. Cramped rooms.hotel is like a dungeon. The receptionist at the counter was rude. They told me parking is available in the basement before booking but when we went there after 7hrs of driving no parking as all thrash was stored in their parking and we had to park outside under some half done flyover.the whole area has no parking.it is a mess.just imagine the plight of a car obsessed guy to have his car parked like that.no restaurant u have to order food from out thru some numbers they provide.no hot water. They had breakfast but we checked out before that.checkout was a breeze. Yes there are other hotels out there but I didn't want to drive in Bangalore just to reach vfs at 8: 00 in the morning.that too with a toddler.so left car outside hotel finished vfs crossed road got into car and drove off from Bangalore to hit Mysore highway. Gopalan mall has a parking lot on hourly basis which we didn't know then.so if u want to stay for a night visit vfs then okay. If u ask me if I would stay at this place. I will definitely see some other options.

Room was decent without towels, A/C will stop working suddenly and it takes few hours to get resolved, service is slow, in room dining service doesn't answer the calls you make to order food.

Very much convenient for the VFS Applicants who travels from long way. This hotel is directly opposite to VFS Centre. The best part I was offered is, they don’t have a specific check in and check out time. They allow us to stay 24 hours from our Check In time!

The hotel was located opposite the vfs office and it served me well as I had a early appointment at vfs.

It’s a budget friendly hotel for stay. Located just opposite to bangalore VFS visa submission office. Those who are coming for visa process can stay over here. Very good staff. Complementary breakfast included in room charges

Staff is so negligence. Rooms are unclean no proper wifi, no house keeping for 3 days stay, no TV, no soap and brushes at wash room. Completely it’s too disappointment

One of the best place to stay in banglore. I booked the room there for a day stay, the food was good especially the non veg thali. This hotel is very close to vfs global visa processing Center. I recommend everyone who come to Banglore to stay in this hotel and experience their warm welcome and hospitality.

Very nice hotel service and staff. We did a marriage function with 70 people here. Hotel manager and all staff are very friendly and helped us a lot. Nice rooms, very neat and clean. We ordered lunch and dinner for all 70 people. Food was really tasty. Thanks Suresh.

The rooms were pretty decent. The complimentary breakfast was limited in items but the food served was delicious. We had trouble initially with the check in but the manager rectified the situation instantly. The whole staff members were helpful. The manager also arranged a taxi for us since our uber rides were being constantly cancelled. We would've missed our bus if they hadn't arranged the taxi. Altogether our stay there was pleasant.

Too congested road because of metro work going on.
Out side it has a lot of noises
Inside the rooms are clean and neat.
Staff are good and highly matured.
It's better to keep watering outside to reduce the dust.

Really great hotel having beautiful and clean rooms. The hotel staff is also very polite and helpful. A mall is also nearby only which makes the location also apt. The check-in experience was also very easy.

The worst hotel that anyone could select. The service was very poor. All towels dirty, floors unclean, the bedsheet with blood stain, the curtain with some stain, the whole room smelled with cigarette smoke unable to breathe. When asked for room freshner the guy never showed up. The TV not in service, the WiFi without firewall. Overall a worst experience. The review on MMT are contradictory when compared to the stay experience we had.

Poor Service. Poor room cleanliness. First room had insects crawling all over. Second room was better, but did not have the TV functioning as they had not recharged their DTH connection.
And contrary to what they advertise, in-house resturant is closed and breakfast is pretty basic.
Overall a poor experience.
The only good thing is the location as it is right across the road from VFS center.

Towels unclean. T V not working properly, Buffet breakfast is poor. No customer centric approach. The quality is too poor for 2500 Rs

We were given a very small room for the family. Dinner was not available during our stay. Friendly staffs. Near Gopalan mall, VFS global. Good option if it is a short stay.

Stayed here dropbox appointment. Had a wonderful stay, hotel staff is very courteous and helpful.they even helped us with cab/auto when we werent able to find one. Room was clean and spacious. Room service was good and pretty fast. Breakfast was too good with lots of options dosa, idli, vada, pasta and bread and is complimentary.:) I would definitely recommend to everyone coming to blore and have work near jp nagar / bannerghata area.

