Excellent services, the owner guides you through the packages they have and helps suggest what would suit you best. All the services are done very thoroughly and professionally.

My wife went there, as per her, it was the best experience she had. Did a full body massage, a facial, a hair treatment and cut.
Owner was super nice and informative, experienced and friendly staff. Most importantly "very reasonable prices".

I have been going to Aafreen for more than 20 years now. They have maintained their quality and hygiene all through. Their staff are very courteous and skilled and they are continuing to expand the services they provide year on year. I would highly recommend this place to all in the area.

I have taken their ayurvedic hair spa and detox clean up along with chocolate pedicure. All services were done very professionally along with utmost care. Loved their skills and specially massage during spa.

The staff was friendly and hospitable. Got a waxing and threading package done at the price of Rs. 850. It's a small but well kept establishment, the services were well done and the owner was kind. Will definitely try their fruit facials next time. The prices could be a little more affordable.

Edit: I also visited them for Saree draping. They did a good job, very patient and kind.

Excellent job done by the all woman team here. The owner also supervises and gives great suggestions. For someone new to the whole thing, they explained everything well. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the process which was done very professionally. Will definitely come back here.

I came here for haircut and hair color and it was an amazing experience earlier. Today i visited for personal care and staff Caroline and owner Aafreen both have been top notch. Here you will not feel like as if you are at salon but would be a home like experience. The ambience, staff, owner and cleanliness is superb.

Excellent service. Staffs are patient, friendly and skilled. Good management especially on Post Covid care. I would recommend this place anytime. I am a regular customer and all I can say is they are getting better and better in customer service and right now one of the best beauty parlor I have even known.

Loved the experience. Unlike other places, here the owner herself comes to you, explains the services, suggests the best options if you are confused and helps you make the decision.
I liked the way she explains in detail what's done for the hairstyle (I'm a novice in this area and as such needed to be told in detail) and even how to maintain it on a regular basis.

In my life I have not seen such a saloon I was an employee I worked hard so much but in this saloon they cheated with my salary and they r not picking my call too and they r thnking that employees are their slaves they treat us lyk that employees opinions r must in all the work place but they are telling I’m arguing to them what kind of saloon s diz my god

I had package of facial, pedicure and manicure. I extremely satisfied. I had my eyebrows done perfectly. Shree has done nice job. They offered the package at reasonable price for Indiranagar area. Worth it. Covid protocol is followed.

Actully its not that good because the lady doing threading dosen't know about it much she made my eyebrows unsimmilar and when I tried to correct it she was showing attitude.and even I told her to apply something on my burning but she was ignoring me so After telling her 3 times she applied something.really not good for that much price not even gentle on skin n the wax was giving me itching for 1 week. I doubt weather it was EXPIRED. But the waxing lady attitude was nice. I personally dont wanna go there again at sny condition

They do good job. After getting their service, felt very relaxed n energetic. Overall good experience.

The place is very over priced for the quality of services they offer. After the hair colouring process was done I noticed that the employee has missed many spots towards the root oh my hair so I went back there and she had the audacity to say that my hair colour was expired, (expires in the next 4 months) which is why it was done so badly and did not even offer to touch it up and finish it the job.
To those who are planning to go there, look for other options as there are many better places which charge less and actually finish the job and not leave it half done.

They screw up the eyebrows and do as they like despite specifically telling them your needs and later tell to use an eyebrow pencil for their mistake. One of the worst and unprofessional set of staff. And still shamelessly charge for the poor improper service they give. Rather go to a proper branded salon.
