It was a very good stay here. We visited in the month of February. It's close to the Gondola ride. You can walk up to the Gondola. The location is beautiful. You will get to see snow capped mountains and fields just outside the hotel.

Good place to stay in Gulmarg.
In winter times bookings should be done few months back.
Food is okay.
Economical stay.

Best best best.everything is very organized here. The managers and assistants here are all very soft-spoken and very helpful, and to the main thing the heating facility in their rooms is perfact for extreme cold weather. This is the most comfortable stay in entire Kashmir.

The stay was ultimately comfortable. Room was neat and clean and has provided all the amenities as promised. There was no compromise for services. Highly recommended for those who visit Gulmarg and Pahalgam. It has room heater, heating blanket, 24*7 hot water, ward robes.

Best room in reasonable price.although it is a govt.property yet services they provide is top notch.just 5 mins walk to Gondola Ride in Gulmarg

The way to the hotel to reach is very tough & risky & spleepery during winter season specially for elderly people. But the room & service is very special & great & especially the service of the staff of the hotel. They are very helpful and cooperative. Thanks to them for enjoying for enjoying Gulmarg. The food is good

In my opinion, if you want to stay in Gulmarg JKTDC properties are best. They offer best value for your money, and located at the prime places. However, the service standards are not up to the mark.

Budget friendly option even in peak season. Friendly staff. When we were there the pipelines froze and there was no running water. There were containers kept in bathrooms with water heater instead. This might be a common problem across Gulmarg during harsh winter. Food was also good.
