A Compact Yet Pleasant Visit to 1MG Mall, Near Trinity Metro Station
My recent visit to 1MG Mall, situated near Trinity Metro Station, left me with mixed feelings. While the mall isn't as expansive as some others in Bangalore, it has its own charm.
The building's front and the surrounding area are aesthetically pleasing, creating an attractive first impression. However, I was disappointed to find that the food court was not operational during my visit. The absence of food options within the mall limited my ability to eat and spend extended time there.
On a positive note, the overall experience was good, and the mall's compact size contributed to a more intimate atmosphere. Despite the lack of a functioning food court, the outer view from the 3rd floor was truly amazing, providing a redeeming aspect to the visit.
In summary, 1MG Mall has potential, but the non-operational food court may be a drawback for those seeking a comprehensive shopping and dining experience. If this aspect is addressed, the mall could offer an even more enjoyable visit.
I appreciate your time in reading my detailed review. Thank you for considering my insights into the 1MG Mall experience.
The mall is not ao huge but has decent parking space. Not many options to dine. If you are watching the movie, the theatre is just next to the mall, but outside its premises. So dont get confused.
Good for top class people to shop here. If u ask about mall it is well structured and maintained. But when it comes to shop and shopping there thn it is only for rich kids.
I have been to this mall which is good, They have pub in top floor. Also for those who looking for free parking can park their Vehicle after crossing the mall can find 1st left, there is huge place available to park two wheelers.
Well located and has a little bit for everyone. The ideal place to go to if you are not a big fan of hunting for parking. Highlights are Foodhall and Smash.
Great place to shop and have fun but this place is definitely on the sophisticated side. Thought we have luxury brands here but majority of the brands are ultra luxury. Also the food mall is a great place for exotic grocery shopping.
Compact mall, needs better elevator system. Parking bays are too narrow for me to come out of drivers seat without banging door on metal surround. Too many handbags and makeup stores.
Lido Mall 1 on 1 mg road is in the heart of the city in MG Road Bangalore. One of the biggest mall in MG Road with lot many shops. Nice experience of shopping with the 1 MG mall. This mall is situated near the BIG Bazaar at mg ROAD.
Nice place to visit. The mall is small compared to Phoenix Marketcity or Gopalan Signature. I had gone to purchase Redmi Note 6 Pro at Mi Store. The games section on the 2nd floor was good. However parking fee is only problem, as they charge a lot. For 0-2hours = ₹50 and for subsequent hour ₹20.
This rating is only for mi home. I'm a big fan of xiaomi but I was highly disappointed with the salesmen of this store. They were not bothered when customers came to the store. I had come to purchase Redmi 4 & these salesmen didn't bother to guide/to attend me. They were just sitting at the counter & they were seeing the costumers & were not bothered to ask for which product they are looking at. Just having sales figures doesn't help Xiaomi. You need to concentrate on your customers by training your salesmen.
As a mall this is not ready yet. Construction work is going on still. Facilities inside the mall is next to pathetic. Restrooms will touch your head if you are at least 5 ft tall. You can not stand as your body will need to be squeezed if you go for nature call. Availability of food option is also not upto the mark. Very limited options and I mean it. Inox inside is there but another pathetic one. Would recommend to go somewhere else if you are spending that much amount for the visit and spending time there.
Nothing great about the mall. No special reason to visit it do you won't be losing out on anything if you don't go here. The only reason people even go to the mall is for the cheap movie tickets.
It is a few of the well maintained smaller sized malls in Bangalore. Has good selection of clothing outlets, typical luxurious brands in India like h&m and others. It has good dining places on the terrace. And a high end grocery store too. There is a kids play zone on third floor called funky monkeys, and a indoor sports area called smaash.
So much potential, location wise, but overall a strange mall to navigate.
The grocery store on the top floor is pretty much the only thing I go to the mall to shop for. If you are looking for imported foods, look no further. You can even make requests to the manager for stuff and they will source it for you. There's even a tiny Royce chocolate kiosk inside.
Tao is a fantastic resto bar on the top floor. Excellent for a sunday sundowner. Also, ffs, pronounce the name correctly please (Tao is pronounced Dao) ;)
Nothing great about this mall. Except Smaash and a grocery supermarket, rest all other vendors just are killing mosquitos. They are just there for publicity and marketing.
Nice, well appointed mall. Good range of stores and restaurants too. Children love it because of Funky Monkey play area. The ares selling plants is really good but very pricy. Nice entry and exit for cars. Parking of bigger vehicles like SUVs is a challenge.
Not a great place to be or I guess we were informed incorrectly. We went there to buy cutlery but there were no shops selling any cutlery but you would find other foreign brands there.
