Very poor service. If your travelling with family pls stay away from this travels. The only skill they have is talking gently until they get the money.zero support system. When any problem arises they never going to help you. I could not give zero star since google doesn't have that option.

PS: People who are willing to spoil there holiday can book this travels.

The worst ever tourist friendly service provider. From day one the driver was all time using paan masala inside the cab, where we have ladies and child. He was reluctant to start the vehicle for sight seeing. Even after giving start time every day night for the next day he was always late which has disturbed our sight seeing plans always. He never drive more than 60km per hour even in NHs later came to know that the vehicle was in bad condition. In none of the sight seeing spot, the driver intended to drop us at the point, he won't make a try atall. He ll park the vehicle 3 kms away from the sight seeing spot and ask us to walk. They i either force him or please him to drop us at the point. Laziest driver who don't know ABC of the location. We were from chennai but we were guiding the karnataka driver who knew nothing. At Last the car broke down when we were reaching mysuru before 22kms. The coolant oil horse got damaged and the liquid started flowing inside the car leg room over my feet. Even that he dint realize the smell or change. But we informed that there is something happening to the car. The entire coolant drained out. We had only 1 hour for our bus to chennai. We were standing in the mid of a dark paddy field. One auto driver sir helped us outright but Imran, Sumit and the entire travels crew was concerned about their balance money. They provided a worst unprofessional 3rd grade service, that too with a unprofessional driver who dint guide even for 1 little thing. All they want is money money money. I am pleading that if I miss my bus i will lose 9000 in total. They don't take any effort to make us reach the bus stand or finish the service but held us in the dark road for money. Imran was very dude to the core. Not even a sorry. It was so pathetic. Will never recommend this travels to anybody.

Great experience, comfortable journey, good conditioned cars, professional drivers and quick and good service.
