I had ordered a customised cake for my Daughters First birthday.

I was expecting the cake to be as like in the Picture 1. I’ve asked them to make it a double layer cake and to remove fish tail like thing from the top.

But what I have received was very disappointing (Picture 2) and the taste of the cake was not at all upto the mark. I was not expecting this one from them. This has spoiled my birthday party and the celebration mood.

If you are looking for a customised cake then don’t expect it to be the same.

For me customisation work was well below the expected level.

We are from banglore ordered a customized cake to celebrate my sis bday on our trip to udupi. Cake design was good and was delicious to eat as well thank u 7th heaven.

It's been quite a few months have been ordering cakes and cup cakes from 7 Heaven-Udupi, I stay at Bangalore and my Family at Udupi.it's a different pleasure all together, when I order cakes or cup cakes on phone from Bangalore bfor any ocassion at my house. The response from the time I give order, till the delivery at my home was an awesome experience and the best part is there is no compromise on quality, every time you order you feel happy and good to have a 7 Heavens

I had ordered granny faced black forest cake, and it was baked and delivered as told. The cake from 7th heaven had an extra attention in the party. Everyone loved. Thank you xx

I have ordered 2 cakes form here the first one was chocolate strawberry cake, it was tasty but the chocolate and strawberry syrup was little overpowering. The second one was chocolate globe cake and it was pretty tasty

The cake was damaged on one side when it arrived and the flower drawn on the cake didn't even look like a flower and the cake doesn't even have good taste.

I had ordered blueberry cake and received strawberry cake. Well got to strawberry cake after tasting it. This spoiled the celebration mood as no one likes strawberry flavour in my house.

They do door-step delivery and take-away option is also available. Maintained Clean and Hygienic in the shop. I had Black Forest Slice cake and Chocolate Donuts (Donut was okay- okay). One of the best cake shops in Udupi. I ordered a chocolate truffle customized cake from them and everything was done through call and whatsapp. They also provide door step delivery which is amazing. I would definitely order more cakes from them in the future.

7 th heaven is literally a heaven for us. What I loved here was their response and that quality of pastries. I being a corporate company employe once I introduced that cake to my colleagues and my manager. They were so happy. Again when my manager visited udupi he insisted me to order cake for his wife's birthday. I did so. His family loved that cake. And more than that I got a credit of introducing that beautiful cake for them.

We have ordered cakes here for different birthday occasion. They took order through whatsapp and they provide excellent service on our request to customize. We have ordered choco truffle, photo cake, choco chip.the taste and quality of the cake is good. We would recommend this cake shop.
