Way of talking is very rude
No respect for customer in this service center
I visited 2 times but al the time they talk very rudely

Jio Retail store deals with all best multiple brands, like Apple, OnePlus, OPPO, Vivo, MI, Realme, Staff is cooperative, experienced, , i would like to visit again. Thanks reliance digital for serving us.

The staff is very helpful, supportive and cooperative. My grandfather cannot move out of house so they sent an agent to the home to get his sim activated.

Very poor service of Jio Fiber. Never felt such poor consumer redressal mechanism in any wifi connection I had earlier be it Hathway/Excel. But in Srinagar users are left with no choice rather to choose such a terrible service. They take money and stop receiving calls just since 11 days now my installation hasn't been done and they keep saying tommorow. Service no. SR000012TWZ4, I even don't know what I have to do with this complaint no? If I had option like (like we had in Jammu) I would shower down this connection on your face. Can you explain why you take money in advance when your connection isnt quickly installed? Have some shame, you won't always be at top.

I was looking for a charger head of lyf flame mobile but it was not available there and they promised that it will be available by the next week but I wasted my next visit as well, as the charged head was not available yet.