The rooms were completely unclean. The sheets were all stained. The towels were even worse, entirely dipped in bleaching powder. The breakfast were very menial, only around 3 items which werent great. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody who wishes to stay.

As this hotel is very near to VFS global, people coming for visa purposes are used to stay here. A stupid place with arrogant staff. Don't go for online booking.

Decent rooms with all basic amenities. Good and hospitable service. Restaurant works only in morning with decent buffet. Kettle and coffee kit, locker facility, mini refrigerator are not provided. Had a pretty decent stay

Worst service they will not accept 3rd party booking, AC are not working properly it's very noise, they will not keep their promises

Worst stay. First of all restaurant service in the hotel is not available. They didn't even mention at the time of booking. When ordered food they ordered from swiggy, which we got to knw when food was served.they charged us for containers and parcel charges also.we had booked premium suit but forget about the suit Ac was not working. They didn't change our room instead we had to fight for fan also.then no staff was there to assist us or cater to our needs after 10.30 pm.morning breakfast was disaster. They refused to serve us Idlis as they couldn't order from outside. They serves us only coffee and dosas in breakfast buffet.we have been to innumerable hotels before while traveling but never saw a horrible hospitality like this before.

The hotel us so nice and staff friendly but the restaurant was closed due to Pandemic and it is near to jayanagar 4th block if we want they will get food or coffee from outside.

- Rooms are smaller than they appear. But amenities are all available.
- Wifi had a lot of issues during the stay.
- The restaurant was closed and breakfast was ordered from outside. I had the same idli/dosa on all 4 days of my stay.

Dangerous experience with car parking
And they tells you suite in but the room size is small.

The rooms were neat and tidy. In house restaurant closed. However they provide limited choice of breakfast and coffee/tea. Lunch/Dinner procured from outside. Location is good right opposite Gopalan Innovation Mall.

Aaccord suites inn is an great place to stay with clean rooms and The staff are very polite and friendly.

Will come back again and again

I had an wonderful experience and it's highly hygienic and customer service will be very good and they have all the prevention measures like sanitizing the rooms and restaurant also very good.

Not exaggerating but everything over here during my entire stay was exceptional.

Beginning with the most prettiest, luxurious and compact rooms to the incredible service every single staff member has given is just incredible and spot on.

I've been traveling to bangalore frequently and stayed at various properties but i can say that this is by far my best stay.

The entire staff is just so selfless, right from the room service to the manager they're on their feet 24×7 if you're in need of any help, you call the reception and they're at your door in just a few mins.

Following Staff Members have given me this incredible experience due to which i have written this long feedback: Rohit, Suresh, Krishna, Jonil, Narayan, Security Guard and not forgetting Radha and Mr. Shaikh.

The hotel would be a bit expensive compared to the rest options available but trust me its worth it.
Would definitely love to come back here!

The Hotel forgot to clear my Bill of 62 Rs for a cold drink, They made us wait, while checking out but did not check our bill of 62 rs. They are calling us the next day while we ar at work, Its the Hotel management's responsibility to see if the bill has been cleared; even after making the guests wait while checking out

It's a good 3-star hotel with a good multi-cuisine restaurant. One thing is a little disappointing that they don't have any mini-fridge and electric kettle in every room.

Nice place to stay.
Good ambience.
Well mannered staff.
Overall stay was pleasant.

3*: coffee served to room was not hot enough
1*: due to road maintenance, approach path on Gopalan mall side road is very bad

Room (Classic) was clean. But a bathroom fixture needed to be replaced (after I raised a complaint) and two of the outlets wouldn't work. When I asked, the in-house electrician said "That doesn't have wiring, can't do anything. "

Apart from this, stay was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Morning complimentary breakfast was great.

Okayish place in-terms of amneties. Hotel staff keeps asking questions and reminds you repeatedly that outside food is not allowed. Pretty low bar for a "three star" hotel. Breakfast always has same idly and vada everyday and they stop restocking well before breakfast end time.

Room and the service was good. Room's ambience was so good and the hotel is straight opposite to Gopalan Mall and situated in the main junction. Only draw back when I stayed there metro construction was going which was blocking the entrance of the hotel.which made me to do some long jumbs & high jumps to get to the hotel.but it is not the mistake of hotel management
