Went there for my husband’s birthday celebrations. We opted for Saturday lunch buffet. The spread of varieties was good. We have also been here few other times and have been happy with the food and service.
Come here for our dinner for my wife's birthday we died at the 24 at 43 Suman saying who was our captain for the table really made a very special experience thank you so much and thank you ottera
The restaurant is beautiful with a soothing ambience. We were there to celebrate my mom's birthday. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. However, the buffet menu was not impressive. At least from a non-vegetarian's perspective. For the cost, I wish they had more variety and specialties.
The place, ambience and the food really good. The buffet has a wide variety of foods. India, conti, asian, Turkish, Lebanese. All meat served in the buffet. They had only 3 starters 1 paneer, 1fish and 1 chicken which is served on the table. Wife variety of salads and dips which is soo fresh and delicious. Also liked the pork belly and tenderloin salad. Coming to the dessert, they have soo many options and it is really good.
We went to Sunday brunch. Total waste of money. Limited options for starters, 3 for veg and 3 for non veg. Even if we go for BBQ and other places buffet they provide 7 to 8 starters. Main courses are not that much impressed, they provide usual noodles and briyani, pasta that too not boiled well, and live chaat.dessert they have more items apart from that nothing special. Better spend your valuable money in other buffet restaurants. On Sunday brunch we spend 2 to 3 hours there, that time we saw only 10 people, most of the chairs looked empty. We already saw a few negative reviews for dinner, so we decided to go to brunch but We were really disappointed. We didn't feel it was worth the price. Overall the food tastes good but options are not that much.
Went for Sunday brunch and had a lovely experience. Friendly staff and good live music. The sheer number of choices for desserts was overwhelming. Food tasted great and the menu was quite diverse. Well worth the money:)
Not a good experience at all for a 5 star hotel. We went for lunch to 24@43 but it was under renovation. Hence, they requested us to dine @Allore restaurant. Faced following problems- 1. No buffet menu shared 2. Bug in the pani puri 3.1200 bucks for just paneer starter, pani puri, salad, white paneer gravy & roti, stramed rice for a veg buffet lunch. No other options available. 4. No finger bowls 5. No mukhwas after meal 6. Bad customer service, we had to request for everything Not sure if this was their bad day off but with all due respect, heads down with the experience.
I got wonderful experience here. Respectable services. But parking and outside security behavior worst. Not everyone. Some irrespective type of guy is there.
Lovely place with wide open view of Hosur Road and the Ecity flyover. Loved the food, great variety and taste. Service was friendly and helped us in making right food choice as well. Had a lovely time with some great company
Disappointed with the morning buffet breakfast service. Service was poor and basic things were missing on the table like water, cutlery and condiments. Had to call the staff multiple times for each and everything. Not at all worth what you pay for and would suggest skipping this.
They do have varieties and customer friendly. Went on dialing day. Celebrated with all customer. They provided fire cracker etc. For birthday they do provide cake. Since it's a diwali the non veg option were less. Overall good ambience. They do have salads, dessert, sarters, juice, drinks, pasta etc. They have live counter as well.
The buffet is just OK for breakfast, definitely not a real 5 star hotel buffet. Very límites options, the bread is dry like from 2 days ago, croissants all moist instead of crunchy, canned juices instead of all natural fruit juices. So, I would not pay to come to this breakfast ever.
The experience in this place was amazing. Warm welcoming by the staffs. It was a buffet and just keep in mind it's very costly. So if you are planning for any special occasion then you can definitely think of this. They had a barbecue special on that day and it was charged separately. The barbecue dishes were fantastic and they'll make what ever the taste you like. They have bar counter and you can make your choice which is included. Overall experience was great and had a great evening. I should say that the staffs and chefs are very supportive make your visit pleasant. Sorry couldn't take much picture of the barbecue.
Had a great experience and had a wonderful dinner. Thank you jenisha for your wonderful service and hospitality. Had a great time today thank you jenisha. I'll come back again.
The food, ambience is lovely and we could spend some lovely time with the breeze over the place. Ahmed is soo nice and the way he handles people is mind-blowing? Lovely place to dine in and for pictures
Great service by Jenisha and the food and ambiance was amazing I had a great time at 24@43 must visit. Will come back soon thanks Jenisha for your wonderful service.
The ambience is rich, arrangements were perfect, lighting were apt, in short it was a fantastic setting for a perfect dinner. We choose ala cart option for the food. We ordered a potato starter, a portion of paneer paratha, paneer gravy and luccha parantha in the main course. The taste, presentation and portion for all the food items were fabulous. The service was promt and the entire staff was courteous. The pricing is equivalent for a 4or5 star hotel. A must visit place in Electronic City.
We went for Buffet lunch with kids. Good location and ambience. Staff is really good. However, there were limited options in starters and main course in Non Veg. Desserts were decent.but overall it was not worth the cost.
We were very impressed with Uttam, pravash, anandu and Rubina with their polite and nice behaviour and service.they were constantly doing their job with deligence and sincerity.sometimes it's not the food but the people that makes your day!
I went to 24@3 restaurant at The Oterra for dinner buffet and I must say I was blown away by the buffet menu and the flavours. Every dish we tasted was unique, just the right amount of flavours and tasted absolutely fantastic! The fish starter was the highlight and we loved it. We even thanked the chef for the fish starter and also the Goan fish curry! He even shared the recipe for the fish starter which was really special. Not to forget the staff were very kind and helpful. They took care of even the smallest request of yours and made us feel so special and loved I have been to buffets of many other renowned hotels in Bangalore but this one at Oterra was out of this world I will consider visiting this place over and over again with my friends and family! This is a great place and once again thank you very much for making us have such a fantastic time!
