SHREE INTERNATIONAL

I stayed along with my family for 2 days in Apr 23. The following reasons for poor rating:
1. Not enough service boys at hotel. You need to follow up plenty of times for a request.
2. Room and toilet not maintained.
3. Common wall between two toilets. It occurs foul smells and sound.
4. Poor drainage system in the toilet. Stagnant water in the basin.
5. Extreme unprofessional hotel staffs.
6. The hotel restaurant serves Alu paratha only throughout the day. That's the only dish available breakfast to dinner. However many options mentioned in the menu card.
7. Slow internet. Not every receptionist is aware of the WiFi password.
8. By considering Jharkhand's horrible electricity, the power backup is not good at hotel. They couldn't provide me the invoice receipt due to power cut. Ideally computer and printer should be always operational despite power cut.
9. There is no electric kettle in the room. So not possible to boil water also.
10. Since only dish Alu paratha available in the kitchen, I requested at reception if they can cook Maggie for my son who is 3.5 yrs old. I would only purchase Maggie packet and expectation was they would cook for us in the kitchen. But they denied to do so. So the hotel is not at all kids friendly.
11. Jarring sound from fan. Sleeps interrupted due to this noice.

There are many more. I would not recommend this hotel until the actions are taken on the above points by the management.

Nic But there is a little bit problem with staff not bad but also not good for the customers

There was problem in every room after changing 3 rooms we got the room in which there was no major issue but there was some issue

Nearly 2km far from baba Baidyanath temple very near to naulaka temple don't go along with drivers for booking rooms

The rooms were top class with great facilities and the staff were super helpful but the food was a bit late but was very tasty.
Would ten out of ten recommend this hotel for family men.

Worst hotel in Whole Jharkhand, Ac's not working properly, infrastructure is worst, room are not maintained properly, when complained to the manager, fault is laid upon customers.washroom are dirty, wifi is slow enough that If compared to BSNL network, BSNL will win, walls are dirty, cupboards are broken that if can fall on your head, bulbs are fused, door lock problems. And many many many more problems to be written by text. So if you have enough money and you want to waste it somewere then you can visit this hotel and leave here for 3 days. I swear that you will regret after you leave this place. All were very upset after visiting this place named shree international. This review is after 14th February 2022.

The most third class hotel you would ever find in Deoghar. Absolutely disgusting & horrible staffs. They are non cooperative as hell. If you want to waste money you can go there. It was an absolute horrible experience for us. Hotel bathrooms are dirty.no arrangement of generators. Electric keeps on tripping. Wifi speed is of 2G a network. We were made to change the room many times. They intentionally disconnected our power supply. We had to face a lot of difficulties since we did go there with our families and a 7 months old baby. Shame Shame Shame.

Absolutely disgusting room service. Dirty bathrooms. No water service available. For drinking water you will have to buy mineral water & that too with more than the MRP. Horribly bad behaviour of the reception. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A NO STAY HOTEL.

Too expensive according to rooms and room services was very bad.they took extra charge for every thing like blanket towel.worst

Pathetic service. Many lodges would have performed better that this so called INTERNATIONAL property

Parking space was sufficient but was not fully functional. Restaurant was also not functional. Room and bathroom was good and spacious. Pathetic place if you are looking for service. Just for stay it ia ok. Till 9 AM no one at Kitchen n Restaurant. Manager's number is switched off.

I don't know why some of the reviews are "Extra pampering. " Hotel infrastructure is good but the hospitality service is too bad. Till 9 AM no one is available in reception. Tried to talk to manager, but the number was switched off. I personally never recommend any one. I suggest the management to take care of hospitality service, because guests pay you for service. I wish the management will look over it.

Worst hotel in deoghar, infrastructure is ok ok but hospitality is zero.

No parking, worst reception, please don't take pain with your own paid money.

Outstanding hotel with great rooms and great service food quality is amazing and overall stay was amazing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff were very polite and caring.

I am glad i decided to stay at shree international even though it was for a short span i had a good time. Peaceful environment, splendid hygiene and delicious food definitely one of the best hotel in deoghar.

The restaurant is damn good with all the staff behavior being cooperative and also they respect the customer.
