I recently had the pleasure of dining at 7plates, and I wanted to share my positive experience.

The culinary journey at 7plates was a delight for my taste buds. The dishes were not only delicious but also packed with the perfect amount of spice, adding an extra layer of excitement to every bite.

Their Biryani is also something you can trust as it's their best seller. Also rolls are superb and filling and available till mid night. Have been visiting this place since it was made. They have not changed their food taste. But there is always network issue inside the restaurant.

Overall food tasted good, Mandi you cannot enjoy it by sitting down on the floor you have to sit on tables. But the original way to enjoy mandi is that. Moreover
Waiting time is too much

Have been a regular customer of 7 Plates for quite a while now. All of us in our family are particularly fond of their rolls & biryani etc which are different from what you get in other restaurants.
Only grouse is that the owners need to step up their game as far as maintenance & basic interior cleanliness is concerned. They enjoy good sales & footfalls & therefore they should be investing more in the appearance of their restrooms & seating etc. Attached pics show how dirty their restroom & chair upholstery have become. Please improve on this factor.

If you go there please try mutton sheekh kabab and don't try chicken biryani biryani just like aloo pulao

Average rated restaurant serving average tasting food! The quantity is very generous. Easy on the pocket too. The cleanliness of the restaurant is mediocre and you will find house flies all over.

Previous year my birthday was celebrated in this restaurant and my friends gave me a wonderful lunch
We ordered chicken mandhi and it was very good delicious mandhi that I ever tried in bangalore

Worst restaurant I have ever seen in my life in 20 years of Bangalore experience.
We have waited more then 20mins on table there is no proper management.

This place is always crowded, we had been for dinner at 10: 30pm, still it was crowded.
Soop was really tasty
Mutton sheekh was really delicious, I totally recommend it.
Not happy with the service, they delayed a lot to serve.
We had ordered Mandi but not really happy with the biryani.

Always keeping up the standard.even during rush and late night orders. Not to forget the Bukhara charcoal chicken

A place never to visit again. The are faster to respond to cancellation of orders than taking orders.very unfriendly towards customers.cold food.most items on the menu are not there. They have reduced their quality alot as compared to when it was first opened. If you are looking for a good experience with a reasonable price for the usual food.would not recommend this place at all.save you precious bucks

Worst restaurant in kammanhalli. They made me wait 1 hour to give my food. My 2 yr old was hungry and fussy because of the time they made us to wait. The food was served cold and worst. The staff is not even responding when we call them to address our issue. Pathetic service. The prices are high compared to empire and Arabian hotspot which are best in town. But the service and taste is worst in 7 plates. Worst in all ways.

Had a worst experience over here. The staff is extremely rude. The food was extremely cold and bad. The food is overly priced and not worthy. The food was given after waiting for more than an hour. No finger bowl. If the hotel manager or owner is reading this then kindly change your hotel cook and staff. We gave the complaint to the manager still didn't recieve any apology. I would definitely not recommended this place. There are many restaurants in kammanhalli, you can go for some other restaurant.

Worst experience. The portions were less, as well as many mistakes in the bill. Noodles was pathetic.

The service is not good, worst place to to put your time and money. Noodles are pathetic. You need to wait for 45 minutes for every order. I don't recommend this place to anybody.

The staff here are not good at all, they a take 30-45 minutes to just serve one order. You finish your food and sit there still waiting for your next order for literally 1 hour. The noodles here is the worst, a 20 rs road side noodle is way better than theirs. Don't go here you only waste your money and time. Even the staff don't respond to you, when you ask for your order. We tried to can cell our noodles order but they stir fried the same noodles and served it. We left that order on the table and left. Would not recommend.

Post pandemic the food quality of 7 Plates have definitely gone down. Compared to prices we deserve a better food. Also the footfall for lunch could be another issue as business is down during lunch hours. Biriyani served was so so and also the chicken platter was not too great either.

Such a worst place. We went 2 to 3 times always food is not cooked at all. And the service is really bad. If we tell something to the stafs they won't listen as if we don't know how to cook food. Really very bad.

Service is very bad and according to price food test is not there. I orordered rice and waiting minimum 20 to 30 min but order is not came so I cancelled order n pay before what I ordered that bill. But I noticed one thing they given my bill very fast.

Worst experience, Pathetic service, Rude staff, Unapologetic Manager, Cold and bad food taste, Overly priced, Even 1 star seems over rated. These are the words that come into my mind when someone asks about 7 plates restaurant. Not recommended at all. Instead go to empire or Arabian Hotspot.

This would be the best place to go when you have a budget constraint but would want to eat tasty food. You get the best kebabs here and all their rolls are amazing. I would for sure recommend you to go here and try out their shawarmas.

