Poor collaboration between their BD and architects. Their BD team is not professional, dont pick up calls and try to win projects by quoting less. And increase the cost during architect phases

We took interior renovation services from 100krafts. They were really professional in their services starting from initial consultation guidence till final handover and completion of work.
Initially when we were searching for interiors we got to know about them from facebook searches. They were very cordial and patient to address all our basic queries and concerns. They made sure that we are well informed to make it easy for making our final decision to choose the right interior partner.
Post project confirmation the designer and team were very helpful to guide and handhold us to go through the design phase smoothly.
Execution phase too was strongly monitored and managed by team thought there were a few delays while the work was going on but they didn't compromise on the quality of workmanship, we were furious at that time but 100Krafts didn't panic and explained us why we should be patient enough for the delivery and not get furious.
Even after handover they called us and asked if there is any thing that is not working well and needs to be checked feel free to update us team shall be sent on site in 1 go to solve all the minor alignment issues all together.
Would recommend 100Krafts to all my friends and family members.

I got my home renovated for my parents by 100 krafts and had a fantastic experience. They looked over our end to end execution for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms along with a few interior works. They took care of many minute technicalities and made our process so smooth. Despite us staying in the home while getting this done, they made sure to complete the work done on time and even minimised our discomfort at home.
My parents were concerned with the noise and dust work but they really made it a hassle free Experience.
As a company, they are responsible, punctual and relatively budget friendly when compared to other firms that we had originally looked up. They ensure good quality and provide several options for everything and ensured that my requirements were met while maintaining the visually pleasing aspects through their customised options and catalogues.
I would definitely recommend them for interior design.

They are frauds, running a scam. Most unprofessional people in the interior design industry. They will take your money and will run without completing the job

All are fake they are not full fill any point
They promised everything and always tell to complete but moral of story not delivered with quality just how to get money from customers they only focus.
