I would never recommend this travel agency. I booked a trip to Kashmir. They provided me rates on which we both agree that after this amount, there would be no additional cost. They never told us that the amount is just for cab and hotel. They told us that we can visit everywhere in kashmir and would not have to pay for anything except food (obviously). Later when we visited the place we got to know for taking any trip or reaching further place, we have to pay extra. Whenever you will confront them, they always differ from their conversation.

They are conning people.

The driver they sent named Ravinder Singh is not different that thugs. If you tell him that you want to buy something, he'll only take you to the places where he'll get extra commission. If you have any other store/shop in mind to buy stuff, he'll never take you easily. We had to fought him literally everytime when we wanted to stop at our desired shop. Even the food stalls/dhaba/restaurant will be decided by him only, so that he can get free food.

EDIT 1: I'm adding more information to prove business reply is just for looking good on public so that he can con more folks.

1. In the itinerary, it was never mentioned about excluding gondola rides. Agency confirmed over phone, that the amount is all I need to pay, so YES THEY CHEATED.
2. AGENCY said that driver food is free everywhere, but they charged 250 per day extra for driver meals, again YES THEY CHEATED.
3. Cab provided was Etios which can easily be get in 1800 per day but agency took 2500 per day and they said they gave discount. FUNNY ISN'T IT. YES THEY CHEATED.
4. Drivers are human yes, but their drivers doesn't deserve any respect. Stopping only at their fixed location, taking you to cylos point at a destined location to get commission from vendor, all are tricks of their human drivers. SO YES, THEY CHEATED.
