The Hyde Park Inn

Even though we had only one day stay We had a very great experience. Food is was also good. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially Hotel manager Mr. Syed helped us during our medical emergency even at the mid night. Thank you soo much for ur timely help.

We went from Bangladesh. Stayed couple of nights. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. FOOD was very DELICIOUS. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. But only problem with the location. Didn’t find any pharmacy nearby. It’s far from the local market. If location is not a problem, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Rooms are compact. Location is not good. Washroom were stinking. Food was not up to the mark.

I stayed here for one night, and my experience was really good and smooth. The staff is very co-operative and service is very fast. All my request were fulfilled. The rooms are nice and the food is also good.

Hotel rooms were shabby and too small to move around. Rooms had bed heaters. The dining area was a very small place. Staff was good and helpful but service was extremely slow. We had to repeatedly ask for food refills at the buffet counter. One or the other item was always finished and they won't even refill. I would recommend to arrange your own mineral water bottles as the drinking water at the hotel smells of bleaching powder. The rooms at the lower floors are even worse. They have a lawn at the entrance which is good for sitting in the sun. Food was okish.

We stayed fir three days today is our last day. Rooms sre small as compared they have only one wash basin in bath room if two persons staying in room it is very difficult, and they don’t provide fresh water bottles next consecutive days if your are staying for more than couple of days
Food they served was average drinking water always have bad breath of chlorine some of our members included me got stomuch infection i dont confirm wheather it is due to food or for other reason

Overall staff behaviour was good

Most important is they don’t have lift

We stay in this hotel through T3 holidays

If you are non vegetarian don’t choose this hotel. They give biased treatment.they serve for Jain people 1st and then for veg people and you will be given the last priority for serving dinner which will happen almost 09: 15PM. The staff will openly say this on your face. Pls avoid this hotel if you want non veg food and fair treatment. They won’t even say this at booking so we could have avoided. Worst experience. Gonna take this to J& K authorities as well.

Hyde park hospitality is good. Rooms are neat and clen. Service is good. Receptionist Muneeb was helpful, provided info on srinagar tourist places.

We stayed for 6days and it was a splendid experience. Room was great with bed heater available. Food was okay with less non veg options. Receptionist Muneeb was very friendly and even call to inform when the breakfast and dinner is ready. The rest of hotel staff was friendly as well. Overall great experience with the hotel.

Nice hotel in your budget. Rooms are decent in size. Room services are good. But if you are seeking a hotel near Dal Lake then it is not for you. You don't get any scenic view from the hotel rooms. But services room size and location of the hotel is good.
