A1 Travels

I had an extremely disappointing experience with A1 travels recently. The bus was in a poor state, unclean, and lacking basic amenities, making the journey uncomfortable in the cold weather. The behavior of the crew, especially the bus driver, was incredibly rude and unprofessional (oru verum myran). To make matters worse, they made a long stop to load their own travel goods on top of the bus, further delaying our journey. The reckless driving was a serious concern, with a disregard for passenger safety. This being my first experience with Abhi Bus, I was met with subpar service and an overall negative travel experience. I hope this feedback prompts Abhi Bus to seriously improve their service quality. I am also requesting a refund due to these unacceptable circumstances.

AC is not properly working. Seating is not comfortable
After accident it took them more than 5hrs to arrange another pickup bus. Total waste of time and money.

Regretful about the driver. The driver won't know the road. No one with a driver to guide. Lastly I helped him with the help of maps. Driver left many passengers and he was not picking anyone's call also. Lastly he was talked very rudely and shouted at me. It was a very unsafe journey. It was a very bad experience. I will not suggest anyone to travel with this bus.

It was a very worst travelling experience I’m not ready to give a single start for this but No option. The driver was very rude and no proper response for queries. There was no enough space for luggages overall the journey from Bangalore to Trivandrum was vry worst

Worst experience ever they said the departure time is 9.45 now it's 10.25 and am still waiting for the bus to come and the important thing is they have a pickup vehicle from kalasipalaiya to madivala. Never travelling with A1 again.

Good, I booked through redbus so it was much costlier you may avoid redbus and book through A1 Travels, the ticket will be cheaper.

A1 travel

I travelled from Bangalore to pondicherry. Got bus from market kalasipalya, bus is too delay from the time they suggested for us and asked me to change second bus from madiwalla, we did that. Driver is so rude who left me alone when I asked to Stop for letrin. Worst behaviour with driver. Please ignore this travels even at any difficult situations.

One of the worst travel services in Bangalore.
Booked a sleeper for 1800 and there were no curtains, no pillow, no blanket.
Cancel the trip instead of booking this Bus

Very uncomfortable, Rash driving, Seats were not proper in semi sleeper. Bus was not thoroughly maintained.

Conductor and driver were really rude. Couldn't even ask to turn on the power for the charging port without getting shouted at. Bad experience

This bus was the worst AC bus I have ever travelled.
1. Terrible bus service,
2. AC not functioning no cooling at all, the driver keeps the AC to 27Deg +
3. All windows are open! Passengers eating inside the bus, Smelly and unhygienic!
4. AC water leaking from the roof compressor (when passengers informed the attendant, he said, I’m not here to repair, we have no mechanic, my duty to drop you at destinations, that’s it! He didn’t give other seats instead forces the passenger to sit in wetness.
5. There is no safety stripes in case of emergency,
6.lots of spit on the window,
7. Worst attendant, doesn’t know hindi, English except Tamil. He is aggressive when we asked him to switch on the AC!
8. Bus is very old, all parts are shaky can be heard and very bumpy ride.
9.no Air suspension, no comfort at all, no water provided.
10. Pls DO NOT use this travels!

Awesome travel company, with comfortable buses as well as friendly personnel. A good agency if you want to plan a travel to kerala or karnataka. Only point of concern is it's location, it is deep inside a market area and you might need some time to find out the actual location of the place. [note - I had booked the bus via redbus]

they literally stole my bag.conductor told us he misplaced the bag with previous passngr and the lady with whom the bag was misplaced alerted the conductor about this.but his behaviour to her was so rude.but the bag was missing by the time we reached there and they took no responsibility of it.as I enquired my friend also had the same exact issue of missing his package like this while travelling in A1 travels.i complained to the manager at kalasipalya and all the staff were very rude towards us. I even contacted the main branch of A1 travels at Coimbatore but only got very poor rude response from him also. No measures were taken by them for my loss which was solely a mistake from their part.and later when I called them they were not attending my call.beware.don't take any trip from these guys. A1 travels!

It's a good and economic option for long distance journeys. It's a bit hard to locate the place. The place shown in the map is the parcel office. If you are travelling walk around 50m straight from the location and take a right and you will find the waiting location for the buses.
The buses were okay, it gets the job done. They don't provide pillows or blankets on non a-c. The charging port in my seat was unfortunately not working. The bus arrived at the location and destination on time. The rest stop was also a good place with neat toilet facilities.

Bus was good but the the person who helped us with the luggage was very rude. Usually every bus staffs will help us with keeping the luggage in the compartment provided in the the backside of bus.but this man was standing there simply without helping.and i asked him to help.he literally started shouting at me.i said every other bus staffs help us with it.his explanation was like.theirs is not like other bus.and he asked for money for keeping the bags.in the morning too he was murmuring while taking the bags.very bad attitude from the staff.

One of the worst travel I had ever. No Punctuality, No Response to customer, No Cleanliness. Dont ever try this travel, even if there is emergency dont travel in this travels. Simply waste A1 travels. Especially the bus driver and other staff they are so kind and helpful like they even cant pick up the call and pick up the passenger at right location

Its located at the most chaotic place in bengaluru, handling of the parcels is also same as the place chaotic and unacceptable

No seating facility or waiting area for the passengers. You will have a very bad time standing for your bus in this highly crowded road.

Very BAD EXPERIENCE ever. Please never keep your bag in the trunk. I lost mine and the statf behaves so rudely to you and they dont do anything for you for your loss. Please travel in a better bus even if it cost a bit more, atleast you will never regret your travel. THEY LITERALLY TREAT YOU LIKE LOW CLASS PEOPLE! IM NEVER GOING IN THEIR BUS AGAIN!

Not at all good service. Buses are bad and the information provided by bus conductor is not clear. Plus it stops late for dinner 1: 30 at night.

I sent the luggage from cbe to blore. Realized not to keep the delicate things with your luggage. Under owner's risk.

I will give them negative 5 and more than that. Now im traveling in this bus from Bangalore to kayamkulam. Now the bus stopped in krishnagiri for dinner believe me 1 parotta was 30 and green peas gravy 80 i just ate for 110. Please dont eat if this bus stops somewhere.

Good travel agency except the bus I took from Bangalore by Calicut had to reach at 6.30 I reached the place at 9.30.

Quality of the staff's are good and the punctuality of the bus is also on time from the starting point.

There is no sitting place or big A1 office. No toilet and better to stand out in road. Bus all are from madiwala it seems. They have connecting bus from here. It's an another headache.

Good service altogether. I usually prioritise this operator now. No much hassle in travel. Clean bus, on time, gud staff

Travelling in their ac semi sleeper bus was even worse than traveling in BMTC local bus. It was so uncomfortable i can't even explain