First of all they make you wait for 45 mins and then they give a food which is cold. Food taste s pathetic. Very bad customer service.bad place for families.

Really a worst place to have vegetarian food. After billing we were told that this place doesn't fit for vegetarians.wish I could save my money.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been.
They have the peculiar customer services where the waiters just wander n are least bothered to provide the assurance of the customers.

Starters were good but froed rices were not tasty. And bad thing is they dont accept Sodexho even though bar is not attached.

Very bad service. Looks like they're more focused on online orders. We waited for almost 45 minutes to get our food on the table, and when it did, it was cold. That's the last thing a hungry stomach wants after waiting endlessly.
There were other customers with children who were also wailing for their food to arrive. Not a happy experience and will not recommend anyone to this place.

Loved their signature dish Chicken Angara. Tried mutton biryani last plate, was good. 4 rating because the Chicken could have been even more tender

Service is not at all good.they took almost 1hr for the order, and tatse always differ, when I had it at the first time it was good, but the second time the same order I gave the taste is different. Every small order takes min 15 mins then.

Parking is also a problem.

The worst service ever, waited 40 minutes for a roll and it's still not ready. The people working here are the worst, and the food taste is just pale, plz do not visit this place ever u will be served cold food as well.

For the desi taste this place is the best. Consistent about quality and taste.it's know for their unique taste and amazing dining.

I like the quantity of the filling in shawarmas. Though the taste is not upto the mark but it's stomach filling.
They have varieties of Rolls available too.

The Alfaham was really good! Not a lot of veg options, best to avoid if you have a vegetarian friend with you.

But non-vegetarians will leave with a smile and happy belly

Atmosphere and ambiance was nice clean.we have ordered crispy chicken roll but there was no crispiness in those chicken, it doesn't test good.

Very bad quality of food as well as services are not good.once food is being served after nobody will come and ask you if anything else required or not.

Served old food and I got food poison because of that. Manager told not to come there if I had any issue. Very bad attitude from manager and suppliers.

The hotel staff seems to be preoccupied with something else other than attending to Customers. The place might be good for non vegetarians. However, there is not much option for vegans and the vegetarian food is below average. Despite the poor hospitality of the staff, surprisingly they are full.

Rolls are quite tasty, a bit pricey but still worth going to have lunch or dinner with family or friends and not spend too much if eating in groups

Really bad and stale food. Bad management and attitude of staff. Non courteous. Please don't choose this place to eat when there are many better options in Kalyan Nagar

I've not find a reason to give even 1 star. Ordered biryani and received very tasty tomato rice with chicken piece. Chef's are friendly enough to not accept it. I think this is the only place serves tomato rice as regular chicken biryani. You want to spoil your tasty buds then visit this great place

It's one of the best restaurants for having rolls in Bangalore. It's very inexpensive and totally worth it. I'd definitely recommend the Tikka rolls.

Most of the items were staled and rest of them were taste less. The manager has told us it's your choice whether to come here or not when we complaint about food.

Placed an order for Reshmi kebab through Swiggy. Waited for almost 1.5 hours for the restaurant to prepare order and finally had to cancel it.

7 Plates, this place is awesome for food lovers. Starters are really of standards, the taste was too good. The meat was cooked and the blend of masalas were perfect. Plate shawarma was very tasty and must try. Mutton Biryani was my favorite, the meat was cooked to the perfection.

I regret myself why I dined here second time when I had a bad experience on my first visit! Don't ever try Chicken Panjabi Role, Arabian Role, Chicken biryani. Otherwise you would regret!

This place is nice. Ambience is good, servicing is great, well-trained staff, food is tasty but stay away from veg briyani, that's disaster.

The food is good the rolls are really good
They have two menus one to eat out or to take with you for quick bites and one inside restaurant.
The atmosphere is average.
Malai chicken roll is my fav but one should try all of them as all are unique and yum.
Best place to go when pocket is little on the lighter side.
The server is rude food is so good it won't matter.

I just love this restaurant. When I can't decide which restaurant to go in Kalyan nagar, i go to this place because I know it will never disappoint me.i love the hot n sour soup here, the chicken chettinad and chicken achari curries, chicken fried rice and lime soda. The ambience is decent

Five stars for the food. Two for the service. One extra for our steward despite the mess the management was evidently causing.

There's barely any wait staff for such a large crowd that this restaurant caters too. Management, if you're listening, take action. I don't see any other reason but cutting corners for not having enough people to attend to the clientele. Most reviews you read also warn just the same and after an experience there we know first hand!

They have a few special items on the menu that you should definitely try.
