One of the worst company I think because yesterday I attended the interview and cleared 3 rounds but today I went to receive my offer letter they are talking unusual think. I think first the company should give correct training to your Hr and recruiters they were simply waste there. I request all freshers don't waste your time by applying this company this is my personal experience

Rubbish company n very very very lazy HR'S. Bad salary hike for experienced candidates. They will make people sit n wait for hours together n ask people to come multiple times. They don't know what to do n all are confused souls.

I joined this company completed FLE training when I went to PLE training there is only politics, trainer was Jeena.
At the time of final exam in PLE they declared the results and informed me you have not clear the test as per FLE. Which I already given before.
There is one trainer for FLE her name is Pia she thinks like better than her no one can communicate.
There each and every trainer have different rules for communication.
It's not over till here, at the time of offboarding I asked to HR did I have to do any process from my end they said no.
After some days they are sending me mail for pending 1300rp. Please sumit in bank account else we will take the legal action.
Guys it's better you can wait if you don't have any another company offer letter but don't join in this company.

I am really disappointed because I am referring my borther and friend they didn't give proper response to them and treat like animals not like humans. Our company must notice this issue and Resolved soon please. I kindly requesting to in this review. Because lot people come walk in by refrence of employee but they get disappointed by Few HR. Company have lot of vacancy but HR not recruiting one time and doing politics. These things are they doing for referral Bonus even Few HR not working our company. The worst company, guys please dont go waste of your time. I attended twice the interview in both also i reached final round and then they tell "sorry your not selected ", im a typiest certificated also i worked as a english teacher, I'm good at grammer as well typing, i reallt dont believe its such a waste. Just for name sake they will do interview thats it.please dont waste your valuable time.

I started my career at 24.7 my first company. I just love this company everyone are friendly right from the HR team, trainers, team lead and co-workers. I regret resigning here because i couldn't cope up with night shifts. Best place to work️

I've worked for this company and was very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the authorities. A lot of inner politics runs in the management and the pay is meagre in comparison to the work load. They hire in bulk during the peak season and terminate in 4-5 months once the call inflow reduces, employee benefits are not well taken care of so I'd recommend this job only if you're a student in your holidays wanting to make some cash out of your free time. Folks looking to start your career don't ever trust 247 as it's unreliable and the managers are total liars.

I have worked at 24/7.ai India and I had the worst experience with the HR team. They just don't care about any HR concerns even the numerous requests. I had to quit my job since I was not satisfied.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE UNSTABLE HR POLICIES OF THEM AND MAKE A WISE DECISION BEFORE ON BOARDING.

They do change the HR policies when there is a replacement in HR position. This is a bummer. I am writing this from my own experience.

As i had received a mail and call to hr shruthi and she sended me the information.and i had applied for the job through instructions but i wanted to know about job discription and i asked her about it but she disappointed me very much.she shows her attitude and when i call her she scolded me and disconnected the call.they people dont have talking sense and there is no right to ask about job description.if the interview is like this then what about after getting job.sorry to say but it disappointed me very much.plzz try to change your attitude towards people.

People please don't believe their offer letter and company policy all are fake they are playing with poor people lives, sure this will be Paid back to you people.

Think 1000 times before joining, they will certify very less people without paying salary to disqualified people.

While hiring they should choose only people who is having US ascent, instead they hire everyone and disqualify many without salary.

The Company is all good, But I had the worst experience. I applied through a consultancy which all was fine. The problem started is when I asked my trainer to allocate a break for 10-15 mins so that I can complete my prayers, but He completely rejected and he was like pray in break hours and they break hours will be like half an hour where you won't even have time to eat, I stayed in Bangalore in PG they will give you half an hour break for lunch until I go down and sit the hotel half an hour will be over, all they want is you to be robot sit ideally for 9 hours in front of the computer and at the same time in my batch, more than 8 people resigned due to so much pressure. In the office, it might be different It was WFH for me so If you are joining think and join.

Worked here for 6 months it is a good company for freshers. This company has very good infrastructure and cafeteria, food is soo good even jp Morgan employees will come to eat food in the 247 cafeteria.

Very worst company please don't join this company they dint even give my one month salary they don't give proper information. Very less salary and more work. Worst company worst experience.

I worked in optus process in this company, If I had option to give negative marking then I would have given that as well. If you guys are looking to work like labours without good pay and without amy growth then this is the good company to join.
*No proper shift, when ever they ask you need to extend
*Managers help only favourite emplyee (favouritism)
*In that name of ECOP and bellcurve they'll deduct your salary (no matter if you have achieved 100%, they expect u to acheive 110% of your target)

Good place to start your career, especially for those college freshers who need a brief introduction to the corporate life.

I worked there for 4 months and the company is far better than the other companies in the same industry. Also they are paying depending upon your experience and the process your are working for. Infrastructure is just amazing, Cafeteria was beyond my imagination.

Documentation process in the company will kill you because it will take your whole day to verify the documents and the HR panel doesn't value the candidates time at all!
Even the trainers in the organization are rude enough to the trainees'

I worked here for a while and the ambience was lovely. It’s a growing industry and gives opportunities everyone. Among all the BPO companies I felt this workplace is better.

Been working here for almost an year now. All they mean is business and not employees, that is very clear. Salary is way too less to even survive. Growth is almost nonexistent.long working hours, stupid rules, unnecessarily deducting salaries. NOT WORTH IT!

They only need experience candidates they don't need Freshers even though they will call for interview process and waste the whole day very worst HR team Freshers better to try at another company don't prefer this company

As I worked in reputed organization there they used to be conducting computer test as first round which includes typing test, English grammar test and process test. Then aftrr announcing the results of those tests they lastly they take personal interview. But, here it is completely in reverse order. Here they take group interview in first according to them it is personal interview. It doesn't look like interview.this looks different for me.

They have no manners they will ask us to wait long even after u get selected. That too when u going for document verification they ask to wait for a whole day and in my case they make me to cme for 2 days without telling me any time i has to waste my precious time here for that stupid offer letter. The recruiters has us to behave but 1st they should behave properly too much attitude frm all the recruiters there i suggest not to go there if u don't want to watse ur time

This company has it own position in the software and bpo industries and this firm is helping a lot of engineers and under graduates to start their career in the industry.

To all those who are willing to work there.they are hiring only graduates with low percentage of marks. I'm a post graduate, went there, they make me sit and do all the registration procedures after one hour they are saying that post graduate freshers are not hired.simply wasted my time.if so y they are saying freshers from any stream are welcome.

They make you wait for a long time. I came at 10 Am in the morning and the interview started at 1 PM and the 2 rounds got over by 4 Pm and then I was waiting for the final HR round for 2 hours with no manners from recruitment team or HR to update on wait time. I lost my patience and I left by 6 and felt bad for the others who were still waiting like the last resort for them. They call us for the interview and they doesn’t even have basic manners or attitude and how anyone can trust and work there and finally they fake the CTC in call letter and doesn’t offer what they promise. They have such a great infrastructure with monger HR and recruitment team.

I was attend there interview. They mainly expecting experience and communication. U have excellent communication skill then will get job easily. That's my experience so i told that's it.