We chose this place after good reviews. But for Rs. 1800+tax, all you get is two veg, two non veg starters. They forgot to serve soup. Enchiladas was good. Momo was dry and unimpressive. Just three options for unlimited mocktail. Main course Briyani and fried rice Have no flavour. Don't even start with the gravies. But Desserts were delicious. Service was good. Staffs are well trained for present Covid situation. Other than that food taste is very mediocre. Most of come for buffet for a good spread of starters. But that is missing. Not crowded at all. Shortage of staffs is noticed from the time you enter inside gate.
It was amazing experience to dine at 24@43. Food were delicious and fresh. Ms. Poornima Rai was fantastic with her service and buffet orientation. Will visit next time for sure. Many thanks
Sunday brunch spread was awesome, so many options to choose from the main course as well as the dessert.nice place for birthday parties. Well-done Purnima, thank you for your service. Loved the hospitality.
Perfect place for dining with your family, friends and loved ones.perfect ambience and perfect food. Thankyou Miss Poornima for your friendly service.will visit again. Strongly recommended.
24@43 is a wonderful place for dining and celebrating birthdays and small parties. Their service and hospitality is exceptionally wonderful. Poornima was excellent. Highly recommended.
Last Sunday i visited The Oterra Hotel which is located at E-City. They had a Sunday Brunch going on at the restaurant named "24@43" and i was just amazed to see the spreads they had curated for the brunch and also was fascinated with the ambience here.
Firstly coming to the ambience, the place looks very peaceful yet lively.there's greenery around you as well which even gives you that lush effect/vibe. Really spacious the place is and i also love the seating comfortability.i would say this place is perfect for your weekend brunch events.food is served indoor and outdoor as well.
Service was A-Grade, no issues here.perfect.
Staff behavior was absolutely professional yet friendly and very suggestive on the food choices which i loved.it's great when you have a interactive staff. Kudos for that.
Food was just brilliant, fresh food and they like to keep it simple yet gives you the foodgasmic feels.loved the Poori Channa (Bombay Style) and the Kothu Parotta being the highlights tor me.but just by saying that even the starters were great as well as the grills/barbeque and do try out the basa fish grill if you visit it as it's so tender, delicious taste and really well cooked.totally forgot to tell you about the chaats which were insane to taste especially the pani puri and all the other chaats too.everything here was well presented. Also do try out the desserts here as they have healthy options for dessert here and as well as your normal sugar coated one's too.overall i loved the food spread here as there was so much going around and so much to try but they made lots of Options available for the customers here and that's the best part.
Drinks we tried the filtee kaapi (madras style) and then do try their welcome drink "Blue Ocean" and also tried the apple mocktail which was fab.they have a good Collection of Sula Wines here so do check them out too.the bartender did a great job with the drinks. I'm completely happy.
Review by our Team Ghatotkatcha Who doesn't love Sunday Brunches! Here in Oterra, they have curated an amazing Sunday Brunch. The Brunch ranges from World cuisine to local street style Indian dishes. With Pool Access too, your brunch will be a memorable one. Cocktails and Mocktails galore, this is the place where you can come with friends and family for a fantastic Sunday. The main thing which had the consistency here is the wonderful hospitality, they are wonderful and no doubt in that. This brunch is named as The Brunch Connection, to make your bond stronger with family and friends with just not food but a range of fun filled activities of all age groups. Every Sunday, they have a new theme and this Sunday was Parsi food.
You get welcomed with a cooler for the upcoming summer and heat in the lobby, then starts the never ending range of Brunch. With lots of greens which are cut perfectly in different shapes or I rather call them Instagramable vegetables spiced perfectly. Chicken, Panner and fish tandoor starters are served to start the meal very well. Also wine is poured for the alcoholic option. The Chat counter is really interesting with Delhi style chats included Gol Gappas, Palak Patha chat and what not. Live pasta counters serving pastas customised by you. Portuguese grills are a complete hit.
For the Parsi cuisine, they have Sali Murg, Mutton Dhansak, Sali Peru edu, Methi mach curry. The Madras tea stall here is really interesting and represents the road side stalls where they have filter coffee served in a brass cup and saucer, egg puffs and other snacks.
Pav Bhaji and Kheema pav, Chola Puri is again promising. An English Roast Chicken is also a part. Live Kothu Paratha preparation is a feast for the eyes and also the tongue. When can a meal be completed within Biryani, here was the amazing Dindigul style Mutton Biryani too with Jeera Samba Rice and lots of pepper.
Desserts here need an extra stomach. Fresh cakes and pastries are a delight. Butterscotch, chocolate tarts and what not. Rasmalai
This is the sweet heaven in Bangalore. They have got so many things and one better then another. I have had enough sweets for a month probably. Chef special rabdi and Bangali Rosogulla is the best I am like I can goto a sweets buffet at this place. They have got close to 20 Types of sweets.
Good place to go with friends or family.we went for Sunday buffet.all items we tried were really good in taste.there was huge variety.the ambience is good and so is the service.
Ambience is good of this place, but food is not that good. In buffet only main course was good. Starters and deserts were average. Not worth the price.
Visited the restaurant for lunch buffet. The ambience is really well done with a hearty spread. There are good choices for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. One thing that really stood out were the salads. A great range of salads that were of high standard. The staff was also very hospitable and courteous. The seating was convenient and spacious at the same time. But why not 5 stars? The desserts could have been better as they were not on the same page as the rest of the food.
My Report Card - Taste - 8/10 Ambience - 9/10 Service - 9/10 Value for Money - 8/10 Will I go back - Probably but not very soon
