The course was organised so well it was way beyond my expectations. It was very useful to understand the philosophies behind everything. I can now connect with every aspect of my yoga practice. They have really great teachers and very well designed course. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to do a teacher training or even just understand more about yoga.

Less of Yoga and more of transactional behaviour. Very uncommon for an academy that teaches yoga as a way of life. In Covid testing times is when Yoga helps you bring calmness in midst of chaos.

This academy is highly unlike that. Very disappointed.

Just finishing my RYT200hrs course. A very good place to learn yoga, experienced teachers with great knowledge. Their Studio Ambience is the most thing I liked it’s gives u a different vibe️

I am very glad that I joined the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training course. Yoga for me is a journey to myself. It all began with the focus on physical Asanas but gradually through the practice I started to notice, awareness has expanded greatly. From observing the breath while holding the posture to observing and experiencing life in the very present moment. So then I realized, it’s a constant transformation of Self-being that goes far beyond the yoga classroom. I continue discovering great qualities, joy and blessings through yoga practice. I feel myself in the infinite depth to the teacher who across my way and share his knowledge and experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A1000 yoga has helped me in my yoga journey in a beautiful way. The instructors here are the best in the city and the environment for learning yoga is apt. I would love to join again for the next course. Already missing it.

The teachers at the academy are very professional and completely knowledgeable:) especially with the alignments. The yoga philosophy was thought very well in RYT 200 hours TTC.makes you more enthusiastic about yoga.may you people have many more studios throughout the city:)

A1000 yoga has the best yoga teachers training course available in Bangalore. I enrolled for yoga certification course and successfully completed as well. Very happy with teachers. I think this is the best yoga institute in Bangalore.

Very good experience at a1000 yoga Academy. TTC Curriculum is well structured, good balance between theory and aasanas.

It was an amazing experience with 1000 yoga, I was part of their RYT200. Indira mam totally changed my perspective of what Yoga is, how it is not just asanas and how to live a yogic life, she was wonderful teacher. So if you join RYT200 course remember that it's a serious course and it requires total dedication from your end.

A1000yoga academy is the best yoga studio ever!
I recommend it highly for not only the TTC, but even their ongoing evening yoga classes. Their teachers are brilliant exceptional instructors, we were incredibly lucky to have them teach us. They know exactly how to push, support and channelize each student. Each class is meticulously designed with care to build onto the previous class (so if you miss a class, you know what you are in for), there is exciting new stuff to learn, both in theory and practice and they are always ready and willing to help. I'm so happy I chose 1000 yoga to do my TTC, because they are very authentic and sincere in their teachings of Yoga.

The teachers Pradeep, Nishara and Piyush are perfect in their disposition about Yoga as a life defining tool. No false promises are made and truth about Yoga is taught in the most appropriate way. One can only be awestruck at their experience in the way they communicate, train and motivate the students. Thanks 'a1000 Yoga' for sticking to principles even in these hardy fake times.
