guide left us hanging in between, 6 of us were left behind and 7 of us went on a wrong way, literally there was no one in the whole forest, mountain and the trek, we were frightened of bears, snakes and other animals. But somehow, after 3 extra hours, 4km of detour, we completed our trek on our own at 11: 30pm in the night. We were not having any other option as our booking was done in Tosh, for which we have to find and book cab at 12 in the night and go 3km above again and then have to go through very dirty, bad and narrow path for around 40 mins by walk that too after completing 13+13 km of trek and some extra 1-2 km walking in the midnight, where they booked us Himalaya Guest House, which gave all of 2 roti+ around a cup of rice for the dinner! I mean man, what the hell, are we fu**ing 2 years old?
The next morning they asked us to pay for 25000 to that hotel! And we knew they will ask us to pay for diesel while returning. Which left us no other option but to take legal step and contacted tourism department which then booked on them and sorted our problems. After which they again disrupted our travel service and left us 80km before our destination i.e. Delhi, because they were asking us to pay for ₹15,000/- extra of our package as due to rain and problems in traveller (viper not working, battery not working: we had to literally push the traveller in between to make the engine start). We got late in reaching Delhi.

Bhut si website check krne k baad humne zoyo trip se contact kiya vha se mujhe miss bhavna ne call ki. And jo unhone destinations k bare m btaya asa lg rha tha ki m sch m gum rha hu. It was very beautiful moments. Ab hmne package final krwa liya h miss bhavna se.thankyou so much miss bhavna

My booking was done via Deepa Mam and my overall experience was very good, specially the booking and the queries were addressed properly by deepa mam, always helped with any kind of booking doubts, awesome work. Now coming to the ladakh trip the hotels provided were good and cottages were also really neat and clean, the food was hygienic and tasty everywhere. Our driver hassan bhai was really good and he drove really well in the mountainous terrains of ladakh. My experience was actually very good with zoyo.

Booked a bike trip for 13 days they shorten the itenraries without even informing, refused to refund the money, moreover, the whole staff "Vipin Thakur" including the MD (Dayanand Thakur) doesn't know how to talk, they talk disrespectful, threatens you. **Do not fall for fake purchased reviews. Please never ever consider them to book the trip especially the bike trip because they don't even provide the medical facilities which have been mentioned in the itinerary and don't provide any road captain basically put your life in risk**
