Hotel Mountain Peaks Pahalgam

The experience was amazing the service n behaviour of staff was cool, polite n the faces were smiling specially the person jaaved

Worst ever! There words have no value. We have booked 6 months ago. We have confirmed the booking by calling the previous day. But after reaching they said all rooms booked.and adjusted us to a lower grade hotel.

Hey Every one. I m in Bahelgaam its a very beautiful hotel and treatment was very very nice.good lunch and dinner and breakfast.so every should come here in this hotel its a very good serviceservic

Its an awesome hotel to stay and eat the food is extremely delicious and the service is too good they are so friendly definitely should visit once.

First of all the service is too good. You feel like your home here. Food is delicious. View is breathtaking specially in winter. Witnessed first snowfall also made igloo had lots of fun. Should definitely visit.

Some of things need to mention about this property.
1) this property lies in some village area.it's quite far from main market. You need to travel via car everytime whenever you want to go to market to roam around.
2) the way to hotel is very narrow. You can't take cars like innova to property.
3) their are some village house just near the property. And you will find lots of cowdung near area. Because lots of stray kettle is there.
4) icing on the cake, you will also smell cowdung near the property premises.

I would suggest you should take hotel near market area.

Stayed at this property for 3 nights in December end and witnessed the 1st snowfall of the season.

Property is located in Ganisbal which is approx 2.5 kms from Pahalgam market. Approx INR 200/- to 300/- by taxi.

Super peaceful location, average but comfy rooms. Breakfast and dinner was excellent.

The owner SAHIL is very hospitable, polite and made all necessary arrangements to ensure a comfy stay for the family as it was biting cold in the night at -8*C. He even gave us a personel free drop and pick up from the market on the 1st day in his car. The bonfire was the USP of the stay.

Staff was very courteous & helpful.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Staffs are very well mannered and friendly. Rooms are very spacious, view from room is breathtaking. They serve hot and delicious food at the dining space in ground floor. Beautiful lawn and baisaran valley is only 3 kms from here.

Hotel is very far from the main area and it is difficult to reach out even through navigation. Hotel is situated in a very small village. Rooms were ok but the food was good.

Very basic hotel with no warm water or even soap. The hotel boys also made our stay uncomfortable by forcing us to share which points we visited in Pahalgam, they also asked us to show the picture of the horse because they charge the drivers some amount if you take a horse ride.

I am very happy about service! Food and employees are very cooperative specially tea is very good

You will get a very good view but stuffs are not so great. Even for a small bread omlet you have to wait for an hour. No on call service in rooms so you have come down and request for anything you need.

This hotel is more like a home which has been converted.

1. Very Remote location almost 5kms up from pahalgam main market. It’s actually in a small village. Don’t think of it bcoz it’s not at all at walkable distance from pahalgam road.

2. No hot water in this place. Regular noise was there which I hated.

3. Small rooms with hygienic issue. Blankets didn’t have cover.

4. Wifi not working inside rooms. It works only near to reception.

5. Staff not so courteous. They compelled us to show the photo (horse ride) so that they can charge to our driver.
It’s like if you took horse ride in pahalgam they see the horse no and charge us and driver.

6. Only advantage we had is the good and tasty food.

We actually booked this hotel by our travel agent Embee tours and he literally fooled us by saying this a 3-star hotel, Which was definitely not.

Big disappointment is the location which is definitely not worth it. Can’t even considered for walking to market road in the evening.

Hotel is very clean. Very good service. Staffs are very cooperative. Nice Mountain View from the room & balcony. Delicious food cooked & served under the supervision of the owner Tarik Bhai. Thanks to the owner Tarik Bhai for his direct supervision & monitoring.

Good at per price. I will not compare with any 3 star or 4 star hotel. Neat and clean rooms, outside of hotel nice greenery, ample parking space. Location wise little far from city center
Rest all good. Rates also not much high.

We are from Delhi and we stayed at Mountain Peak pahalgam with family for 2 nights and we would highly recommend to stay here.
Here is my detailed review -

1. Location - in close proximity to the main market and horse stand.
The hotel has a great view of the mountains however please don't expect view of river as that is further towards the downside of the valley
Property also has a lush green garden which is very relaxing

2. Room - Very clean and beautiful rooms with cute balcony facing the mountains
3. Staff - Very very courteous staff, verypolite and helpful
4. Food- amazing, very very tasty food. We had breakfast and dinner in package and all meals were brilliant.
Totally recommended if you are planning to stay in pahalgam

Five star for the location, but rooms are shabby, service is really poor as in too much of time taking, hot water service is really bad but yes great view from the balcony

Had a pleasant stay.food was delicious.hygiene was properly maintained.new property.so everything was brand new.

Rooms were awesome something which we also didn't expect! Overall the stay was very very good!

Worst hotel.it's is just a home which has been given the name of a hotel. They don't even provide complementary water to their guest, it is also chargeable. They don't even provide the electric kettle n tea kits in the rooms. Moreover the rooms are quite small n stinks very badly. Please don't waste your money by booking this hotel. We had booked this hotel through a travel agent named 5travellers, New Delhi, he just made a big fool of us in the entire trip.

Location is only problem small road not on the main road away from lider river.

We stayed there the first week of May. We can't write the review without mentioning their hospitality. We took 6 rooms.
They served the best food.
They didn't interfere in our beautiful view from the window.
We can enjoy the Surreal beauty
Of mountains from there itself.
There is a shop 10 minutes away from the hotel.

5 Star for rooms and Location. Need to increase hotel staff so they can provide better service. Also need to improve on Electricity and hot water availability.

Beautiful ambience with great view and hospitality must visit mountain peaks if you want to experience pahalgam. Felt like a home away from home with great home-cooked food and on-time service. Friendly staff:)

Best and affordable hotel in Pahalgam. Sahil is so kind and humble. Food is best dinner breakfast is delicious and healthy.

Hotel Mountain Peak is a beautiful place to stay in Pahalgam. It is surrounded with beautiful snow capped mountains. Baisaran valley is close from this Hotel. Hotel has a very good chef they cook really tasty food. Staff is good. Hot water is available all the time. So I recommend this hotel for good stay and food.

Very nice place to stay in Pahalgam. It is not far from the main city area but is still very calm and quiet. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is also very good. Food served for dinner and breakfast is also good.

Stayed here for 3 days. Had an excellent stay. Sahil bhaiya helped a lot in booking pony for mini Switzerland and cabs to aru valley etc. This place has perfect location if you are enthusiastic about perfect view.
They also cook home like healthy meals so that you don't get upset tummy during the trip.
