Pathetic customer service experience.
I bought TV on 29th June. The salesman assured that it will be delivered and installed till 1st July. Luckily the tv was delivered but the wall mount was not delivered.
And it's not installed yet. It's been 1 week now. Everyday the customer service is only assuring it will be done by today.but no final results. Really disappointed by the service.

In future I really need to think multiple times before buying anything from @reliancedigital.
I want to know if I could return the product?

Nice place to visit if you just want to see techy things and not buy them. It's not worth your wallet, things are expensive here

All service providers r busy and they have no time too solve customer problem. Bad experience. Never buy from bokaro digital. It's better to buy any products from there authorised dealers.

Its really good store as its biggest store in this city for all electronics appliances need under one roof which makes easy to search for the best.

Terrible is one word I could come up with. Trust me terrible is an understatement. Twice I had the unfortunate previlege to visit sector 4 Reliance digital once for buying washing machine and yesterday to buy microwave oven.both times because of unprofessional and arrogant staff there despite being patient I couldnt buy product. The staff is unaware of products specs, current price and worst thing being the bank no cost emi offer details they are not able to explain correctly.
Horrible.truly horrible.both occasions they couldn't arrange for exchange process.this despite me being on my toes.requesting politely throughout. Waste of time better visit some small dealer he would be more than happy to give you best deal. I did the same got same microwave at a better price and recieved product same day same time.

They don't have variety. Price is also exceptionally high. Better go to computer market in sector 4

The staff is not informed. The ones who know some think of themselves as Steve jobs.
The staff insists on Ryzen when customer asks for Intel.

Went to buy JioFi but we were told that they have not recieved it since the pandemic started I.e. Since more than 1.5 years. The store looked good but we were disappointed that we were not able to buy the stuff we badly needed.

They never pick up your call even if u try 100 of times, sometime they just pickup and cut your call. Worst service ever received.

You can find great deals. All items price mentioned over the product. Not like shop owners those who set price depending on customers.

I purchased a sony bravia smart android t from the store on 30/01/2019 from the store. Even after la0se of four days, the tv has not been installed. The respons3 from the salesman and the store manager is lackadaisical. I am feeling cheated and repent my decision to buy tv from here.

Nice place to purchase a genuine and branded electronic and electrical gadgets. Staffs are very Cooperative. They give demo and explain it.
