Hotel Kaisar

Bathrooms were stinking and the heater was not working for one room and we changed the room then it was ok. But bathrooms stink a lot

This was my first visit to Srinagar (Kashmir) and the ambience of this hotel made my experience even more beautiful. The rooms and washrooms are clean as well as safe. Room heater, geyser and wi-fi available. The staffs are hospitable, cooperative and polite. The employees named Mr. Farooque, Mr. Zahid and Mr. Obaid listen and cater to the needs of the guests with utmost care. They provided us with good food (both veg and non-veg) and were courteous enough to make adjustments. I really liked the firni that they served. They were kind enough to make it again especially for us the next day when I asked them to. They arranged experienced chauffeurs named Mr. Tarique and Mr. Irfan who drove us gently and made us witness the awe-inspiring beauty of Kashmir. Mr. Irfan also brought the famous nun-chai (made by his mom) and Kashmiri roti for us. Overall, I didn't feel that I'm a guest. I felt like home and I have a family in Kashmir now. Thank you Hotel Kaiser team. Keep up the good work.

Lovely place to visit, friendly atmosphere, staffs were well mannered and helpful.
Rooms were neat and clean, heater and geyser all available 24 hrs.
Visited with my family in the month of May 2023.
Had a great experience and enjoyed too.

Staff and food was awesome. Room was little bit small. Overall its better to stay here because its in the mid of the city

Great service. I highly recommend this place. I stayed at this place in summer 2022. My family got sick while traveling, the manager personally took us to hospital on his own vehicle at late night and even stood in line for our medicines.

The hotel is located in a market area with lot of shops and eateries around. Srinagar airport is nearly 30 min drive. Allotment of this hotel was done by a tour agency with breakfast and dinner complimentary (food spread was decent and hygienic). The hotel staff is quick to respond. Special shout out to Mr. Ahsan for always being available for help. Overall a fine property.

Neat & clean rooms with well equipped attached washroom, behaviour of staff is very friendly, free wifi, heater facility in room, hot water in washroom.well maintained restaurant with huge variety of delicious food.

I didn't like this place much because their rooms are not so good it's like a normal place not worthy for the place no proper bathroom organised reception ambience is good

No good food, No proper bed, No proper wash basin, No proper flooring in bathroom, not cleanly maintained bedspreads,

Hotel Kaisar in Srinagar I have my 3 days stay over here it's an amazing place staff is very good and co-operative

Located in prime location of jawahar nagar with Filthy toilets, unhygienic rooms, arrogant staff, no basic amenities not even bathing soap was provided if u come in tour package they have same menu except change in dal option that's it. Get prepared to have cold papad kind of roti. Rooms are small with dirty bedsheets. No hot water facility in evening. Will never suggest this place to anyone Don't get impressed by their lobby area thats the only best part in the entire hotel ‍

The hotel located in prime area, but the safety of hotel is very poor, the room main doors are of PVC, and are not strong enough. You will get to hear the neighborhood room voices.

There is only one Entry and one Exit for the entire hotel, and there are no fire safety precautions in the hotel.

The food is good, this 1 star rating is only for food, otherwise it didn't deserve that star too. Hot water facility available.

Trust me you will not have a pleasant experience staying there.

Worst hotel i have came across.food was not good.rooms were stinky.we stayed for 3 days and no one was ready for cleaning.whatever you ask they will say no.if you have small kids please don't go they will not provide milk as when required.tea kit if you ask in the evening they will get it at 8 pm.they work as per their convenience.they have nothing to do with their customer needs.highly not recommended unless if you have no option.else there are far better options near by in the same cost of rooms.

Basic amenities were provided with good food for breakfast and dinner. Could improve by providing two bottles of water per day and better wifi connectivity for rooms farther down the corridor, otherwise great experience.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff are well behaved and amenities are at par.
Location is also pretty decent and has good connectivity. Restaurant Manager Mr Mehraj made things even better for us. He obediently listens to our requirements and serves the best and also a jovial person to talk to.
Mr Owais from reception is also quick in response and very helpful.
Overall had a good stay at the kaisar

"The Laminated Hotel". Starting from location it is in the main market. Entrance gate is beautiful. Customer waiting lounge is big enough and bright. Attached to it there is restaurant which have a separate door to open outside and to go upstairs open roof dining. Open roof dining area has grass mat allover that looks and feels classy. Reception and hotel staff behaves as good host. Rooms are well furnished. Restaurant and hotel room including lobby is wooden laminated and floors are covered with plush carpets. Hotel worth a try.

The kaisar is located at market area, just 20-25min from shrinagar airport. The staff, service, food (veg&non veg) and room are very nice. We glad to be stayed there. All staff and specially hotel manager @Mr. Mehrai are very helpful.

Not a grand hotel. But service and food was awesome. Should have good maintenance work in hotel like switchboard etc. Clean place

Hotel Kaiser is a best hotel. It is also best in hygienic and cleaning system. And give very good services

Horrible Experience
Right from the word go.
As we entered around 2pm (not early check in)
We were made to wait for half n hour stating that our bookings (pre paid fully through goibibo) is not confirmed with them and that all rooms are booked.
Later, once booking voucher was shown they were puzzled and quickly opened a old filthy drivers rooms may be (closed since ages, in horrable state, pics attached) and forced us to stay in same, stating since we are late so they are left with only that room. (howcome since we booked almost month back and we checked after their check in time abiding guidelines as stated in website)
In room toiletries were not present later torn smelly towel were provided
Room was v v v dirty.
Matress was dead old and very hard.
Plastic doors
No hot water
No guest service
Another reason why ppl restrain from visiting.
Dont fall in trap of tour planners/advisors who are only promoting this property due to reason best known to all.
In short, a lesson for life time is learnt.
Be prudent before u BOO K this property.

हॉटेल मैं जो मुसाफिर सुबह जल्दी निकलते हैं उन्हे सुबह का नाश्ता️ मिलना चाहीये. पर हॉटेल्स के नियम के अनुसार वो कस्टमर को मिलता नही. तो सुबह का नाश्ता कस्टमर को बाहर करना पडता हैं. ये चिज बदलनी चाहीये.

The reception looks really clean and awesome, the rooms were stinky. There is no ventilation in the corridors and they were stinking too. We couldn't really complain since we were tired by the time we reached and it was 8 PM on a Sunday. The good thing about this place is the geysers that provide hot water.

A very good hotel that has a strong support team, i like to personally thank Mr. Mehraj for being an excellent cordinator for everything at the place. Going out of the bounds and doing things for the guests is his motto. He helped with the hospital for my wife and at the same time made her bday memorable for lifetime for both of us. Rooms are okish and location is a little off from the main Srinagar attractions. Rest the services and food was good.

Nice staff and Food is awesome, Hotel need the maintenance special Main door as when u talk ur voice go to other ro because of plastic door. No privacy at all.

Hotel was quite nice and clean and front staff very courteous. A very reasonably prices eatry is also functioning at the entrance.

This hotel is located in posh area of jawahar nagar and offers state of the art facilities. It's a really nice option for anyone solo as well as friends and family traveller's.
