Trustworthy and very punctual taxi service in Srinagar.
As being tourist, I thought it will be very risky to book a taxi for whole trip by doing google search. We were 2 couples and 2 infants, so even smallest misjudgment would have cost us a lot, not financially, cause they only took 2000 rs advance, but mentally.
But thankfully we came across drive smart services. And Owais bhai made our whole trip soooo smooth.
So before booking Owais bhai was so helpful to suggest us where should we have a taxi and where we don’t need one. Even during our journey he was attentive and helpful.
Wo have booked Innova for 7 days. The car we got was very good in condition. Car ac speakers, suspensions, comfert was upto the mark or even better than what we expected
The driver appointed was exactly what we asked for. Gulam bhai was very punctual and very responsible driver. He was also very helpful and understanding throughout the trip. When we reached pahalgam, our hotel we booked was not we expected. We were very upset with what we got. Gulam bhai suggested us really good hotel at that time, and also bargained with the hotel manager for the best rates. He really saved our Pahalgam halt.
He even suggested good places to buy some authentic Kashmiri shawl etc.
So overall Drive smart services by Owais bhai is very good taxi service and you can trust them for your Kashmir trip
