However, price is on the higher side. They are charging a minimum of 16% upto 28% of making charges on gold. Much higher than other leading jewellers

Amazing. I have purchased all the jewelry for my marriage from senco Dhanbad and the first anniversary gift for my wife from senco bishnupur. Both the experience was great. I definitely recommend Senco gold.

Extremely disrespectful staff.

This event happened in 2022

We had bought a men's bracelet which broke in the first three months of use
When we went to get it fixed from them the sales officer told us that we should have bought a heavier weight in jwellery. One should buy jwellery of atleast 20 GM's gold in bracelet otherwise the thing breaks.
Being someone who does buy light jwellery from other leading brands and never faced such an issue
This blew my mind.
The manager them stepped in and handled the situation.
We have stopped going to Senco since then. No use going to a store which does not respect the customer.

Tanishq which stands opposite to the shop has much better staff which actually respects the consumer and much more friendly and and helpful

It is situated inside the Ozone Plaza at Dhanbad. Location is fine. Area is busy and crowded. Collections gold jewellery & ornaments are very nice and attractive. Staffs are very cooperative and well behaved. Decorations are good. We have visited with my family & viewed a number of collections.

Extremely poor & disgust behavior of the employees. Male persons have too much ego. Worst place. Not recommending at all.

Good place for purchasing light, medium and heavy weight gold, platinum and diamond jewellery. Sufficient collection of light weight jewellery. Swarna Yojona scheme is available. Offers tea/coffee/water to customers. Maintaining hygiene and safe distance during this corona pandemic. Parking facility is available in the underground place of this building and backyard of the build (open space parking). Parking charge Rs. 20/- for 4 wheels. Also, this building has lots of other shops, you can enjoy food also in this building.

Loved it. Keep up the good service then only customers will keep flowing and i have trust on it from kolkata senco (moulali, midnapore), visited them too.

Male staaf behaviour are not good in compare of female staff male staaf comment pasing against customer in slow sound

Trust assured, a large collection with a wide range from economic range to exclusively special range.descent staffs and of course making charges are quite lower than Tanishq.

Gold shop with a nice brand of senco whose branches are in so many cities.here also i found it very spacious and well placed at Ozone plaza, Bank more, Dhanbad just in front of Tanishq of Tata.its staffs are also very helpful as they were interested in customers delightfully.
