I had done a booking for 5 days from 10-14th feb 2023.
I had Mr Md Iqbal Pahalwan as my driver. I must mention his name because having a solo trip to a new city always has its share of good and bad. But with Mr Iqbal it was a fabulous experience he was like a guide, brother, and family. I learnt a lot about Kashmir through him. He made it possible for me to see every touristic place in Pahalgam and Srinagar in a short span of time. Not even once I felt unsafe having him around. 5 stars to himThank u Iqbal Bhai

But with regards to the agency I did not have a good experience I found Mr Moin a bit rude and nasty at times there was lack of transparency and communication lot of things were not clear from his side and hence I had issues with him. I had agreed on a swift desire and he sent me an innova as per his need and started harassing me to pay him more why should I. If you provide me a different car as per your need then the customer is not liable to pay. I didn’t have the car all 5 days but he still charged me for all 5 days. He needs to learn how to talk to women who are visiting his city for the very first time.

Just incredible experience. Home away from home. Hospitality was par excellence. Mahi was too good. Chef made the food for us at very odd times. Overall humility and humbleness at it's best. Room was superb considering the price.
