Hotel Otsal residency

This is a home stay. A good one. I liked the overall hospitality by Mr. Otsal. He was very helpful overall. The rooms were clean and well kept. For food we had to tell him in advance and it was tasty, homemade and sufficient. Overall experience was too good. A great home stay experience. Thank you.

Very bad experience and worst stay at otsal residency.
Rooms are good.but policy of giving one room to only 2 persons is pathetic, even in case of a big room.
Inhuman nature of the owner will be a deterrent in future.
The kitchen is on top floor.its a makeshift arrangement.worst hygienic conditions.no floor.only gravels scattered on the floor.drivers kitchen is much better than what the guests are being served with.

An excellent place to stay. Amazing host, it felt like being at home. The owner Otsal is an honest, helpful and a great gentleman.

Me and my friends from Gj stay here for 3 nights I feel like iam at my home actually one of our friend recommend this place thanks for him and for the owner we really enjoyed otsal bhaiya is very polite down to earth he help us to make our tour wonderful they have wifi with good speed and 24 hot watergyser

A nice cozy homestay. It is located right on the Manali-Leh highway so accessibility is excellent. Very nice hosts.

A beautiful homestay/hotel. It has the amenities and resources of a hotel but the warmth of a homestay. It's a perfect combination of both worlds located beautifully and conveniently near the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at Otsal. Lovely to meet Mr. Stanzin. A wonderful host and have helped us with our passes and with the local help.
We went as a group of friends and had even left our bags with him when went away for the week to Khardung La and other places via Bike. He has been helpful for us in planning our trip to Ladakh and gave wonderful recommendations on places to stay.

We are looking forward to our future trips to Ladakh and hope to be greeted with the same hospitality.

This is my 4th trip to leh and I have selected the only Otsal residency for stay.
Stenzin Otsal and his family hosted in Leh. I have tried many homestays and hotels but this was awesome. I have got a hospitality same as a reputed hotels. Dinner was just awesome and totally homemade foods made by Mrs Otsal. They are very humble helpful and happy family! See u soon

The service here is very good. And the food here is so delicious as if it was the food of mother's hand. I had this from office work and I got the opportunity to stay for 15 days. I felt like my home by staying here. It felt on one hand that we are living together with our family members

I visited this residency with my friends. We had a grand welcome and interior is quite awesome. We had a great lunch that day and it was tasty and delicious.

Nice clean rooms, even bathrooms are clean. Very supportive staff. The owner Stanzin Otsal is very friendly and cooperative. They have a nice rooftop garden with an excellent view of Zanskar range. They serve excellent home cooked food, which is tasty as well as hygienic.
More than value for money.

Its a very well maintained homestay at Leh, location is very good, rooms & bathrooms are well maintain, spacious, free wi fi, 24 hours hot & cold water, owners are very co-operative, excellent ambiance & I felt a home away from home.
