Shaikh ul Alam hospital is a private hospital located at karan Nagar opposite petrol pump. Here in this hospital you will find almost every facility from pediatric to Gynaecologist. It is important to mention here, there is also available jammu and kashmir bank limited. ATM near main entryway.

No hygienic washroom no proper arrangement of sitting for patients overall doctors are good especially Syed sajad nizar

If I get an option I would rate it below zero.

They treat patients like cattle.no arrangment for patients sitting.

The doctors are good BUT facilities like ECG aren't available there. Things do seem calm on the ground floor and first floor but the scene outside OT on second floor is chaotic. Some of the patients visiting doctors on that floor can be seen sitting on the floors and staircases. I wish there was adequate sitting space there. While the staff insists on putting masks u have individuals roaming around with either masks kept in their pockets or danging around their necks. Couldn't find an open window there, the single fan there covers a limited area with people gathering around it for respite.

Unnecessary listing of medicine by nurses and then charge while one is unaware when and where the medicine was used on patient

The receptionist was lost, did not know where to direct a person. We were sent from one place to another, no systematic way for consultancy. You have to push, push yourself, or you won't see any doctor you will get lost in the hedge maze of employees who give no information on first, second or even on third asking. Please work on your interface.

Receptionists behavior very rude with everyone. They don't knw how to interact but it's not their fault, Higher authorities should appoint receptionists, on the basis of diploma in Receptionists course. Their behavior is intolerable bcz they don't knw their duties n bcz they are not specialized in their job. So it's a humble request to higher authorities to look into this matter.

Hospitals are always good when it's a matter of life or health. Staff and facilities are good. Surgeons Gynae Physician and Pediatrician available. Parking is available but not satisfactory.

Infrastructure is good not best. The staff will keep on asking you for money. Prefer other hospitals. And there remains a shortage of water in bathroom.
