Wanted a very subtle look, and I must say Sana paid attention to the detail. Had been asking this from so many MUAs, but that on point look or rather the desired look given by Sana had left me amazed. What more can a bride ask for! Worst experience ever! I’ve booked her for my pre bridal and shagun+bridal makeup. Firstly, pre bridal services are not up to the mark. They charge plenty of amount and in return they’ll give nothing. Secondly, she has spoiled my shagun makeup. It was a special and important day for me but she makes me look dull and spoiled my whole day. After telling her again and again that ma’am my skin is looking dull please correct it she replied if I do anything you’ll look like a “bhoot”. Why would I had paid you if you’re not willing to satisfy your client. Everyone questioned me, What happened to your skin? Why it is looking so dull? On that day, I just want to run away from my own function due to this makeup. And after the function I straightaway went to the salon with my family and cancelled my bridal booking, as I don’t want to take any risk on wedding day. This is my personal experience, I trusted her completely, but she ruined my main event.

Sana needs to book less brides and focus more on the quality of make up she provides. She provided terrible quality and didn’t let my sister have photographers shoot her any special videos or photos. When I talked to her about all my concerns and she had the audacity to say she did all my sister’s makeup when she def did not someone else did her lips and eyeliner someone else draped her dupatta and did horrendous job also my sister literally had to ask her receptionist to glue her mangtikka which they just gave her tape and it came off. For the money she charges and claims to be a professional she is def not worth any of it.

I had both my engagement and reception makeup done from Sana. I loved everything about my makeup, it was perfect and so natural. I asked for a nude look on my engagement and it was so effortless and perfect. I couldn’t ask for anybody better than Sana for my big day. And the way she interacts with everybody is really amazing. The staff, she has, is very professional and attentive. I can definitely say that in Jammu she’s definitely the best makeup artist.

I got my hair done from Sana Chouhan. I took keracoffee treatment as my hair was frizzy and had breakage. After the treatment my hair was shiny and soft. Recommend everyone to try there awsome hair services

My experience at Sana Chouhan's was very good. The staff there is very warm and highly skilled. Makeup by Sana mam looks like second skin. Also, other services at the place are highly satisfactory. Thank you for the services. Highly recommended.

Got my nail extensions and smoothing done from them. The hairs become fizzy after one wash and extensions came out in one week. They fixed the nails and asked to get the smoothing done to make the hairs look better for which I had to pay extra. Even after that the hairs are the same and the nails again came out again in one week. I have wasted my time and money with them and would warn other to not do the same mistake.

Place was decent. Makeup artists did a good job. Also they have an academy for aspiring makeup artists nd it's pretty good as well

It was a great experience, Sana has a very warm n welcoming personality, she makes you feel very comfortable on your DDay, n all staff members are also very nice. She would give you your desire look, if you have an imagination she will bring into reality. Best in Jammu.

Highly disappointed with the haircut. Not worth at all. Guys you need some improvement in your hair section. I didn't mention the name of hair stylist, but improvement is much needed.

They don't have professional staff.students works on you even if u paid them a huge amount for make up and hair services.i am looking as usual as normal days.they spoil my big day by doing worst hairs done.they told me that they refunded my money bcoz of worst hair services but they are big liars nd totally time wasting peoples.they wasted my 2 hours to trained her students on my hair and on my daughters hair.pathetic and totally time wasting experience with them.the girl who is styling my hair even don't know how to handle hair dryers.very bad experience with me.
