I went to buy a ring. At first, we were happy and finalised our choices down to three rings, but during the second visit, when we were sure to buy, things changed. Firstly, the staff could not tell me the exact price if the ring was modified to fit my finger. Saying the final ring-making amount might vary, later, with discussion, it was revealed that the system did not allow my ring size, so they were speculating with prices. Later, they reduce the discount on making, saying that the in-stock item has a greater discount than what needs to be order.
Everything would have turned out to be a good experience, but the staff thought we would not buy and behaved arrogantly
