Wrost experience yesterday i take a service unprofessional staff I didn't refer to any one wastage of money I not satisfied

Horrible makeup done by the owner. Even after telling her that it looks too much she'd didn't adjusted it. The makeup oxidised leaving black patches all over the face, even before I could enter the function.i had to remove the makeup later on (toal waste of money) I think she should learn first about makeup and then apply it on her clients.
Will never visit them again.

Must must visit this salon… Reasonable rates and excellent services. Staff is so co-operative and welcoming…. I availed hair spa, mani-pedi and cleanup…Kudos to Sultan, Shivangi and Nishi who did their amazing and i really felt so good.
I have visited many salons across Jammu but one thing which touched my heart is how they value their customers. My services took lot of time and i was so hungry and they provided refreshing homemade tea and snacks which touched my heart….
I will definitely visit it again and will recommend it 100%

Worst services, honestly they donot even know M of makeup pathetic service, i got my mom's makeup done here and it was horrible experience i had to redo her entire makeup myself even after paying 2500, uses low quality products. Would never visit again.also they have taken advance which they didnot adjusted in the whole payment.not worth your time & money.

Good for hair styling. But take care of beard. They always give a cut on your neck/face. Overall good for hair cutting

Kenzo Unisex Salon is amazing. One of the best salon in this area and they charge reasonable rates. And all their staff was very good. Good quality of machine. The entire salon was fully sanitizing. Soo keep go and feel their reel. Keep distance and wear mask stay safe.

Unprofessional behavior.even if you had made an appointment, they'll leave before your time portraying they don't care. And if you ask for a valid reason.theyllt say they had to go and it's their saloon, we can get out and go to other saloon. Talking about staff.boy and other single adult don't know how to cut hair. Just like under a mango tree kind of a guy.the place is very unhygienic and 200rs. Just is like throwing money into a bin.

Professional staff.for male section is concerned.don't know about female section.male section so far the experience was best. Karan manyal hair dresser in Kenzo is the best hair dresser I have seen so far in Jammu.

The place is good but they don't hav uniform rates. Once they charge 100 Rs for kids hair cutting and another time double their charges within 3 months.
