I recently had a frustrating experience with Al Misbah. After booking and promptly paying 30k, I needed to change my travel date with in 10 mins. Despite my early request to cancel and refund, I was disappointed to see 11k deducted from the booking fee. This unexpected charge left me dissatisfied with the service and hesitant to recommend Al Misbah for future bookings. Improved flexibility and clearer refund policies would greatly benefit customers.

Very good experience with al mosbah cars. We hired a brand new Alto K10, enjoyed the road trip. Charges, deposit and other formalities were very much reasonable compared to other self drive cars. Hussain in particular really handled us well. Thank you.

We hired a MG HECTOR automatic, it was in very good condition. No trouble at all during the 4 day -500 km trip from Mangalore> Udupi> Dharmasthala> Kukke Subrahmanya> Mangalore. We enquired through call and booked the car online and we paid the refundable deposit as mentioned in the message.and we got the refund back
the car which they provided was in good condition, they also have other brand new cars too.anyone can visit this place without any doubt.

Worst place to rent a car in Mangalore, He cut 1850 from the security deposit for a scratch we didn't cause. The damage was just black paint from the tire which can be removed very easily and he claims he fixed it in the workshop but when I ask for the picture of the fixed bumper he doesn't respond. He charged 350rs as the lost rent for the car while it was in the workshop, which was never in the workshop in the first place 100% wouldn't recommend using this service. He wasn't present at the office at the time of drop off and was out of station even though they claim 24 hour service. We almost missed our train because he wasn't there to collect the car. I've attached the picture of the scratch so the people who are reading this review can see if it actually costs 1850 rs to fix. He keeps charging people money for the damage but never fixes the car.

Charged us 3K for a scratch which was barely paint and blackmailed us and in the end didn't fix it also.

We got excellent service. The car was in great condition and dropped well before time at the airport. There was regular communication at every stage. Even little things like the FastTag was recharged so we had no hassle anywhere. We highly recommend them as a reliable and transparent service provider in Mangalore.

The car we rented got a scratch so he said he will take it to the garage and charge us what it will cost but then he took some money out of deposit we gave and returned only some money and did not fix the scratch which would have costed much less than what he took from us
