My grandmother was admitted into ICU for treatment of pericardial effusion. I am highly impressed with all the people who work there. It includes the sweeping staff, nursing staff & security staff as well. Their smiling attitude makes it so much easier for the attendants. Last but not the least, Dr Showkat Shah is absolutely amazing. Best wishes to all of them

Such a nonsense and illerate staff. How rude the staff is, you people don't have the sense to talk Better than studying, it is better to go somewhere and run the

Receptionist is very very bad person I call at least 10times receive and cut very very polite person third class

Excellent orthopedic facilities available in this institute, especially under Dr Irshad Tabassum. Experienced surgeon, polite with good attitude. A perfect orthopedic surgeon. Highly recommended.
This health care institute is not honouring Golden Card saying that a lot of money is pending with Modi Govt. Govt must act on this issue to help poor patients.

One of the worst hospital in srinagar, they only want money. The bill counter man was very rude and worst man, he keep us waiting for such a long time and was not give us ticket because he was talking with his friend phone more then 20 minutes, when pharmacy man went his room told him lots of people are wait, still he don't came. I request to administration of khyber hospital, please remove this man from billing counter.

As per my knowledge and experience, i think it is the best hospital in the valley, Good costumer service,

Sach huge medical and health care facility but lacking in many important facilities specially billing and pharmacy counters doesn't accept cards which is basic necessity in this growing digital age or digital kashmir Or digital india, please admin pay some attention on this crucial necessity. Hope change is ahead.

. 1. Very poor follow up after surgical procedures especially in orthopaedic dept. Worst than a govt hospital.
Not recommended for orthopaedic Surgeries. I had a very bitter experience.

No. 2. They dishonor Golden Card at the time of addmission. In my case they told a lot of money is still pending with Modi Govt so we have stopped to accept it. (Me going to raise this issue with Govt in next week with complete details).
No. 3. Even after 9 months of my surgery I am not able to walk, as same type of operated cases usually walks freely without any support after 4 to 5 months or 6 months maximum even if patient is in sixties and procedure is done in Govt or other private hospitals.
4. Govt must think about their poor performance & negligence.
Finally in my opinion the licence of this hospital should be cancelled or at least Orthopaedic dept must be closed there for everYour staff members are rigging appointments outside doctors chamber.
It happened to me today, outside the chamber of Dr. Bashir Naik, that girl (Fauzia was sitting there, your staff member.)
its very serious concern administration should investigate the matter because For this reason, the rest of the patients also suffer.

Literally great, staff is very much supportive.and every type of service is available there.

This Is one of the best hospitals in Kashmir. This is a private hospital. Here is very high amount of fees charged. But it is better in health facilities and all activities.

They appointments are somewhat near the schedule.

Khyber Hospital is very famous Hospital in Srinagar and it's offering secondary care which needs to improve. There are many points which administration should look into it. I went there for some meetings with the respective doctors. Khyber has potential to grow as tertiary care.

Worst in terms of customer service. Have been trying to call them for few hours but either its busy or when someone answers he doesn't respond.
Local dispensary is better in terms of response to patients on phone.

Sorry to say reciptoinist need to be teached how to deal with patients espically elderones.docters are too much polite but lower staff needs ti be trained how to treat.

Brilliant set of doctors but a major drawback is the untamed rush with the attendent scarcity of parking space at times. Paid a visit today, Covid protocols were not strictly followed.

Really bad hospital. All they care abt is earning money, thats the sole aim. There is no parking to start with, building is as it was a decade ago, the appointment process is not good, they divert you to other numbers, they give you other numbers to call on, no one is able to give any info. Worst thing is that its so suffocating inside, as if u are in a cave. If you are earning so much money, why not install some ACs. Really uncomfortable inside.

Bunch of unprofessional doctors rather goons treat there, who plays with the lives of innocent people just for sake of some pennies.

I'm very disappointed with the service. They told me to wait for 15 minutes and it's more than 1: 30 hours but nothing happened.

No parking space available if you are coming in your personal car it may cause a lot of inconvenience gor you and you may return back without actually treating yourself or the patient

One among the top leading private hospitals in kashmir. Their OPD consultation doctors are very apt and top leading doctors in kashmir. Almost all diagnostic tests amd all consulting departments are available here.

I was expecting better hospitality from Khyber institute but my expectations got hurted. Actually I had to visit the hospital for my own consultation with a doctor.i went to the sister on cabin who registers the name. I asked her about the doctor and she replied " I don't know " which was annoying.despite her job she ignored to tell me and I had to wait for half an hour after which I told to some other sister on next cabin to register my name and honestly she happily and rushed to the cabin and registered my name there which was not her own work. I wish every sister should be like her.

The talking way of the receptionists are very rude and mannerless she doesn't know how to talk with customer/patients
Overall doctors are very good.
But first impression is last impression. Staff behaviour is so rude towards patients. If they are serving to people they should serve in proper humanitarian way. Not at all recommended for anyone

The car parking is not available for patients, who visited there, and there Gaurds are advising to keep vehicle Outside the premises where there are maximum chances of traffic challans and penalties for wrong parking.

That is why rating it 3 only, they should take note of it.

Facility was quite ok but the patient in flow is too high side to which the covid SOP's aren't being followed much in there.rest its good to give your self a health check up visit.
