It is not only a building. It should be a place for building kannada. But it is not so. Nobody lifts the phone. Even the so-called president, Mr Manu baligar is least bothered about kannada language and it's true fans. He speaks so rudely with common kannadigas. If not for promoting kannada, then what is this institution for? Why the president has forcefully extended the tenure to five years, if he is not ready to work for kannada sincerely?
